- The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in. After check-in is complete, guests will be required to travel from the front desk to their cottage via taxi or car. Guests are required to return their keys to the front desk upon check-out. A deposit via PayPal is required to secure your reservation.The property will contact the guests within 3 days after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via PayPal within 7 days. Please note that child rates are applicable to children 9 years and younger and adult rates are applicable to children 10 years and older. Please contact the property for more details. Please note that guests who wish to rent the barbecue set on site must send a request using the Special Requests box when booking. Additional fees will apply. The barbecue set is available for rent from May to October every year. - Guests are strongly advised to have snow chains and studless tires equipped to their vehicle when traveling at any time between late November to early August. - The property's front desk is approximately a 45-minute drive away from the Usui Karuizawa Interchange - Please note, there are no supermarkets or dining options near this accommodations. Guests are advised to purchase their own food before traveling to the area. A local supermarket, Tsuruya Karuizawa Shop, is open daily between 09:30-20:00. Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Takayuki (8/5): - スタッフのご夫婦がとても気さくで親切な方で、備え付けのBBQセットの使い方を詳しく説明してくれたり、記念写真を撮ってくれたり、帰りのオススメの温泉施設などを教えていただきました。宿泊施設ですが、10人泊まれるコテージに9人で利用しました。森林の中に建っているので、勝手にウッド調の建物を想像していましたが、私が宿泊した建物はピンクの建物で、一棟まるまるではなく、2世帯住宅のような建物でした。ベッドも布団も清潔で、施設内も不自由なく過ごせたのですが、そこだけ少し残念でした。
