• Α P (8/5): - Καθαριότητα. Άνθρωποι της καθαριότητας ευγενικοί να προσφέρουν πετσέτες παραπάνω κτλ. Έλλειψη κομοδινων με πορτατιφ στο δωμάτιο κρεβατιού έκανε δύσκολη τη φόρτιση κινητών, το ακουμπούσα στο πάτωμα, όπως και να διαβασω ένα βιβλίο. Η τηλεόραση ηταν συνδεδεμένη μόνο με πλατφόρμες δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα για να δω κανονικα κανάλια δημόσια. Μπορεί να μην το έψαξα καλα κι εγώ βέβαια... Η πόρτα κάτω παρατήρησα ότι μετά λίγες μερες ειχε κάποια σημάδια παραβίασης ή καταστροφής. Σε συνδυασμό με κάποια γκραφιτη ακριβώς εκεί τύπου tourists go home υπήρχε ένας φόβος μην τυχόν και γινει καποιο φασαρία από άτομα προς τους ενοίκους των δωματίων.

• Flávio (7/5): - Passamos somebte uma noite no apartamento. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Roupas de cama e de banho novas Check-in e check-out muito fáceis e com sempre pronto atendimento pelo anfitrião. Próximo ao apartamento existem mini mercados, padaria e restaurantes. A localização não é das melhores. Parece ser um centro antigo da cidade, com predios abandonados, muitas paredes pichadas e um ar sombrio. Como chegamos à noite e após o check-intivemos que sair para jantar, ficamos um tanto "assustados" com as pessoas que circulavam pelas ruas. O box do banheiro vazava entre a porta e a placa fixa, molhando todo o piso do banheiro. As camas são baixas (apoiadas diretamente no chão, sem pés) e isso traz dificuldades para pessoas mais velhas ou com alguma restrição de locomoção. Na cozinha há poucos utensilios para que se possa preparar um pequeno jantar, em estadias de mais de um dia. Também falta um micro-ondas e são sempre benvindos alguns saquinhos de chá ou cápsulas de café para acolher melhor os hóspedes.
• Baumann (10/5): Tolles Apartment fußläufig zur Innenstadt - Ein tolles Apartmenthaus in sehr guter Lage, fußläufig zur Innenstadt, Restaurants und Kneipen in unmittelbarer Nähe, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße und im ganzen Viertel (wir hatten Glück und haben direkt einen gefunden). Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit Balkon, großem und bequemem Bett, Sofa, Küchenzeile, schönem Bad, schönem Licht. Alles ist neu, modern und sauber. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp ist schnell und einfach. Wir bekamen eine Nachricht, dass wir früher einchecken können, da das Apartment bereits fertig sei. Auf Anfrage durften wir auch später auschecken. Sehr kundenorientiert und freundlich. Checkin einfach über einen Türcode. Alles war bestens.

• Tim (6/5): Zusammenfassend überzeugt die Unterkunft durch ihre gute Lage, allerdings besteht bei der Sauberkeit noch deutlicher Ver - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben, dass die Wohnung nicht sauber war, wurde uns ein Teil des Geldes erstattet. Die Unterkunft punktet zwar mit ihrer guten Lage, jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig (unter anderem Haare im Bett sowie verschmutzte Türklinken, Haare und Dreck auf dem Boden). Auch der Zustand der Ausstattung wirkt mangelhaft und eher wie provisorischer Baupfusch. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck: mehr Schein als Sein.

• Girl (10/5): Комфортно, приємно і затишно. - Затишна, світла, чиста квартира з усім необхідним. Зручне ліжко, свіжа білизна, чисті балкони. Перебування було дуже комфортним. Також зручне розташування, у пішій доступності з центром міста та метро. Обовʼязково буду повертатися до вас, якщо будуть доступні необхідні дати. Найкраще місце для поселення, коли їду у відрядження. Можливо варто додати тапки і халат. Але це не більше як побажання.

• Елена (10/5): - A very comfortable flat with fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is very big and the windows are huge. We liked the area very much, and we are so grateful to the owner who recommended us local farmers market to buy fresh Greek products and local authentical places to eat. The access to the apartment was easy despite our late arrival. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with parking our car, translating, etc. Thank you so much! We definitely recommend this place to stay and we fell in love with Athens ❤️

• ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ (8/5): - Ηταν η δεύτερη φορά που επιλέξαμε να μείνουμε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα,επειδή την πρώτη μείναμε καταενθουσιασμένοι. Αυτή την φορά παρότι είναι ένα κεντρικότατο και καλαίσθητο κατάλυμα, η καθαριότητα του δωματίου δεν ήταν καλή και η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας έσταζε νερά.

