Cassie (1/5): Wouldn’t let my dog sleep there. - Notting Filthy and stunk of cats. When I arrived the lady followed me in and locked the door behind me making me feel extremely uncomfortable as a woman on my own. Honestly the mess in the kitchen too: I said I couldn’t stay there as it was nasty and I didn’t feel safe. I requested a refund and was declined. I was absolutely desperate for it back as I literally spent my last penny on it and no where else to stay. Thankfully a family member bailed me out as they ignored my what’s app requests. It also said garden view. It’s a room on a new build estate in a new build house which I think is misleading. For another 20 pound I stayed in the OYO Tamworth which was lovely.
