ayaa (7/5): Leisure stay but so many rules so a bit stressfull - Like the apartment and deco and concept nice concept and private. Variety of restaurant nearby this house. Nice location. Combine with the hotel A bit confusing about the parking and suprisingly the security inform our car not registered yet. But already made payment and reservation. But the security let us go but need to inform the staff admin/owner. Next day check out no issue w parking.

Kristopher (6/5): - Access to the hotel amenities; pool, sauna, and gym was good. Bed was comfortable and linen clean. View from the window was great and the room was quiet large. The bathroom was filthy, cups and cutlery dirty, the kettle had floating bits in it and slime on the bottom, no drinking water. You are expected to take your rubbish with you. I couldn't self check in until four and had to wait in the mail room and later im my stay got an abrupt message telling me I had to check it at 11 even though the sites says 12. There is also very steep fees if you lock your key card in the room (600rm) or lose it also if you leave rubbish. Note this is not a hotel but an apartment within the hotel, there is no staff to help you with issues/queries and you have to access your security card through a lock box. All this aside i did enjoy my stay.

Neel (1/5): Pathetic. - Nothing really. The room was a square box. No fridge, no microwave, nothing. There was just a bed and a toilet. For the amount I paid, I could have gotten a way better stay in genting with a balcony a hall and a kitchen. RM435 was a burn for the kinda room I got. The room was a non smoking room and was told there are smoking zones in the floor but there were none. Had to go all the way outside the condo. The room was claustrophobic and tiny. Luckily I was literally in the room just to sleep for a couple of hours. Could hear loud noises from the room next door. For that few hours of sleep there was disturbance there too. I would NEVER stay in the property in this particular room ever again. It’s a complete scam. No space, shit room, alot of disturbance, no balcony so place to even sit. RM435 wasted.

Tauran Zaidi (9/5): The stay at Windmill is great and cooling at Genting Highlands. The security and auto parking system is good - Facility is great and good value for money at good location Genting Highlands 👍 Noisy because the 2nd bedroom room occupied. The door not sound proof

Dayang (7/5): In overall, it is a nice place to stay.it is clean and comfortable..for that price and location.TQ - Clean, tv with disney channels, they provide a cooking pan, utensils, and plates.at least you can cook instant noodles if u hungry.the place is just nice to stay ..room with AC..it was a comfortable stay...didn't experience the lift issue as others, all smooth. will repeat again next time..Thank you for providing a nice place to stay at an affordable price. My body feels itchy for a while after showering. I think it's the shower gel. Pls check on this. Should mention a hair dryer in the facilities,because I didn't know it was there until I did the last check before checkout. Check in time is very late..only can check in at 4pm, which I think can be improved,as the place is not that big for cleaner to come and clean. The longest should be one hour and an half to get it done. Not enough tissue rolls..at least give two rolls. One for the toilet,one for the kitchen.

I informed the Agent 3 days earlier after I done my booking that I will be checking in 1pm to 2pm and she told me she try to arrange but on the day of check in she message me to check in 4pm. We waited outside the lobby nearly 2 1/2hour with the small kids. There is no water bottle or filter water, when I ask them for water the agent ask us to take paip water. The agent won’t entertain your call once you check in. Before 3 days of check in she call me a few times for my inquiries but once you check in she will not answer your call. Very poor service by the Agent. Check out by 11am… I think it’s not fare enough.
