A bit more info of the place and its facilities woul - Great location - Calm but near to busy streets, restaurants etc. It wasn’t really clean is what we noticed. The floor blackened our socks and there were quite a lot of strands of hair that were not ours on the floor. Dusty in some spaces (bathroom sink edge). There’s no fire alarm which would be a needed safety feature in case of fire. Instructions on how to throw away the trash in the introdoctury text/video to the apartment would be good, also investing in a small coffee table would be a nice (and cheap for the host) bonus to make the living room a bit more accomodating, these are details though and not a direct critique. Lastly it can be mentioned in the info text of the apartment on the website that the entrance is not for people afraid of hights; railing is very low and there’s a sheer drop to a concrete courtyard 3 floors down. Just as a heads up!

• Lorraine (9/5): Great spot, comfy and convenient. - Loved this little apartment. So comfy and great aircon. Perfect location in Trastevere, close to so many amazing bars and restaurants. Couldn't of asked for a better spot. Great host, couldn't do enough to make our stay special and gave us lots of great recommendations. The bathroom was mostly clean but there were a few area's that needed a little more attention. We didn't know there was limited hot water, which meant a cold shower for the person using the shower second on our first day.
• Akhobadze (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed — even an emergency kit and a fire extinguisher, which shows great attention to detail. There was also a full-length mirror, which is a big plus, especially for us girls! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the main area for fun, yet tucked away in a quiet district so we could sleep peacefully. The host was incredibly helpful, gave us great local tips, and even booked a taxi to the airport for us. Highly recommended!

The space was very tidy, comfortable, and just as described. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always quick to respond and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

There are many great restaurants and bars nearby, the apartment and street are very quiet so it’s easy to get some rest after a day of exploring the city. The owner was also very helpful with tips and we felt very well accommodated throughout our stay.

Apartment was ideal for a solo traveller or couple and had all amenities available for my stay. Host provided excellent recommendations for my first time in Rome and made themselves available if required. Great comms also. N/A
