• Nikolett (4/5): Csalòdás volt nekünk… - Köszönjük a Születésnapi asztalt , gyönyörűen elkészítették, ahogy szerettük volna! Sajnos , csalódtunk … 5 éjszakára foglaltunk jakuzzis szobát, de nem kaptuk meg a szobánkat megérkezésünkkor mert azt mondták elromlott a jakuzzi és másnap délután 2 kor vehetjük át a szobánkat… kaptunk egy ki nem takarított szobát egy napra… másnap pihenés helyett költözködnünk kelet 3 gyerekkel… a saját szobánkba , amiért nem keveset fizetünk… 5 nap helyett , 4 napot kaptuk meg a jakuzzis szobánkat… még annyit se mondtak hogy elnézést , semmivel nem kárpótoltak… anyukámnak a 60. Születésnapját mentünk ünnepelni, 4 felnőtt és 3 gyerek… sajnos több hiba is volt… a jakuzzi továbbra se működött teljes funkcióval csak a fele fuvoka működött… rengeteg szállodába voltunk már , ebben az évben 4. -jére voltunk Törökországban mindig gyönyörű tiszta minden, de itt abba is csalódtunk , a szobák nagyon piszkosak elhanyagoltak, és az egész szállodára az volt jellemző hogy piszkos… a poharak foltosok voltak, az asztalok nem voltak letörölve, ragadtak, a benti medencénél egyáltalán nem volt takarítás😫 sorolhatnám még… sajnos nagyot csalódtunk…
• Fakhar Zia (9/5): Mesmerizing Hotel - Everything at hotel was great. Hotel building, pools and beach area are beautiful and mesmerizing. Our room was upgraded to 2 bedroom Suite upon check-in which we really liked it. Restuarant staff was polite and helpful to prepare gluten free bread/pizza and other stuff for our daughter on request. Food quality and variety can be improved. We felt that some food items were not fresh. Other than that everthing was perfect.

The internet connection in the room and throughout the hotel area was very poor. I was only able to connect and work properly in the hotel lobby, near the reception. It was also not possible to borrow an iron separately – only a laundry service was available.

• Nacer (7/5): I would say it was ok, and I don’t think I’ll go there again simply because there are many other options around turkey o - Good enough, but not compared to how we paid. I was expecting it bigger just like other resorts, there was only 1 a la carte restaurent and it’s not free! Except if your booking is 7 days. Even though we stayed more than 7 days, we didn’t bother to go there simply because of the rule they implemented (it turned us off). Some staff were great but others kind of didn’t care (I expected something better comparing to how much I paid) The I paid extra to have a jacuzzi in the balcony but had to ask them every single day to bring me bath soap because there was none there, so you have to ask them and when they bring, it’s only a little (this is a strange one)

• Guest (8/5): Das Hotel punktet mit freundlichem Personal, sauberen Toiletten, einem gepflegten Pool, einem sauberen Meer und einer li - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und die Toiletten sind stets sauber. Auch das Meer ist außergewöhnlich sauber, und unser Zimmer wurde liebevoll für die Flitterwochen dekoriert. Das Essen war größtenteils gut. Am Strand gibt es sehr viele Liegen, und der Transport vom Hotel zum Strand funktioniert einwandfrei. Es wird nie langweilig – es stehen zahlreiche Aktivitäten zur Verfügung. Auch der Pool ist stets sauber, und die Hotelanlage ist architektonisch äußerst benutzerfreundlich gestaltet. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts einige sehr unangenehme Erfahrungen. Einige Kellner im Restaurant lästerten über Mädchen mit türkischen Wurzeln, die aus Deutschland kommen – ein Verhalten, das ich als äußerst respektlos empfand. Im Zimmer waren die Vorhänge etwas verschmutzt, und am Strand funktionierten die Duschen nur teilweise. Beim Buffet fand ich zwei Mal Haare auf meinem Essen. Das gravierendste Erlebnis war jedoch mein Besuch im Spa: Die Masseurin sprach weder Englisch, Türkisch noch Deutsch, sodass die Verständigung äußerst schwierig war. Während der Massage bemerkte ich etwas an der Decke und fragte, ob es sich um eine Lampe oder eine Kamera handle. Sie konnte mir darauf keine klare Antwort geben und meinte schließlich, es sei ein Licht, das sie jedoch nicht einschalten konnte. Diese Situation war für mich sehr unangenehm. Das zweitschlechteste Erlebnis betraf den Entertainment-Chef. Ich verstehe nicht, wie ein ansonsten so gutes Hotel einen derart unprofessionellen Entertainer beschäftigen kann, da dies den Gesamteindruck erhebl ich mindert. Bei den Abendshows versuchte er, mehrere Sprachen zu sprechen, darunter auch Deutsch und Englisch. Als deutsche Muttersprachlerin konnte ich jedoch kaum verstehen, was er auf Deutsch sagen wollte. Wenn ein Entertainer in einem internationalen Hotel nicht einmal den Begriff „Game“ korrekt statt „Play“ verwenden kann, sollte er diese Aufgabe nicht übernehmen. Die Auftritte waren aus meiner Sicht enttäuschend und haben den Spaß an den Abendveranstaltungen deutlich getrübt.

