Located on the Yamamote line made everything easy at the station The property was clean and had everything we needed. great value. I plan to stay here again on my next trip next month Nothing. Everything was great.

Heb extra kosten moeten maken door een nieuwe booking te maken op jullie site wat mij 183 euro heeft gekost. Hopelijk zijn jullie zo coulant om mij een tegemoet koming te geven vwb de kosten.

- Cassandra (7/5): - The ability to close the sleeping area off from the living area was excellent and allowed for different sleeping times. The property was very clean. Close to a playground, and a few convenience stores/supermarkets nearby. The check-in process was overly convoluted with a PIN and QR code needed. The apartment doors also had some automation and beeping when open which seemed unnecessary and annoying. The location, while fairly quiet didn't have a great selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity compared to other areas we had stayed in, which was one of the downsides for us.

- Joshua David (7/5): Clean place to sleep in closer in. - Easy access to the train station and connection to Ueno for the Narita train. Recent remodel. Automated customer service/checkin. Be sure to pre-check in or you may end up waiting up to 1 hour according to the instructions. Clean place to sleep, but that's it. I struggled to sort through the automated check-in instructions. It was raining and I was locked out of the building with my luggage standing in the rain trying to read my phone, punch in codes, and keep my bags off the wet ground. On check-in in the early evening (maybe 7pm), I found the towels provided to have strong mildew/mold odor. A few emails to the customer service system later I was told that new towels could be provided the next day. Disappointing. I ended up washing the towels myself.
