- Renan (9/5): Boa experiência! Vale a pena - Bem localizado, local limpo e organizado. Prédio bom e com tudo próximo (mercado, shopping, farmácia, restaurante, metrô...) Atendimento rápido da empresa e ótimo custo benefício. Pequeno contratempo na hora de entrar, pois a recepção não encontrava a reserva mas assim que entrei em contato com o Luan(seazone), resolveu prontamente e entramos no apto.

- Adriana (8/5): Good experience in general - Very well located and pretty new building, well secured and a few steps from the subway. Fully furnished kitchen, good shower. Unfortunately there was a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, that persisted during the whole 7-day stay. The fridge was kinda loud at times, especially at night, preventing us from a quiet sleep.
