• BELHADDAD (1/5): A real nightmare - "I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. Our stay was a complete nightmare. The hotel is extremely dirty, but that is the least of the problems. The elevators are faulty; we actually got stuck inside them multiple times. Most disturbingly, my sister suffered a severe electric shock from a faulty kettle in our room. The surge was so powerful it caused a total blackout on the 5th floor, even though we were staying on the 1st floor. Despite this life-threatening incident and a major protest from our side, the management refused to change our room. They only agreed to move us after we threatened to file a formal complaint with our national ministry. Nothing

• Bushra (1/5): Would never book this hotel again! - Nothing Whoever is reading this review PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We booked and paid upfront, went for check in, receptionist who was very rude and ignorant kept saying room is not available just wait. We waited 4 hours and still no progress then one of the staff told us that we should argue together a room because so many times people who come here don't even get their rooms because of being overcrowded. Hotel was dirty muddy, random dirty clothes of people on the floor and water everywhere. We then booked Voco Hotel and left that filthy place. I have requested BOOKING.com to refund my money.

• Abdullah (1/5): - تواصلت مع الفندق أولاً قبل الحجز، وطلبوا مني أن أقوم بالحجز عبر Booking. بالفعل قمت بالحجز لشخصين مع خيار سريرين مفردين وكان الخيار ظاهر ومتاح وقت الحجز وتم الدفع بناءً عليه. بعد الحجز أفادوا أن الطلب خاضع لمدى التوفر رغم أنه كان محدد قبل الدفع، وبسبب ذلك لم أسكن في الفندق. حاولت التواصل معهم عدة مرات عبر الاتصالات والرسائل لكن للأسف لا يوجد أي رد. حتى عندما تواصلت Booking معهم وأفادوا أنهم مستعدون للتنازل عن العمولة لإعادة المبلغ، لم يتم الرد عليهم أيضاً. للأسف تجربة غير جيدة من ناحية الوضوح والتجاوب مع العملاء، وأنصح أي شخص يتأكد جيدًا قبل الحجز

• Mohamed (4/5): need to work on better coordination during check in and housekeeping - I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately experienced a delay during check‑in, which took much longer than expected. In addition, I was given a room with fewer beds than what I had originally booked and agreed upon. To be fair, the issue with the room was fixed the next day, and I appreciate the staff’s efforts to resolve it. may this delay due to work load and lot of reservation in such season However, these problems did affect my overall experience, especially after a long journey. I hope the hotel can improve the check‑in process and ensure room allocations match the confirmed reservation details.
