Anna (8/5): Wonderful scenery, beautiful stay. - The Chateau was stunning. A wonderful place, and peaceful. The grounds were lovely and the staff were very welcoming. Although there was an honesty bar with some kitchen facilities there was no restaurant or bar. Just a watch out if you had other ideas in mind.

Anna (8/5): Très bon séjour et piscine agréable, mais prix trop élevé pour la qualité des chambres - Très beau cadre, très beau château et piscine Chambre standard bien pour des séminaires d’entreprise mais pas forcément pour un voyage en amoureux. Chambre peu insonorisée, nous avons été réveillés dès 8h du matin part la musique de la salle du petit déjeuner.

James (7/5): Good - The chateau is beautiful set in a picturesque rural location. The rooms are also beautiful and period styled yet with modern bathrooms. There is no restaurant on sight that is open every day! Also there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms so it can become unbearably hot as it was during our stay.

Lennart (8/5): Amazing location! - It’s a beautiful place, breakfast was good enough, staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and roomy. Maybe the lack of airconditioning, however, due to the thick walls it cools pretty good so overall not too bad.

Karen (10/5): Exceptional - The castle is amazing and has been very well refurbished. Even if it did not have air-conditioning, the temperature was just fine. We were able to take our dog, and she loved running around the vast property. You can also walk down to the river. From the swimming pool you have a lovely view of the castle. There is no restaurant, but if you ask, they can prepare you a few dishes that you can eat either inside or outside overlooking the grounds.

Keith (9/5): Fabulous building, good food, staff could be better. - Convenient location for travelling through the central part of France on our way to the Dordogne. The building is stunning - a real life Disney castle. Unfortunately, the staff in the restaurant were very busy and service was painfully slow. Also, we were put in an annexe to the main restaurant with just one other couple (we did not speak their language and they did not speak ours) which made for a very disappointing experience. The staff seemed only to come to serve us when they remembered that we were there and it seemed that we were a burden to them. It took over an hour after ordering to get our starters. However, the food, when it came, was excellent.
Gilly (6/5): A beautiful chateau but definitely needed more staff to care and look after the paying guests. - Breakfast was absolutely fine. The restaurant was closed on our first two evenings so we had to find local restaurants. Recommendations on local restaurants would have saved us a lot of time. There was no staff around except for reception but not manned all day. There was'nt anyone to help with luggage, no one at the pool. Literally left to your own devices in the evening.
