- Jorgy (1/5): The worst wouldnt touch it even if i got paid too - Worst property ive ever stayed at Check my google review - jorgysolomon123@gmail.com
- Shakil (7/5): 10/10 if it had an opening window... - Ideal location and low price, don't really think you'll be able to find much better on those fronts. Having a kitchen and a fridge at this price point is unheard of realistically. Room was clean enough on arrival too. Was a bit too hot, not unbearable or anything but the place could do with some windows that can be opened or a proper AC system. A fan was provided which was helpful. Slept fine in the end anyways.
- Eleanor (1/5): - The location. DO NOT STAY HERE. The heat was absolutely horrific. I felt like I stayed in a sauna.
- Emily (7/5): - The room and building was very clean and tidy; well equipped and well maintained Unfortunately we visited on a very hot day and due to being on the 16th floor there was no window and equally no air conditioning. A fan was provided but understandably did not regulate the room temperature efficiently so unfortunately the room remained quite hot.

- Hannah (2/5): - Way too hot. Awful ventilation.
- Ruth (10/5): Wonderful - Location Nothing. No soap
- Thomas (9/5): -
- Amy (2/5): Avoid. - The staff I interacted with were nice and friendly. Bunch of good reviews have popped up since last week (when there were no reviews), so perhaps I was unlucky with the two rooms I saw. Room wasn’t ready when I arrived (despite it being after check in time) so had to wait 1/2 hour (strange, but not the end of the world). The first room I was mistakenly put in (weird mix up where they thought I was a different person who was also due to check in that day?) had sockets hanging off the walls, and a dirty kitchen. Went down to reception to say I’d been put in the wrong room. Waited another 1/2 hour for that to be sorted (they were nice about it though, thankfully!)
The second room (which was the type I’d booked!) was dusty. It also didn’t have a bottom sheet on bed, or hand soap in kitchenette or bathroom. That would have been manageable, but the real problem was the lack of ventilation. The windows didn’t open and the air conditioning unit didn’t work. Incredibly hot, and difficult to breathe. I left after one night, during which I didn’t sleep at all.
I feel sorry for the students who live here full time.
- Andrew (3/5): Cheap but unbearably hot. - It was close to the venue and cheap considering the location. Holy mother of God the heat inside the room was unbelievable. The other reviews out there are correct - there is virtually zero heat management inside the room and you are therefore at the mercy of the weather. The windows are unopenable. The "air conditioning" is in fact a vent which is connected upstream of an extractor fan unit, like you'd see in a bathroom. These are designed to draw condensate out of a humid area rather than cool the air; in other words, they do next to nothing in a hot room. I'm guessing this system was sold to the building developer as a cheaper alternative to typical AC, but it really isn't suitable for human habitation in warmer months. Across my two nights in this accomodation I got ~5-6 hours sleep as it was just too hot, which is not ideal when you have to attend and present at a scientific conference. Terrible.

- Nehir (7/5): Good value for money, suitable for short stays, amazing staff - Staff was amazing and understanding. Bed and shower was very comfortable and shower was easy yo use. I liked having 2 pillows, towels were clean, toilet paper was provided and area was quiet. Being able to take food into your room is a plus, easy to check in and check out, floor plan is easy to navigate and find your room. hair dryer tjru provided had different tips for different hair types. It was unbearably hot, i couldnt sleep due to how hot I felt even with the small fan they provided on. Room wasnt very clean, especially the bathroom had quite dirty spots on it. Heat was very bad.
- Otto (1/5): Actual torture - There is NO air conditioning & NO ability to open the windows. In weather over 15 degrees C, you WILL cook alive. DO NOT stay here.
- Hasibe (1/5): - Staffs were nice and helpful and the room was clean A/C wasn’t working and could not open the windows because there is no handle to open it so, I literally burned in the room. Additionally, they gave me a card to enter the room and it wasn’t working either.
- Maria Jose (1/5): - No me hicieron ni caso, horrible
- Kenyon (1/5): Waiting for my money refund - Nothing Nothing
- Jack (1/5): Beware - I was not able to confirm my stay on the Guest portal in advance of my stay. The hosts then got in touch a day before I was due to arrive to let me know that my booking would be cancelled. Apart from incurring the additional costs of securing alternative accommodation at short notice I am yet to receive a refund.
- Marina (9/5): - Reception sempre attiva
- Muhammad Waqas (10/5): -
- Luis (1/5): - Nos cancelaron la reserva la noche de antes sin darnos ninguna justificación ni ninguna solucion
- James (8/5): - good place for students

