The host explained that cleaning is of extra charge, which I was a bit surprised. We stayed there for 10 days, so we did some basic cleaning ourselves.

The decor was beautiful and the interior was very spacious, with high ceilings. Cleaning materials were well provided for We couldn't find the tumbledryer mentioned in the listing — I think it might have been a mis-listing as the washing machine only had a spin function but no dry function.

The space is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped — high ceilings, a stylish open-plan living area, a fully kitted kitchen, and a genuinely comfortable bed. The private balcony with mountain views was the perfect spot to start each morning. The rooftop pool deck is something else. Sweeping views of Signal Hill and Table Mountain, loungers, BBQ — a real treat after a day exploring the city. 24-hour front desk and security gave great peace of mind, and the location made getting to the V&A Waterfront, restaurants, and the rest of Cape Town effortless. Communication with Aviva was warm, prompt, and professional throughout. Check-in was seamless and every detail was clearly looked after. If you want a stylish, secure, and impeccably run apartment in Cape Town, this is the one. Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Aviva!

- Scott (10/5): Stunning Apartment - The flat was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view of Table Mountain from the balcony was a delight. The building is super secure, with biometrics required for entry. Worth noting that the area is secure too, with private security staff on street corners in the vicinity. Short walk to V&A but Uber is so fast and effective it’s worth just getting a ride for about £4ish, especially at night time. It is Cape Town afterall! Rooftop pool is very nice, with great views. Staff were friendly, and comms via WhatsApp great too. Genuinely, can’t fault it. Loved my stay and can’t wait to come back!

- Max (8/5): Great stay - The place was great. The host was very welcoming and the apartment is super clean and tidy. There is everything you need in the property. On the first night there were at least 10 mosquitos in the bedroom. Mosquito spray is an absolute must.

After my escalation with the hotel management the apartment was cleaned on the next day. The management proposed that the costs for the first night would be refunded.. Unfortunate, this was not done... Nice pictures, bad reality. Stoppy behavior by management, overpriced.

Je zit dicht bij het Waterfront, 6 min wandelen. Er ligt een map met aanbevelingen/informatie. De communicatie is top met de verhuurster. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan. Niets.

- Marina (10/5): Все отлично - Просторная студия, оборудованная всем необходимым для комфортной жизни, с видом на столовую гору Рядом торговый центр (в пешей доступности), где в том числе Spar и можно купить продукты. Подземная парковка и доступ к ней на лифте. Стиральная и посудомоечные машины. Наличие соли, сахара и масла, моющее для посуды, в тч капсулы для посудомоечной машины и стиральный порошок - это отлично, тк не нужно покупать большие партии. И еще кофемашина и несколько приветственных капсул - это очень мило. Мы приехали в 15.00 после самолета, но номер был не готов. Было немного неприятно.

Super convenient location and all the amenities you could ask for during a short to medium length visit to Cape Town. The building is super-secure, coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep and the waterfront is within walking distance.

The room's location across from the lift can be disruptive, and the fact that it faces the street can be a source of disturbance from time to time. Should consider some maintenance, toilet water is running in slowly.

- Анна (7/5): - Отличное расположение Есть охраняемая парковка Оперативно решают проблемы Есть braai на крыше - был классный опыт по жарке стейков на крыше Было достаточно холодно и нет обогревателя. Спали в теплых вещах, но от одеяла было достаточно душно. Звукоизоляция не очень - слышно всё, что происходит в других номерах и в коридоре, тк кровать находится прям у входа в апартаменты и граничит с общим коридором. Нет вытяжки. В здании напротив работают люди с самого утра и до вечера. А ночью, когда включаешь свет, то находишься перед всеми как на ладони. Также в здании напротив иногда валил дым от ресторана и он напрямую попадал в номер. Было не комфортно. Были вопросы к уборке - тумбочки все в пыли. Большая часть мебели уже потрепанная и уставшая.

- Andras (9/5): Great value in safe but central location - Very good value for money in a central yet safe location in Cape Town. The apartment is very well equipped and quiet. The face and fingerprint recognition system gives an extra sense of security. The rooftop terrace with the pool is a great bonus. The guarded garage space is very convenient. Communication with Aviva is great, she was always kind and ready to answer questions. Highly recommended for a stay in CPT! The sliding door of the wardrobe in our apartment was stuck, needs to be fixed. Also, only an old bench provided on the balcony - a table with 2 chairs would have been nicer. Otherwise, no major issue. Our particular flat was a bit dark but that’s because it was on floor 2 with a building closely across the street. The beautiful rooftop terrace definitely makes up for it.

The accommodation was quiet, clean, modern, and very comfortable. It's very reasonably priced. There were a few small cosmetic issues such as the basin in the bathroom peeling/chipping and what seems to be mould patches on the ceiling above the shower, but these did not affect our stay.

Italian restaurant across the road was really good! Reception concierge was very grumpy and extremely intimidating on our arrival tarnishing the experience from the start. The lead concierge was raising his voice at me to the point where I had to step away and let my husband finish the registration, even though it was all in my name. It was a very bizarre and horrible experience as I had done nothing to warrant his weird behaviour. I can only assume he had just woken up and wasn’t functioning fully yet as it was a late check in - no excuse though! There is some quirky electrics going on with the sensor lights in the bathrooms - they turn off when you’re showering and at night are extremely bright, causing my partner to wake. The A/C screen light was also super bright and we couldn’t work out how to turn it off - very annoying. The windows shake in the wind so we had to wear earplugs. Pool area a bit tired, we didn’t use it.
- Dietmar (8/5): Sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was man benötigt und modern eingerichtet. Zentrale Lage. - Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, sehr zentral in einem hippen Viertel von Kapstadt. Restaurants und Cafes in direkter Umgebung. Die V&A Waterfront ist zu Fuß max 10 Minuten entfernt. Eigener Parkplatz zum Appartement im Parkhaus im selben Gebäude. Man muss damit rechnen das es Morgens etwas lauter auf der Straße zugeht, dafür ist man aber auch eben mitten im "Leben".

- Anna (10/5): - Beautiful, safe apartment. So spacious and stunning. Location was good for everywhere. 20 min over from beaches and table mountain. Less than 10 minutes from most amazing restaurants. 10 min walk or 5 min Uber from V&A. Staff were very helpful & responsive.

- Andreas (8/5): Gepflegtes großes Apartment zwischen Waterfront und Capetown - As the name suggests, the apartment is located in the (former) port area. The complex is very secure (24-hour reception and access only with a code). For me, the apartment was ideally situated between Downtown and the Waterfront – about half a kilometer from each. While the view was of Table Mountain, it ultimately overlooked bus parking lots. The staff is very customer-oriented and courteous. The complex is well-maintained and quiet. I was less impressed with the self-check-in process, which required sending my passport via WhatsApp beforehand to generate a QR code. I couldn't quite understand why this couldn't be done on-site – after all, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

- Warren (10/5): - We stayed in this lovely, spotlessly clean apartment in a fantastic location—just a short, pleasant walk from the V&A Waterfront. The host was responsive and stayed in touch throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town!

- Yanick (9/5): Geräumiges, sauberes Apartement für Städteaufenthalt in CPT - Sehr schönes Apartement, geräumig aufgeteilt und auch in der Küche gibt es bereits einige Utensilien, die ansonsten stets gekauft werden müssen. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Grill und Pool und Aussicht. Preis-Leistung an der oberen Grenze aber OK.
