• Malgorzata (10/5): Świetne miejsce dla rodziny - Wszystko nam się podobało, w apartamencie było wszystko co można potrzebować włącznie z chusteczkami nawilżającymi, parasolami, klapkami, sprzętem do sprzatania, uzdatniaczem wody, płynem do prania, kosmetykami i nawet roomba i zciagaczka do kurzu z ubrań. Lokalizacja - fantastyczna 1 minuta do zejścia do metra Hongvik Univ skąd mozna dojechac wszędzie. Dodatkowo - autobusy z Get Your Guide czekają dokladnie w tym miejscu. Obok centrum Hongdee. Bardzo duże, wygodne łóżka Trochę w nocy głośno fo około 1 w nocy ze względu na to , ze to samo centrum imprezowo - knajpkowe. Nam to nie przeszkadzało ale innym może. Apartament jest stary ale bardzo czysty i zadbany, my lubimy klimaty vintage.

• shaunia (9/5): value for money, good location - the location was quite central of hongdae therefore it was easy to travel around. not only that, we were super near the train station too which made everything really accessible. it was quite small but for the price it was really worth it, and that's quite normal for korean air bnbs so we didn't really have any complaints!

• Ailyn (10/5): Overall we like and enjoy our stay. Definitely, recommend. - It was very close to the station and also, everything is close like restaurants, bakery and cafe. It’s not that we don’t like. Maybe a suggestion ,can you put a stand mirror or a whole body mirror so we can check our outfit 🤭.

Hot shower & heated toilet bowl were a plus during our stay. The owner was very responsive & greatly helped us during our stay. None
• Doremi (7/5): - 1.住宿地點非常好，離弘大地鐵站3號出口非常近。 2.有廚房、冰箱、飲水機、洗衣機、微波爐，算是麻雀雖小五臟俱全。 3.以密碼鎖全自助入住及退房，也有提供寄放行李服務（退房當日是下午3點前）。 4.訊息回覆很快。 1.房間清潔度有待加強，冰箱及微波爐上都有灰塵~ 2.浴室兼廁所很小，而且沒有掛勾，衣物只能掛在門把上。 3.房間比照片還小，四人房的四件行李是無法全數展開的，也沒有任何掛勾，外套或洗好的衣服沒地方晾。 4.垃圾分類複雜，且要自己倒垃圾，若沒弄好得罰錢，明明還要另外支付清潔費卻要自己拿垃圾到指定地點倒。 5.地點雖然方便，但真的不好找，因為沒有任何的指標及HeiStay的名稱，導致我們即使依導航指示到了該棟樓，卻不確定是否正確，請當地人找也是找不到，花費了不少時間及心力才終於找到及確定是該扇門。 6.房間內雖然有飲水機，但出水口下方的空間不夠，水壺完全無法放在出水口下裝水，只能用小平底鍋裝水再倒進水壺裡。
• Noriko (9/5): 私たちにとって快適だった - 部屋の中で困ったことが起きた際は、日中、マネージャーさんが来て直してくれた。ラインの文字を通じてのやりとりであるが、丁寧に対応してくれた。 電話での会話ができず、英語でのテキストメッセージのみでのやりとりのみとなる。部屋の中の空気が埃っぽく、空気清浄機があるとよかった。

• Al Liu (8/5): 地點滿分10分，要自己收跟倒垃圾扣1分、隔音不好扣1分，所以給8分 - 住宿位置超棒，離地鐵超近，就是個老公寓適合小家庭使用，該有的都有 1.有個小房間隔音不好，半夜兩三點後會聽到洗澡的流水聲，還有樓下是燒烤店，半夜會有人在外面超大聲聊天(應該是喝醉)，超大聲到會吵醒人的那種(連戴耳塞都會稍微聽到)，只好戴耳塞睡覺 2.需要自己倒垃圾，第一次住宿遇到要自己收垃圾倒垃圾，因為會罰款，所以還要注意丟垃圾地點，個人覺得可以幫忙收垃圾並簡單分類，但還要倒垃圾就覺得不合理，何況還要一直注意垃圾怎麼分類，各有各的專屬垃圾袋，弄錯也會被罰款，我們不是當地人，出去玩還要研究怎麼到垃圾，感覺很不好，我個人覺得付費住宿應該包括清潔費不應該倒垃圾，何況還會有罰款問題，如果丟錯地方或分類錯誤會有壓力 3.廚房天花板偶爾會有點漏水，雖然有防水布集水，但還是會滴到垃圾桶 除了這三個問題，其他個人覺得地點無敵，洗衣方便，其他就看個人取捨

• Chi (4/5): 因施工與夜間反覆補水聲影響休息，周邊環境安全感不足，整體體驗未達預期。Construction and repeated nighttime noise affected our sleep, and the surrounding are - 最大的優點應該就是離弘大車站3號出口非常近 住宿期間樓下正在施工，但屋主未事先告知，入住後也未主動說明，施工噪音對整體住宿體驗造成影響。另不確定是否與施工有關，夜間水壓似乎較不穩，馬桶會反覆出現自動補水聲，一晚超過五次，在安靜的半夜特別明顯，多次被驚醒，影響睡眠品質。 此外，住宿位於巷弄內，周邊環境較為昏暗，女性單獨入住可能需特別留意安全。曾在晚間外出用餐返回時，遇到醉酒人士尾隨，當下感到不安，整體安全感稍嫌不足。 There was construction work going on downstairs during our stay, but the host did not inform us in advance and did not mention it after we checked in. The construction noise affected our overall experience. We are not sure whether it was related to the construction, but the water pressure seemed unstable at night, and the toilet repeatedly made refilling noises. It happened more than five times in one night, and the sound was especially noticeable in the quiet late hours, waking us up multiple times and affecting our sleep quality. In addition, the property is located in a small alley with limited lighting. Female travelers staying alone may need to pay extra attention to their safety. One evening while returning from dinner, we were followed by an intoxicated person, which made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, the sense of security was somewhat insufficient.

• Changhsiaoching (10/5): 算是一間平價又溫馨的民宿, 建議一家人一起入住. - 住宿地點就在弘大3號站出口, 真的跟離民宿只要30秒, 很近. 抵達前房主就分享了房門密碼, 很容易的進去了. 民宿旁邊走2步路就有超商, 離逛街的地點也都很近. 雖然4人房有點小, 浴室也很小, 但房內該有的設施都有. 其實還是不錯. 只是爐子旁有冰箱跟飲水機, 其實不方便煮東西. 該有的洗衣機, 冰箱, 充電設備, 吹風機都很齊全. 由於是在一間餐廳樓上, 所以樓梯間的味道並不好聞, 不過不會影響房間內部. 也不影響我們入住的觀感. 算是平價又便利的一間民宿. 四人房除了2件棉被外, 建議可以再多提供額外的棉被供使用. 韓國垃圾要分類, 也需要自行打包好拿到1樓擺放. 不過我們住的天數較長, 建議提供相對應的垃圾袋數量, 避免需要到超商購買.
• kimmie (8/5): Great location and stay for price - The accommodation was really close to the subway and main area. The place was clean and room with double bed was spacious. The apartment had everything you needed and the elevator was a plus (since we were on the 3rd floor). For the location, price and comfort, this was a great stay. Initially, the outside and stairwell of the apartment was a little sketchy but if you look beyond that, you get used to it. If you're adding an additional night in a separate reservation, understand that you will not be in the same accommodation and will be required to check out and in again to a different room (we learned that the hard way). This was our misunderstanding and was a minor inconvenience. The tone of that conversation and misunderstanding with staff can be worked on as well.
