- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage)
- A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged
- Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.
- If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.
-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Unwashed roasting trays in the oven - also reported.
Could not get BBC on TV, possibly our lack of expertise but instructions didn't help.
- rachel (7/5): Comfortable but not great - It was clean, comfortable and well located for the beach bar. We received a phone call on the day an hour before we were to arrive at the property to be told that our check in had not been accepted, and that we needed to provide alternative forms of identification when we were already in Cornwall.
The property was hard to locate, and is currently surrounded by building sites and once in the property, the bi-fold doors did not work, so it was very warm. I tried to call the property and was unable to get through.
During our stay, we received numerous phone calls to see how our stay was going and if we would like to extend our stay. When I asked how much it would be for 1 extra night with the fees they add on to this would have cost us £250 which is extortionate.
Ive been coming to Cornwall for several years and stayed at similar properties within the area and have received more for my money than what we paid to say there. There was no welcome pack or anything to tell you about places to see in the local area etc which is a personal touch you expect when staying in an apartment like this as opposed to going to a chain hotel.
- Dawn (10/5): Exceptional - Location was beautiful as we have been coming to hayle for 12 years so love this area Its not really a dislike but the only thing is if we would have been staying longer than a few days there wasn't alot of room in kitchen for food space but to be honest we went out alot anyway
- Barry (5/5): Too good to be true - The kitchen was very well equipped, the apartment was spacious We couldn't find it then couldn't get in. With no outside pictures and without expecting the block to be named in Cornish identifying the building was difficult. Then the instructions to get in were wrong and only with assistance of another occupant were we able to gain entry. To dial the code on the key box you needed to be at least 6 foot tall. Whilst there was a bath I estimate it would take 30 minutes to fill it. A grab on the wall is needed to enable one to safely get out of the bath. There was nowhere in the shower to put anything for easy access. We failed to get the towel rail to work. The shower screen was too small to contain the spray. The bi-folding lounge door seems to expand when the sun is on it and we were only able to open it when the sun went down. We were unable to close it.
At present the area is a building site.
We were unable to talk to anybody that knew where the building was or how to get in it.

- Christopher (5/5): Good apartment, spoilt by poor management company - Good location, although currently in the middle of a building site. Well appointed, clean, modern apartment. The management company were very poor. Their app would not accept my credit card for the damage deposit. No IT support on a Saturday, the main change over day. A lot of wasted time trying to sort it out.

- Fiona (8/5): Lovely property. - Lovely apartment, cosy and comfortable in a great location for us. The check in process, we would not be given check in codes until 3pm, but it failed and we weren't given codes to get into the apartment. We were also told there was a parking permit to put in the car and we would be charged £150 if we lost it, so we searched everywhere and had to message the property to be told there wasn't actually a permit in the first place. We had to send alot of messages to the property company over the access codes not being released and the parking permit, the communication could be better.
