• Karolina (7/5): - Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und die Kommunikation verlief super. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Uns hat auch die Lage gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Möbel sind in guten Zustand, aber.... aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes gab es Schimmelflecken an der Decke des Badezimmers und die Küche war etwas heruntergekommen und nicht so gut gereinigt wie der Rest der Wohnung. Zudem war die Küchenausstattung leider recht dürftig. Es war nur Geschirr für 4 Personen vorhanden und teilweise war dieses auch nicht sauber. Der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon war nicht geleert.

• Laura (2/5): Decepcionante, ni agua caliente, ni calefacción, toallas sucias y sábanas sucias - Que en 10 minutos caminando estabas en la estación de metro Primero de todo, no hay foto de la fachada del edificio y la dirección que te dan está mal, por lo que encontrarlo cuesta un rato, y pierdes tiempo. (Adjunto foto de lo siguiente) Nos encontramos cenizas en el alojamiento, toallas sucias, sábanas sucias, fundas de cojines sucios, las camas eran lo mas duro que yo he visto en mi vida, la calefacción no funcionaba en absoluto y el agua caliente tampoco, tuvimos que contactar varias veces para que nos lo arreglaran, nos dieran toallas limpias pero no nos cambiaron las sábanas con manchas Para 'recompensarnos' nos dieron una caja de 12 bombones ferrero rocher pero que caducaban al día siguiente……….. fui con mi familia, soy la Hija mayor y quería que mi familia estuviese agusto y calentita, se llevaron una decepción enorme y dijeron que nunca habían estado en un sitio tan desagusto.

• Zola (10/5): Very accessible and practical, would recommend! - It's very well located! Literally less than ten minutes walking to the Brixton station. The host is very sweet and attentive. It's perfect for three people and even for four. It's also equipped with everything you would need to cook and it's definitely recommended! 🥰 I'm not sure if I just didn't find it, but I didn't see any heating.
• Jack (10/5): Perfect for our group to attend a concert nearby - Spacious, lots of amenities in the kitchen such as air fryer, microwave, oven, kettle. Bathroom was great and toilet in separate room so none of us were waiting for others to finish using the toilet before we’re able to shower etc My only issue was the height of the shower head, the adjustable bar to raise and lower the head is installed fairly low down so us tall people didn’t fully fit under the shower but it’s not a huge problem

Adapteriai elektros lizdams, higienos priemonės(net dantų šepetukai!), druskos, pipirų maisto ruošimui, skalbyklė ir slalbimo priemonės, džiovyklė. Lovos patogios, vieta gera, šalia Tesco. Butas yra įsikūręs trečiame aukšte, o patekimas į jį laiptais per gana siaurą koridorių sukėlė tam tikrų nepatogumų, ypač transportuojant vaikišką vežimėlį. Be to, kiekvieno kambario duryse esantys stikliniai intarpai, skirti šviesos pralaidumui padidinti, naktį kėlė diskomfortą dėl iš laiptinės sklindančios šviesos, todėl miegamojo duryse esančius stiklus teko uždengti.

• atieh rahimi (6/5): - Sara was really helpful and following up if everything is ok, the property also was clean The address in booking.com was different than reall address(about 10 min walk) and Sara was not available at the time, so it was hard time cor us with so many luggages finding the reall address. The property was also on third floor which made it harder to climb all the steps with a kid and all the belongings! The location was close to public transport but people in the suburb looked a bit dodgy!

Amenities - bathroom and kitchen quite poor. Location not impressive and unfortunately no adequate information in terms of pictures on property advert. Overall, way over-priced considering the quality of the facility and location for an off-season stay.
• Lara83-11 (7/5): Buona sistemazione a Londra - L'appartamento è molto pulito, l'host è gentile e super disponibile ed è a circa 7 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana Stockwell che consente di raggiungere velocemente il centro di Londra o le varie stazioni dei treni. Il condominio in cui è collocato l'appartamento è bruttino e piuttosto sporco, la cucina è un po' vecchia e le stoviglie sono scarse per 5 persone.

• Ana Belen (10/5): Alojamiento ideal para visitar Londres - El alojamiento tiene una ubicación muy buena. Puedes llegar a pleno centro desde la parada de autobús a la vuelta de la esquina (2minutos) y/o conectar con todas las líneas desde los metros de Brixton o Stockwell (10/12 minutos). Está muy limpio y tienes todo lo que necesitas, muy completo y cómodo. Mi valoración es totalmente positiva. El trato con la anfitriona y check in/out ha sido muy fácil y ha estado muy atenta. Me ha parecido perfecto. Para nosotros no fue ningún problema, pero hay que saber que no tiene ascensor y tienes que subir unas escaleras para acceder.

• Mitchell (7/5): Okay - The apartment was in a great area and easy to find, when we arrived it was lovley inside- clean, modern and everything we needed and lots of room for 3 adults and a child! When we arrived we was very shocked to realise how many stairs we needed to go up to get to the apartment as when we booked this we requested a cot meaning we wasn't expecting so many stairs and no lift! Also, mostly throughout the night they was lots of arguing, meaning it kept us up most of the night- this wasn't great when we needed to be up super early for the marathon!

Close to most amenities and transportation. The cooking spatulas are not good melting in the pan.The area night outside to walk from the tube station looked a bit goofy but had no issues.

• Tom (10/5): Fantastic property in a great location. - We stayed for a gig at the Brixton O2 Academy. The location was perfect, only a couple of minutes walk away. The place was immaculate, clean and comfortable with everything we needed, fantastic value for money and the host was very helpful. If we come down again we will definitely be rebooking. Absolutely nothing, we couldn't fault it.

The place was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was also excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 12-minute walk to the nearest underground station. There were local shops nearby, and a Lidl supermarket was only 10 minutes away. The host was very accommodating and always available, making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. London is a city that requires several days to truly explore, so we’ll definitely be back!
