Kristine (2/5): BEWARE: LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING! - We’re sharing this to vent our frustration & WARN OTHERS,bcoz this experience really feels extremely unfair & disappointing. After 9hrs of long drive, We arrived at the property late. Upon arrival there was a pile of trashed bags outside already. Nasty!. As we checking inside the property one of the upstairs bedroom window is cracked-open. Kinda’ sketchy! The host made baseless damage claims post-checkout. The alleged damaged [restroom cigarette burn-marks] are false; NOBODY in our family smoke cigarette! We left the property as found, respecting all house rules. We have clear evidence proving our innocence. We’re glad we have saved snapshot picture of that stain the day of our check-in. WE SHARE & SENT THEM A PHOTO w/ DATE & TIME , they said they will thoroughly conduct an investigation. We keep on messaging them for Days & yet no investigation progress. Weeks to a month has passed- NO updates & never heard anything from them anymore. THEY DID NOT REFUNDED OUR $200+. No Closure. These Scammers core tactics: Deception & Manipulation. They Desire for quick gains to trick us into parting w/ our hard-earned money! Be aware of the red flags & equip yourselves to protect your finances from falling prey to these kind of schemes!

Debbie (8/5): Overall we appreciated the cleanliness. Sanitation gets an A+. Well keep property and great location - We lost power usage while lodging on the property. Maintance had to come but only after we had no power for hours..also there was no firewood available for the fire pit. We had to purchase our own sugar, cream and ice (icemaker did not work).

Lucretia (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful home. Location is quite and peaceful. The thought that went into setting this home up was amazing. The little things matter. The deep stairwell outside was unnerving for having play time with the kids. Wish that had of been better protected.

Savannah (4/5): Terrible customer service - Property was nice inside and cozy This property expects a 250 dollar REFUNDABLE deposit before you check in, via cash app or Zelle! They have very strict rules for check out if you stay past 10am you will be charged a $200 fee and so on. Which I never have an issue with but it’s now 48 hours later and I have yet to receive a deposit but they keep saying they have sent its a lie so don’t stay at this property unless you want to be robbed I’m so upset that this is happening before the holidays, this is disgusting behavior

Karen (7/5): BEAUTIFUL HOME FOR A GETAWAY - The person who answered the email and phone wasn't helpful at all he was actually kind of rude. The host didn't like how I asked about staying another day and dismissed my request and the house was still available for the days needed. I feel he wasn't doing his job by not allowing the owner to make additional money for the property. HThe house was a good find it was just what we needed. e told me to try to do it myself I did and couldn't. I asked him to help me and he refused. I texted and called no answer.
