Mary (4/5): Probably won’t stay there again but we were just there to sleep basically. Was not fun for room 4 guests. No A/C. - Price and closest we could get to Burnet last minute. The owners were nice. Room 4 a/c did not work and small details of wear and tear that could be updated.
Bettyjean (1/5): - Mainly just the location of it There was spider webs everywhere the door didn't lock hardly the curtains you could see right through with them the TV didn't work there was no phone in the room ,, There was holes burnt into the comforters It was so bad I didn't even stay the night there
Adams (3/5): Report issues immediately when getting room - Room was clean and served its purpose. Toilet didn't flush well and we were charged because of that inadequacy. No staff present at 1100 checkout time to address issue.
Mark And Julie (5/5): Fish camp for the good ol boys, but not your wife - An overpriced overrated fish camp. Booking posted great pictures that weren't of the room we rented. Paint and room repairs were by a vision impaired handyman. The bathroom was about 5 x 5 including the shower. The rude heifer running the place evidently never took charm school, or learned manners. The only caveat was that the people staying there were very quiet and polite. It was a good thing, as the ancient single pane windows and broken deadbolt left us at their peril. Great place for the fishing boys to cut bait and sleep. See above
Rainey (9/5): It was a great value place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space for our little group - It was very clean the beds were very comfortable, staff was accommodating. The drive to the facility was also beautiful. It was a little land lord special if you know what I mean but It was tolerable for a night or two. The shower sprayer sprayed towards the bathroom floor so showers were tricky. No blinds just thin curtains so felt a little exposed.

Alexander (10/5): My son and I came in for a hunting trip. The location is great and it was clean. I couldn’t ask for more. - It’s a good location and a good price. The showers are a little small, but I made it work.
