• Denise (7/5): Good stay in a nice apartment in a great location. - Great location, clean and tidy. Looking a bit tired, we had an issue with a couple of items (curtains off the rail in the bedroom & European plug on the kettle) we did tell the host when we arrived and were assured it would be sorted but it wasn’t. Towels although clean were small. And there was no welcome pack, which you come expect when you stay in apartments, so some tea bags/coffee and a pint of milk would have been appreciated.
• Taylor (5/5): - Needs work. Toilet seat very loose. Appartment a little tatty need Decorating. Advert says Hot Tub but none found. Bedding nice and fresh.

• Robert (9/5): Heerlijk appartement voor een comfortabel verblijf in Londen. - Het is een geweldig fijn en ruim appartement aan het centraal gelegen Cromwell road. Het beschikt over een grote woonkamer met comfortabele banken en een mooie (keurig gedekte!) eettafel, twee ruime slaapkamers (met uitstekende bedden), twee nette badkamers en een prima keuken. Wat ons tegenviel was het feit dat er in de keuken geen theedoek, geen handdoek, geen suiker en geen theezakjes aanwezig waren. Het vriezergedeelte, onder de koelkast, moet dringend een keer ontdooid worden, omdat de lades nog nauwelijks te openen zijn.