Das spa Team vor Allem Desak waren sehr freundlich und professionell. Mangels an Empathie und Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption, hat uns die Karten einfach gegeben und keine Erklärung gegeben wo und was , z,b wo sind die Restaurante , spa usw. War einfach genervt. Service war überfordert wegen personal mangels, lange auf Bedienung gewartet. D

• Firat (7/5): Super Lage, weniger gutes Essen - Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön. Das Meer ist das Highlight des Hotels. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal, insbesondere die Kellner in den Restaurants haben sich die Kundschaft ausgesucht, die sie bedienen. Ein männlicher Kellner war auf Frauenjagd. Insbesondere ausländische Gäste wurden liebevoll bedient, weil das Trinkgeld lockt. Das Essen ist weniger schmackhaft und wiederholt sich ständig. Das Fleisch schmeckt nicht nach Fleisch.

• Bhupinder (5/5): Nice place shame about the staff and food - Decor, pool and views were great. Well maintained and clean property with access to a private part of the beach. Spa facility and hamam/massage were very good and reasonably priced but only after negotiating a hefty discount. Overall the staff were not friendly and not trained in customer service. Food was very poor. I normally like Turkish food but it was poor quality and not well prepared. Although each day had a different theme most of the food was the same. Drinks were also pretty poor. As soon as the restaurant timings were over the staff just wanted us out even if we were still eating. The hotel needs to reconsider the timings of the restaurants; of the beach access and allow some leeway considering they are a beach resort.

The beach food was the same every day—fast food like self-made burgers—but better than nothing between main meals. The cleaning staff were awesome. They cleaned our room really well and super fast. Big thanks to them for keeping everything so nice. Some of the restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful, always smiling and asking if we needed anything like tea or coffee. There were quite a few negatives, though. We didn’t get the exact room we booked and had to spend six hours sorting it out after a long flight. They said it was a system error and every room with a hot tub had already been taken. For real? I made a reservation and paid for it as a non-refundable option 1 month before arrival and sent a couple of messages ahead of time. They saw my order and said nothing about availability. They could have cancelled my reservation if the room I booked was not available. This was frustrating because we booked the hotel for the spa bath only. When we finally got the room we booked, it was noisy in the evenings because of the nearby disco until 11:30PM. That's probably why the family before us left earlier, and they gave us their room. They only gave us a single à la carte restaurant visit as compensation, which didn’t feel like enough. There were also some issues with staff behavior. At the beach, one of the bartenders scratched my foot while checking drinks in our gazebo. It was shocking and felt like harassment. It’s not okay for a staff member to touch me like that. I bet if I was local he wouldn't dare touching me that way because of the consequences. But since I'm a foreigner and a tourist, they think they can do whatever. While some restaurant staff were great, we had a couple of rude encounters. One waiter told us to leave an empty table because he promised it to someone else, which was really unprofessional.

• Valerie (8/5): Very good - Absolutely everything about the hotel, the location and the staff was great. The entertainment was good all bar one night of some weird ballet dancing. The food is very popular, but is not for English people. It is very school dinners, and mostly turkey, chicken and plain pasta. Expect to live on salad, and sadly fast food as in fries pizza and bread rolls. Spoke to most English people there all had the same complaint. That saying the fries were nice, a different coating to the UK, so we're good!

• Mike (8/5): An excellent hotel - not quite 5* due to reasons mentioned in the description but would recommend. - The food was generally the same each day but good options and they did have some different themed nights. The friendly and supportive hotel staff were really good - the positive ones were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. A couple were not at the same level. Had to deal with sunbed wars but with the support of the customer manager was able to get suitable beds from those that reserve but don't actually use. Not all facilities listed in the brochure are available. Listed as providing nesquik milk on a night but they had no clue what it is. No ironing facilities in the room - and then if you do want anything ironing you have to pay - bit of a con as who goes on holiday with a suitcase of fully ironed clothes that don't need a quick press. Infinity pool loses the effect when you actually get to the edge but great for photos. Not really a family hotel if you have young children who would be in bed early. A lot of effort goes in to providing late night entertainment, which starts around half 9, is like Ibiza on tour and is very close to the bedrooms. It did vary when the music finished each night, some nights quieter than others. Staff round the pool trying to push their products - spa treatments, photos etc - bit too pushy at times. Language definitely a barrier for a hotel advertised on English sites. Will definitely benefit if you speak/understand the native language, or even German/Russian. Difficult to communicate in English although some were better than others as you'd expect.
• Waleed (4/5): Terrible and “Ultra-Expensive” Experience!! - nothing much other than the customer relations manager who was helpful almost everything, lack of people who speak different languages, I spent an hour upon check trying to explain a mistake in the reservation without results. I ended up being charged almost 850 Euros more than my booking rate because I had not mentioned my 6 years old in my reservation. They refused to give me a bigger room after they promised to get me one the next day. The restaurant quality of food was so poor for the price. Ultra-All-inclusive is just a myth! we had to pay for everything other than above the 3 daily meal. Before I arrived, I was told there will be an ala carte option and room service included but was all not true. Would NEVER go back again!