- Peter (1/5): I can’t imagine living there as a student for three terms. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and decisive. - Location Room was stuffy and very hot. Aircon was useless. Two loud fans pushing hot air around. The bed linen was not changed. I brought only the bed problem to staff attention who were apologetic and very helpful.
- Alice (1/5): For the price and location it is great, but I can’t explain how poorly check-in was handled - Location was good Check in was awful. Took hours and receptionist clearly couldn’t care less. Room lacked even hand soap and towels and bedding was not clean. My ID was not checked once on check-in, so couldn’t be less confident about security of the building. After finally getting the documents checked, we were told we couldn’t check in after 10pm- the receptionist explicitly said we could. After a back and forth we were able to check in later but horrendously stressful and disorganised. Not a single person was able to check in successfully for the hour we were sat there waiting
- Momin (5/5): - The property staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy. The floor was found to be unclean, with noticeable strands of hair scattered across its surface, and the chair was dirty with stains on it.
- Joseph (5/5): -
- Matteo (7/5): - Nice common spaces, friendly reception staff, gym Very sloppy communication through the Booking chat.
- Farid (8/5): -
- Jelena (8/5): Good Stay Overall, with a Few Practical Issues - Amazing location, surprisingly quiet given how central it is. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent kitchen facilities. Staff were polite and welcoming, and the on-site gym was a real bonus. Great overall stay. Great price. Great quality toilet paper. The windows couldn’t be opened, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. The cleanliness could have been better, and small things like only receiving part of a toilet roll and nearly empty soap on arrival were disappointing.
- VItaliy (1/5): - The location is great, kind of cheap but I am not sure that it worths suffering from starting there) No air in rooms! Windows doesn't open, ventilation does not work properly. Its common problem for the whole building. When I arrived it also seemed as a sauna due to blinds bad been opened few days in a row and the room got very hot by the sun. Even when it closed it still no any air in the room. Poor students who stay there, i can't imagine how they do that. Maybe winter time is fine but summer is only suffering there. Try to avoid it.
Ps The Booking bill included cleaning for 30£ when the fridge was filled products two weeks old and garbage from shared kitchen smelled terrible (nobody through it)
The sink pipes was stuck and you actually couldn't use it normally. I told stuff about it just I checked in but nobody did anything.
- Henry (5/5): - the location is excellent why not provide shampoo, shower gel and hand wash? It's weird.
- Shreya (8/5): Very good -
- Penelope (10/5): Exceptional -
- Armaan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Joshua (7/5): Good location but warm room. - Very good location. Nice sized room and kitchen. Rooms were warm, ventilation system didn't work great. Kitchen bins were not emptied by cleaners.
- Massaad (8/5): Would definitely recommend staying here - The staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful! The building offers great facilities, including a gym and study spaces (bonus points for the coffee machine, which was free to use in the morning!) The ventilation in the rooms was awful; we couldn't open the windows at all, which made the room unbearably hot during the summer heatwave. This was also a problem when cooking, as I couldn't air out the smell or any smoke. We were given fans, which did help alleviate the situation.
- Alex (7/5): Good - Sadly during my stay there was a malfunction in the air conditioning system, so it was like sleeping in a Sauna, it should get fixed soon enough though. In general the room was very small, but thats wasnt a secret.
- Swathi (3/5): Poor -
- Alice (3/5): didn't stay too hot - Really good location and cheap price but description unclear I see the listings now have changed now after i complained. Description of what I rented was 'apartment'. Was expecting it to be halls of residence but self contained. Glad to see this has changed. People on front desk seemed nice. Description was unclear hopefully its been changed now my room was insanely hot as windows sealed and window looked out level with common space seating. Accommodation is halls of residence with shared kitchen. This wasn't clear on the description of property, when arriving kitchen dirty and used. From description it said private apartment with cooking facilities. Was actually en suite room with access to a shared kitchen which is different. It was really really unbearably hot no windows open. Room was clean but i didn't stay it was so so hot and uncomfortable, poor students... I booked into a hostel nearby a private room where you could open the window and shared kitchen was clean. i ended up out of pocket very annoying but impossible to sleep and work there with the heat.
- David (1/5): Nothing but a rip off. - Nothing The accommodation is only for students which is not mentioned in the policy page on booking .com. they took my money and refused to reimburse me.I am not a student and so should not have booked OR been charged. When I phoned the accommodation I was told to contact Booking.com I contacted them and was told that they have not replied and Zi should contact the accommodation. Both Accommodation and Booking.com have been useless in this instance and I am still £84 out of pocket.
- Harvey (6/5): Solo traveller - one night - The room was large and there was a good shared kitchen and large bath and shower. The desk was also great and the TV was good. The room was very hot and there's no way to open a window but for a short stay there were no issues.
- Faisal (1/5): Bad -
- Lena (2/5): Very poor -
- Hlavata (4/5): Nice place but very dissapointing in terms of stay. It was too hot all day long, hard to enjoy time in the room. Do not - The location, had a kitchen and nice shower with bathroom. The air flow was horrible, we couldn’t sleep at all through the night as the room was 30C. We were in the highest floor with the hottest temperatures.
- Nataliya (8/5): Very good -
