• Jeremy (7/5): I think OK for a few days - Everything u need in a modern unit. Had to get soap, washing and own socket. Nothing is plugged in there. Eg washing machine, fridge, kettle etc

The family studio type room is very spacious and comfortably accommodated 7–8 guests, which is perfect if you’re traveling together and want enough space to relax. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The host was amazing, very accommodating, responsive, and genuinely made sure we had a wonderful stay, which we truly appreciated. The building itself is a big plus. It has great amenities like a swimming pool and gym, and we loved that there are coffee shops in the lobby, making it very convenient and relaxing. Everything you need is either inside the building or just a few steps away. Overall, this place offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone booking on Booking.com, especially families and large groups looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Also thank you for the host for giving us a free transportation to Terminal 2 for our flight hehe Nothing, just a request to have more amenities like playground for kids but we still enjoy

• Dyann (6/5): Not good. The only good thing is that the staffs of the building are nice. - Staffs of the building are all nice specially the guards. Aircondition is not cold. Incomplete set of utensils. Some of the appliances doesn’t have adapter so you can’t plug it in the socket. Insufficient bed sheets and pillow case for the guests above 4 pax. Toiletries of past renter is still in the bath room. Not cozy at all.

• Sebastian (9/5): - The rooms are spacious—what you see is exactly what you get. Unlike some Airbnbs where photos make rooms look wide but are actually narrow, this place truly offers ample space. We had a very comfortable sleep, and my family really enjoyed our stay. The staffs were very friendly, and the Wi-Fi connection was very strong. No heater was available, but it was manageable. I did see one baby cockroach; however, overall, the place was clean and comfortable

• LEIZL CLYDE (10/5): excellent - the room is very clean and is very well prepared. extra bedding was provided and was comfortable to sleep on. room is huge and perfect for large families. the modern design and lighting makes the atmosphere comfortable. the room is the same as it appears on the photos. free water bottles and toothbrush was given upon arrival, kitchenwares and room amenities are also complete. the host is very accommodating and considerate. overall 10/10 experience 💯💯💯
• emma (8/5): Stay was ok, room is very big - The size of room is excellent and the beds and sheets were very comfortable. Balcony was good. Fridge is very cold and all cooking supplies were there if needed. Host was very accommodating and responsive The room was lacking some important items such as iron, dustpan, towels for drying dishes, dish soap, sponge, clothes air rack although we were supplied the clothes rack and a clothes steamer when requested but the steamer leaked and wasnt very useful. A dustpan and cleaning items for kitchen are essential when staying for than a day or two and have always been supplied at other places ive stayed across the Philippines. There is no where near the hotel for food or needed items. All shops and buildings surrounding the hotel are vacant. Roxas blvd is exceptionally loud during the night while sleeping which i didnt anticipate.

Water dripping from the AC. Bed is too hard. Sheets and pillows are like from a motel not a luxury place. This is a condominium not a hotel. Smell of the building stinks. Elevator is scary. No phones in the room so you have to go all the way down to talk to front desk.

• Juvy (1/5): The WORST.from check in to stay - i did not stay the night my group separated because of the inappropriate room provi - The property advertised is deceiving- its a scam I booked accommodation for 5 persons , and paid in full online - host gave it away to someone else. I arrived at 8pm with my group gave us a small accommodation only for 2 people and wants us to stay by providing loose matresses. VERY DISAPPOINTING! 😡😡 Terrible HOST I was scammed due to FALSE ADVERTISING ! Its says Luxury penthouse - which is a false description. I hope others will not fall into this.

Host is very easy to contact and very accommodating. The kitchen utensils are not enough for the 5 people booked to the property if you decide to eat in.

• Rosel (10/5): The best staycation we ever had so far! - At first I was really hesitant to book since from what I am seeing from other reviews. But I am really amazed how good their service and the host were really kind. They gave us all what we need during our stay, even we're late. The unit is clean and smells good just like the Okada scent, and the unit is really spacious, good for accommodating 7-8 pax, we didn't expect a studio type unit to be this wide HAHAHA. Overall so much worth it and would love to book again. And also this it is nice because it is near Airport which didn't give us a hard time to travel! Nothing, all is perfect