• Andrea (8/5): helles, sauberes Apartment, aber etwas zu teuer - helles und sauberes Apartment, unkomplizierter Zugang, Heizung und Warmwasser haben gut funktioniert, es gibt zwei Balkone, die nette Reinigungsfrau hat uns frische Handtücher hingelegt in der Beschreibung genannte Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler gab es nicht, die Duschkabine war undicht und wir hatten immer eine Pfütze direkt vor der Toilette, es gab kein Putzzeug und keine Ersatzmüllbeutel, wir waren eine Woche dort und hätten auch mal gerne gekehrt und gewischt, ein Küchenhandtuch wäre auch schön gewesen, das Bett ist nur ca. 20cm hoch und nicht sehr bequem das Apartment ist für bis zu drei Personen, es gab aber nur zwei Stühle (für uns war das nicht relevant, da wir zu zweit waren)

• ANTONIA (9/5): Ευχάριστη ! - Η τοποθεσία, η καθαριότητα και η άμεση ανταπόκριση στις ερωτήσεις. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τις κάψουλες του καφέ! Νομίζω ότι θα ήταν καλό να είχε κομοδίνο/α με φωτιστικά. θα διευκόλυνε την βραδινή ανάγνωση. Και ένα wettex για τους πάγκους της κουζίνας
• Karyna (1/5): - Nothing The bathroom had a strong mold and sewage smell due to the lack of basic plumbing and water sealing. Sewage gases are toxic and can cause nausea, headaches, breathing issues, and are especially dangerous for people with asthma. I have asthma and informed the manager, but nobody cared. I woke up choking in the middle of the night and had to evacuate immediately. I booked 7 nights but could only survive one. I was forced to move to another hotel last-minute, which caused additional expenses. I contacted booking support right away and applied for chargeback. There were cockroaches, the neighborhood was hostile to tourists, and after I left, the owner contacted me demanding explanations with no apology. The manager had given him my private number — a GDPR violation. The owner is clearly , renting out unsafe, unhealthy conditions that endanger guests’ health.

• Athanasios (10/5): Great apartment - The apartment was spacious and clean! The location was great, the area offers a unique vibe which you either like or not (we loved it) and despite the rumours it feels safe. It is in walking distance (10 minutes) from two metro/train stations and 20-25 minutes from the main square (Syntagma). It would be even better if the apartment had cleaning products to help in cleaning if the stay is longer than a weekend and the kitchen could benefit from a toaster and maybe a microwave.
• Özge (10/5): Temiz ve konforlu konaklama - 2 çocukla 4 kişi mükemmel konforlu bir konaklama yaşadık.Ev sahibi sorularımıza zamanında döndü.Ev çok ferah,temiz ve modern dekore edilmişti.Bulunduğu semt merkeze biraz uzak ama yürüyerek 20 dakikada ulaşabildik.Kaldı ki biz yürüyerek şehri keşfetmeyi sevdiğimiz için keyifle yürüdük.Mahalle güvenliydi.Teşekkürler

• Gabriela (10/5): Una joya oculta en Atenas, inmejorable - Es nuevo, limpio, luminoso y nos dejaron unos panecillos y agua como detalle de bienvenida. Por la noche se duerme genial sin ruido y las persianas eléctricas son una pasada. Queda a 10-15 minutos en taxi y 30 minutos a pie de Plaka. Es un barrio entre hippie-bohemio que están recuperando poco a poco. Tiene ambiente local y me encanta porque sales de las zonas de Plaka, Monastiraki, etc, donde lo que menos hay son griegos. No os asustéis con los grafitis a la entrada, en Atenas es “normal” el street art. La gestión fue perfecta, es una pequeña joya en Atenas.

• Dennis (9/5): Would definitely go back - Apartments are really nice, modern and clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Not too far from the center. There is a nice bakery down the street where you can sit and have breakfast. The neighborhood looks a bit dodgy in the dark, but I felt oke walking there at night.
