• Leo (6/5): Hätte in der Tat sehr schön sein können - Freundliche Gastgeber/Personal, Strandnähe, Parkplätze vor der Tür Direkt (!) an einer Großbaustelle, ab spätestens 08.00 Uhr war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken - das wurde mit keinem Wort vor, bzw. bei der Buchung erwähnt. Es gab für 2 Personen nur 1 Handtuch, nach Rückfrage wurde ein weiterer "Lappen" hingestellt, mit einem Handtuch/Badetuch hatte dieser nicht viel zu tun. Zu der Reisezeit Ende Januar/Anfang März herrschten niedrige Temperaturen, nachts um die 12-13 Grad. Es gab keine Decken, lediglich Lacken. Auch hier musste der Gastgeber erneut kontaktiert werden, die "Decke" war stark gewöhnungsbedürftig und erfüllte ihren Zweck auch nicht wirklich. Die Check out Zeit 10.00 Uhr hat mit gesunden Menschenverstand nichts zu tun - International üblich ist 12.00 Uhr, in seltenen Fällen auch mal 11.00 Uhr. Erst nach Diskussionen im Vorfeld des Check out (welche nichts gebracht haben) und das wegschicken der Putzfrau um 10:00 Uhr damit wir packen konnten, haben wir ein späteres Check out (noch vor 11:00 Uhr) quasi "erzwungen" - kein schöner Abschluss.
• Sandricka N. (1/5): - Avoid this fraudulent accommodation if you do not want to spend your entire stay dealing with technical problems, noise, and constant stress. The property operator will simply ignore you. The only thing they seem capable of is sending automated messages with check-in instructions and recommended attractions. However, when it comes to urgent or emergency situations — such as serious water issues — you will be completely ignored. Read below what happened during just three nights of my stay. My stay was extremely disappointing and stressful due to continuous serious issues throughout the entire stay. It started with a broken kitchen faucet that made loud noises at night and could not be turned off. The host completely ignored repeated messages and calls, forcing me to handle the situation alone at night in a foreign country. The next morning there was no running water in the entire apartment, which caused major inconvenience and delays. Running water is a basic necessity and should never be an issue. Later, I returned to find the kitchen area flooded due to a leak from the sink. Electrical appliances were standing in water, creating a serious safety hazard. Again, there was no response from the host, and I had to arrange and pay for external help myself. On the final night, loud drilling and hammering continued past midnight, making it impossible to rest before an early flight. I have documentation of all incidents and the host’s complete lack of response. This was my worst experience with a booking and caused significant stress, safety concerns, and additional expenses. I cannot recommend this property.
• Magnet (10/5): - Ich habe dort gebucht, weil ich zum Arbeiten gute Internet benötige und nach einem Speedtest war klar, dass die Anzeige absolut der Wahrheit entspricht. Außerdem hatte die Unterkunft auch sonst, was sie versprochen hatte. Rolando hat uns sofort auf alle Fragen geantwortet top host. Leider gab es keine Fahrräder verfügbar, der Verleih ein paar Straßen weiter kostet 250 pesos/Tag. Es hat uns nicht gestört, aber der Standmixer ging nicht. Ich würde ihn einfach wegräumen.
