• garcia (3/5): Nous avons payé pour un appartement qui devait être 2 fois plus grand et qui plus est dangereux. - la terrasse avec bassin le hall d'entrée collectif La surface qui n'était pas celle annoncée (116 m2), Il n'en faisait pas plus de 60. Les trois pièces étaient reliée par un escalier très dangereux. Nous avons été pendant toute la durée du séjour inquiets pour nous et nos enfants. Pas de garde corps dans la pièce du haut (salon cuisine qui faisait 15 m2 environ). Nous n'avons pas eu le produit qu'on nous a vendu.

Les escaliers du triplex trop dangereux. pas standards du tout .Beaucoup trop pentus avec marches trop hautes et trop étroites. Si vous avez des enfants en bas age passez votre chemin.
• JOSE (2/5): Penoso - Situación Estaba en el triplex y este apartamento tendríade estar prohibido. La escalera es mortal y es imposible poder subir y bajar por ella. Nadie debería alojarse aquí por el peligro que supone y la falta de información en la web.
• joaquin (5/5): Incomodisimo, con una gran ubicación - La ubicación Las escaleras, el tragaluz, y no es una casa cómoda para estar. Esas escaleras no son legales y pueden causar accidentes

• Victoria (6/5): Lovely apartment if you don’t have small children or older guests with you - Amazing location and very clean. Nice tiny pool and solarium on the roof. The lockers for luggage were handy at check out too. The stairs really aren’t suitable for children or older guests. They are very treacherous and we were worried about our daughter the whole time we were in the apartment.

• Alba (5/5): Escaleras imposibles - Ubicación Alojamiento muy incómodo y para nada recomendable. Unas escaleras que han imposibilitado una estancia agradable, implicando un riesgo importante para cualquier inquilino, da igual edad o forma física.

Si tratta di tre locali sovrapposti e collegati da una ripidissima scala a chiocciola pericolosa ed impraticabile. Problema riconosciuto anche dalla struttura, peccato che scorrettamente ha comunicato e sottolineato la pericolosità della scala a chiocciola ( mai visto nulla del genere) solo dopo aver effettuato il check-in. A mio avviso non è un appartamento abitabile, le scale a chiocciola sono impraticabili per chiunque, la camera posta sul piano centrale non ha finestre e si trova imbottigliata tra due scale a chiocciola a prova di speleologo. Sconsiglio vivamente questa location.
• Akke (7/5): - Mooi centraal bij belangrijke bezienswaardigheden Verwarming was niet te regelen, of te warm of te koud. Bedden aan de korte kant. Communicate was slecht. Nergens een gebruiksaanwijzing voor diverse apparatuur.

Secondo me troppo pericolosa, non adatta a bambini o persone un pò avanti con l'età. Se non si sta attenti ci si può fare veramente molto male.

• Paula (7/5): - La propiedad está muy bien, muy limpia y excelentemente bien ubicada, pero en el caso del Triplex la planta del medio es muy incómoda no se puede subir ni siquiera un Carrión seguramente las otras plantas estarán mejor Como dije anteriormente, la planta del medio no se puede acceder cómodamente, es como trepar una montaña

• Nuria (8/5): Limpio y bien situado - Ubicación , limpieza, decoración, menaje cocina bastante completo No avisan de que el apartamento tiene 3 plantas , unidas con dos escaleras de caracol totalmente verticales y con peldaños muy pequeños, realmente peligrosas . Apartamento no apto para niños, personas mayores o con algún problema de vértigo o movilidad. La habitación de la planta baja no tiene puerta, así que se oyen todos los ruidos del salón.

They do warn you, but getting luggage up and down those stairs is horrendous! The bottom door didn't work so we had to put everything through the 3rd storey.

• Gwenaelle (10/5): Très belle endroit et super situation - L'intérieur du bâtiment est magnifique. L'appartement est atypique mais c'est ce qui fait son charme. La terrasse sur le toit avec la piscine c'est vraiment un plus. Très bien situé pour découvrir Séville à peid et en plus très calme.
