• Mélissa (10/5): Grand appartement bien équipé, parking privé en sous-sol et hôtes réactifs : un séjour sans fausse note. - Un très bon séjour dans un grand appartement propre et bien équipé, avec toutes les commodités souhaitées. Mention spéciale pour le parking privé en garage directement dans l’immeuble, un vrai confort. Sofia et Ricardo sont des hôtes réactifs et attentionnés. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.

• Cormier (5/5): - La proximité avec Porto Moniz Manque d’accueil, complexe de trouver la porte d’entrée. Pas de description pour le Wi-fi. Impossible de parler à une personne…
• Dimitri (7/5): Petit appartement calme - Appartement un peu atypique mais confortable, propre et équipé. Les hôtes font l'effort pour le rendre plus cosy et agréable à vivre. Le parking serait un plus, mais il est trop étriqué pour s'y garer en sécurité - nous avons laissé la voiture sur la rampe d'accès. L'endroit est bien calme. Il me semble bien avoir vu "130m2" dans l'annonce (mais je ne le vois plus), en réalité c'est plutôt la moitié de cette surface. Appartement un peu vieillot avec de petits travaux de réparation ou d'amélioration à faire par ci par là - la ventilation de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, la porte de la petite chambre ne se ferme pas si le lit-gigogne est sorti, des étagères dans un mini-couloir qu'on risque de se prendre dans l'oeil, le robinet de la cuisine qui fuit et on n'a pas trouvé le bouilloire... Les fenêtres donnent sur un mur en béton et pas sur un jardin ni sur la montagne. C'est bien 600m de la mer, mais la ville étant sur un flanc de montagne, le retour à pied est un calvaire - ceci n'est en aucun cas un reproche aux propriétaires - on est plutôt tentés à prendre la voiture mais attention - impossible de se garer en journée près de la mer.
• Stefanie (8/5): - Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und gute Lage. Leider keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Ein Wäscheständer wäre von Vorteil. An das parken in der Garage muss man sich gewöhnen.
• Tassia Antonia (8/5): - Die Räume sowie der Balkon waren ausreichend und toll aufgeteilt. Es hat ein Wäscheständer gefehlt. Außerdem war es nicht möglich, in den Parkplatz im Parkhaus einzuparken. Das Parkhaus war für gute Fahrer machbar.
• syberg (7/5): Fantastisk god placering, god plads, med flere soveværelser og eget køkken me salt vi skulle bruge. Kan klart anbefale a - Placeringen og mulighed for at parkere. Desuden var der god plads og mange faciliteter. Der var meget støj fra naboer, hunde og konstruktions arbejde. Manglede indbydende ude plads til at nyde når solen var der.

• Virginia (9/5): - El apartamento cómodo y muy limpio. Los dueños amables y muy pendientes. Ha sido una estancia que repetiríamos sin dudar.
• Bart (9/5): Nice and quiet with local flavour - Location: Nice family oriented part of Porto Moniz, in the quiet part, but close to the pools. Enough space so it did not feel crowded with 4 people. Enough space for suitcases to be spread out. Nice festival at the sea with friendly people. Please mark the side of the shelf in the small extra bedroom in a very bright (yellow) color or with cotton and tape, because it is on eye level and you easily do not notice until too late.

• Seppe (8/5): - Mooi appartement in Porto Moniz. Goede locatie in de stad. Het appartement is niet nieuw, maar wel netjes. De parkeerplaats is een groot pluspunt, maar het inparkeren vereist wat behendigheid.
• Marhhia (5/5): It's an 80 sq.m. apartment (not 180 sq.m as stated in the ad) - It was a clean apartment with all the essentials provided, like detergent, paper, towels, and so on. The owners were very kind and even left some drinks and snacks as a welcome gift. The apartment was advertised as 130 square meters, but in reality, it was no more than 80 sq.m. - 6,50m to 12m-. The view was just a high concrete wall with some fruit bushes at the top. There was an electrical issue in the kitchen where the breaker would trip when using the kettle or the oven along with two burners. The bathroom pipes needed some maintenance because there was a unpleasant smell. Also, some of the furniture seemed too old, which gave the place a musty odor.
