- Jason (5/5): Will use booking.com again, but this management company seems unprofessional, and untrustworthy. - I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent stay at your Denver Airbnb property, booked through Booking.com. The rental was clean and matched the online pictures, we enjoyed the comfort of a town home that is located close to downtown. There were several issues regarding check-in. Our 1:00 PM check-in request via Booking.com was not acknowledged by your management, leading to delays. We were asked to wait until 3:00 PM, but the cleaner was still present. After further delay, we found the door handle locked and needed to use a lockbox for keys. Although apologetic, your team attributed the issue to Booking.com, despite a screenshot showing our 13:00-14:00 check-in request. Additionally, there was a $500 deposit requirement only communicated after booking and payment.
We declined the offer of a $125 refund due to a more serious concern. We were informed that the cleaner was terminated for having children on the property and not preparing the rental on time. This was unsettling, given that a recently terminated individual had access to the lockbox codes.
Also some further housekeeping issues:
* The downstairs toilet handle needs to be held down to flush.
* The upstairs sink drains slowly.
* The upstairs toilet has poor flushing power.
* There is mold in the upstairs bathtub and window.
* The tub stopper does not work.
* A case with weight loss medication and syringes was found in the freezer.
* The upstairs bedroom window is missing a blind.
* An electrical outlet cover is missing at the top of the stairs.
- Eric (9/5): - The check in process was very easy and the hosts were communicative with us. The condominium was exactly as described. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rental and that it had the kitchen had basic necessities. the sleeping accommodations were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors next door were friendly. The parking was very easy. We knew that we were going to be a bit outside city center and our walks into the city were enjoyable. As long as you know (and we did) that you have to get transportation or walk to highlights of city, it is a great place to stay.
