• Hugo (10/5): Appartement confortable et bien connecté. - L'Écrin Bleu est bien placé à Aubervilliers. L'endroit est bien connecté avec le RER et le métro (ligne 12) chacun à une dizaine de minutes de marche. Présence de nombreux commerces à proximité. Le parking (payant) est sécurisé et accessible directement depuis le bâtiment. Et surtout : l'appartement est confortable et beau !

• Marfisa (9/5): Boa opção, mas com algumas ressalvas! - Apartamento reformado e bem decorado. Próximo a mercados e farmácias. A menos de 10 minutos da estação de trem. Espaço bem aproveitado. Tinham bastante toalhas de banho e roupas de cama confortáveis. Sofá cama um pouco duro e desconfortável, não havia taça para vinhos e poucos utensílios de cozinha como panelas, tampas não havia nenhuma, faca de cozinha. Alguns detalhes que poderiam tornar a estadia um pouco mais fácil e confortável. O cofre onde se retira o crachá fica num local muito baixo e precisa praticamente sentar no chão para conseguir pegar. Num dia de frio e chuva não é fácil.

• Elena (10/5): Wonderful! - First of all, the apartment was beautifully decorated and looked just like the photos, which was a lovely surprise. I also really appreciated that the key was in a lockbox, it took the pressure off having to arrive at a specific time for check-in. On top of that, the location was great, close to the metro and other useful amenities.

Agree the fare before you get into the taxi) but the Stade de France metro is only 5 minutes walk away so I wouldn't recommend a taxi. We liked everything, really. No bad points. • tulay (3/5): - The manager provided me with a very long, unnecessary instruction series with photos and instructions on how to get the key. It was still okay only if the instructions worked. However, the number one instruction which I needed to go to 'a store' denied me and didn't collaborate. I had to use my own international internet to contact with the manager of the property to tell me properly how to get the keys. He again directed me to the store, and the store again denied the assistance to me. It was very costly for me until I get the keys and to the apartment. A lady from the apartment helped me, even she didn't understand the instructions in their own language when she was talking on the phone with the manager. It was a disaster, and I had to extra pay with my own internet to get to the apartment, which was ridiculous! Initially, I reserved for one person, but when one friend of mine needed to stay, I asked through message the maximum number of stay that is allowed. When confirmed, I informed the manager through message in advance of my stay that we will be in total 2 person. However, there was no extra sheet, pillow and blanket. When I requested, the manager denied my request and didn't help, claiming that I initially reserved for one, however, that's not fact. I informed him in advance through booking message, that we will be total two. Overall, although the location was okay (ten minutes walking distance to the metro), and the interior design was cozy and clean, I do not recommend to stay here. It is very expensive (and the service attitude is horrible) and you can find much better places that at least treat and serve you better. Edit: The manager of the place below wrongly accuse of my review being 'inaccurate'. The messages proves that I provided my review accurately. For anyone who needs proves, my messages stay in the inbox. The reply to my review is also disrespectful.
• GENE (8/5): Super séjour - Appartement trés calme et très bien placé pour se rendre au stade de france à pied (20mn) et à 10mn du métro pour aler sur Paris. Timbre dans salle de bains un peu trop haut

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - Lovely flat, very convenient if you want to reach the University campus. The flat is spacious and has all the needed amenities. It faces some back gardens and it is quiet. There is a supermarket nearby, which has all the basic amenities. Near a good running track along the canal. it would have been wonderful to have a fan!
