• Balázs (1/5): Családi utazásra alkalmatlan, dohányszagú és elhanyagolt szoba, ami miatt új szállást kerestünk - Elhelyezkedés, megközelíthetőség. Soha nem írtam még negatív értékelést a Bookingon, pedig már túl vagyok egy pár foglaláson, picit kellemetlenül is érzem emiatt magam, de nem tudok mit tenni. Ez a szállás tönkretett egy 4 napos szicíliai családi kirándulást. A "családbarát" jelző eleve furcsa volt egy közös fürdőszobás helynél, de úgy voltam vele, a többi része majd kompenzálja. A bejutás is nehézkes volt: mivel előtte nem kaptunk instrukciót, azt hittük, a helyszínen várnak. A repülés és taxizás után még fél órát üldögéltünk az épület előtt, mire külön kérésre megjött az üzenet a kulcsszéf kódjával. Azonnal érezhető volt, hogy a szobában töményen dohányoztak. Próbáltunk szellőztetni, elkezdtünk kipakolni, hátha csak az előző vendég miatt van. Hátizsákos utazók lévén a vasaló fő szempont volt, amit előre egyeztettünk. Nem volt bekészítve, de a személyzetinél találtunk kettőt. Az egyiknek a dugója volt hibás, a másiknak minden mozdulatra lejárt a hátulja, kilátszódtak a vezetékek. Érintésvédelmileg egyenesen balesetveszélyes. Mire ezen túljutottunk, világossá vált, hogy a szoba menthetetlenül dohányszagú. Jeleztük a szállásadónak, aki felajánlott egy másik szobát, de az is cigarettaszagú volt. Mivel egy 5 éves kislánnyal jöttünk, ez egy többnapos tartózkodásra alkalmatlan hely. Ráadásul a falak is több helyen koszosak voltak (amit képekkel dokumentáltunk). Az első napunk ráment arra, hogy szombat este azonnal új szállást keressünk Cataniában, ami 3 óra alatt sikerült is. A szállásadó utólag mindezt vitatja, sőt szerinte ott aludtunk, mert látta a kipakolás (és a szellőztetési kísérletünk) nyomait. Épeszű ember egy ilyen bűzös helyen nem marad egy estét se. Az értékelések alapján nem ilyenre számítottam!

• HELENE (7/5): En dessous de mes attentes - Parking gratuit dans la rue Je n’avais pas compris qu’il y avait 4 autres chambres dans l’appartement pour seulement 2 sdb communes, certains colocataires fumaient dans les sdb/wc. Literie peu confortable.

• Miryam (10/5): Like being at home - There is everything you need. The host is quick in replying. Quiet and spacious room. Clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. Supermarket and buses near by as well as a few local bars and restaurants.

• Liubov (9/5): - Il soggiorno in Deodato guesthouse è stato davvero piacevole. L’alloggio era molto confortevole, pulito e accogliente. Nell’appartamento erano presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, il che ha reso il soggiorno comodo e rilassante. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole.

• Larisa (10/5): - Понравилось все) Хорошее расположение, недалеко от всего, но в тихом районе. Рядом отличный бар Магри, рекомендую! Дом со своим зелёным двором, ухоженным и красивым, квартира просторная, чистая, красивая, стильная, хозяйка Ана - милейшая женщина! Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, даже есть некоторые продукты. Есть возможность раздельного сбора мусора. К сожалению, не взяла в поездку домашнюю обувь, а пол холодный. Одноразовые тапочки для гостей были бы прекрасным дополнением.
• Ali (10/5): - the accomodation is really new and clean, the place in quite area and accessible to all transportation ... also it's close to the centre 5 minutes walking from Burger King and Lidl the owner was really nice and welcoming ! the room was big and it has everything you need and the bed was big enough ... there's AC in the room and it has big two windows ... I enjoyed being there 🙏🏻 that i stayed for only 3 nights 😊

• frédérique (5/5): Réservation non conforme aux attentes - Le gîte est situé dans un joli immeuble. Les parties communes sont joliment décorées et équipées. Possibilité de cuisiner et de se restaurer. Le personnel d'entretien est discret et efficace. Le descriptif de la réservation annonçait des équipements que nous n'avions pas. Climatisation défectueuse. Absence de TV. Absence de lit pour accueillir notre fils 16 ans prévu dans la réservation. Pas de drap pour son lit gonflable. Un duo de serviette à partager entre 3. Un lit gonflable était placé sous le lit principal. Un ventilateur trop bruyant la nuit pour palier à l'absence de climatisation. 2 nuits ont suffi pour sortir de ce séjour, très fatigués par manque de sommeil (confort très insuffisant des literies + manque de climatisation et rue trop bruyante)

• Vladlen (10/5): Great place for a very nice price - A wonderful guest house almost in the city center with a beautiful garden, large rooms with high ceilings. The room has everything for a comfortable life, as well as a balcony, the hotel has two toilets and a kitchen. This guest house is one of the best where I have ever stayed. I would like to separately thank the owner of the house Anna for her understanding and help.

• Kallum (10/5): Group holiday is Sicily - Very easy to commute to within Catania city. This was made even better with communication from the host who helped us with all of our queries. She was very attentive and caring. I would stay here again and recommend staying here in the future The parking is a big struggle if you are hiring a car. It's almost like you have to jump for a space at the moment one comes free.

• Pavlína (5/5): Passable - Clean room and resolved trouble. Nice Kitchen. Owner helped me imediatelly with the trouble of bed, but i didnt get back any money and it was really uncomfort. I order and payed accomodation for 3 and there was a mistake in the system. So we had Just one doublebed…So we used a matrace what was ok for sleeping but there were no správě for walking in the room and it took as other time to find them, use them, etc. We tried to find a parking more then 15 minutes. The keys didnt worked well. Mess in the bathroom.
