• Grégoire (3/5): heureusement que la localisation était bonne - La localisation Les équipements ( 4 chaises pour un logement de 8 personnes), une douche cassée et un lit cassée. Une literie limite. La vaisselle sale en arrivant, nous avons du tout nettoyer. Je ne recommande pas ce logement si vous cherchez un endroit propre et accueillant dans de bonnes conditions

• Laura (1/5): - Das einzig positive war die Nähe zur Stadt, dass alles fußläufig war. Wo soll ich anfangen. Nachdem wir die Unterkunft erst einmal 10 Minuten lang suchen mussten, da uns nicht gesagt wurde dass ich diese im Hinterhof befindet, wurden wir von einer nach rauchstinkenden Wohnung empfangen. Und das obwohl es als eine nichtraucherwohnung deklariert wurde. Der erste Eindruck erschien erst sehr hell und freundlich zu sein, doch nachdem man sich häuslich einrichten wollte, erwartete uns das böse Erwachen. Ein Bett war nicht nutzbar da es bei Besetzung oder Benutzung fast in sich zusammenbrechen zu Tode, die Wände und auch die Fußleisten und Gardinen waren hochgradig schmutzig. Viele Türen und Rahmen und Fußleisten waren aufgequollen/mit vermoderungsschimmel besetzt und die Krönung, war die absolut verdreckte in "Terrasse, welche voller zigarettenstummeln verdreckt war und auch mit Exkrementen in Klammern kackwurst beschmutzt war. Und dadurch für uns nicht nutzbar war. Geschirr in der Küche war ebenfalls hochgradig verschmutzt so dass man daraus freiwillig nicht essen oder trinken wollte. Alles war sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen.

• Jose Antonio (8/5): - La ubicación estaba bastante bien, además de que el apartamento estaba completamente reformado con camas muy cómodas, ducha con agua caliente y fluida y calefacción con radiador que hacía que la estancia en el interior fuera muy agradable Esto no fue directamente culpa del anfitrión ya que el check-in era a partir de las 14:00, sin embargo, acordamos por mensajes dejar las maletas antes (sobre las 10:00) y para nuestra sorpresa no pudimos hacerlo. Las llaves no estaban, no sé que lío tenian entre el anfitrión y la persona que se encargaba de darnos las llaves (una señora un poco desagradable y su hija también desagradable) pero finalmente entramos a la hora establecida en la aplicación y perdimos esa mañana entre ir de acá para allá.

• Corinne (9/5): Sinon l'appartement fesait l'affaire - L'appartement était sympa, propre mais pas assez de mug de petites cuillères pas de cafetière.... On nous avait dit qu'on pouvez se garer dans la cour mais il n'y en avait pas,il a fallu chercher une place dans une rue éloigné payante et non sécurisé Pour la clé il a fallu aller la chercher dans un magasin qui n'avait pas l'air au courant Heureusement nous avons trouvé la femme de ménage pour avoir des clés, Nous parlons pas la langue se qui n'a pas facilité l'entrée dans les lieux
• Кудря (9/5): Улучшить коммуникацию с арендаторами - Доступность. Хорошее расположение относительно достопримечательностей. Большая квартира, можно разместиться до 6 человек. Квартира во внутреннем дворе, нет вида из окна. Окно возле входа в дом (подъезд). Были шумные вечеринки у жителей сверху, что мешало отдохнуть до 3х утра. Хозяин не коммуницировал в переписке букинга.

• Emilka08 (7/5): - Apartament ok ale tylko na jedna noc. Niestety bylo brudno, a sprzątnę bylo przy nas przez ok 30 min po poprzednich gościach. Apartament nie byl dokładnie posprzątany po poprzednich gosciach.

• Karol (6/5): Nice apartment, but very poorly maintained. - The location is good and the apartment is spacious, but that’s where the positives end. The apartment has potential, but it is very poorly maintained. The place was extremely dirty—there were someone’s old boxers and used tissues behind the bed, spider webs everywhere, and the sofas and chairs were visibly filthy. Overall, the cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. We arrived an hour after the check-in time and there were still people cleaning inside, although it did not appear that any proper cleaning had actually been done. It is disappointing, because if properly maintained it could be a nice apartment. We were relieved that our stay was for only one night.

• Sarah (7/5): It’s good just have to make better some points - It’s a good apartment just you need to focus on do some things better The pick up of the keys is around 300-400 meters from the aparments so if you come with many bags is not convenient and the heating must be turned on before the guests arrive to the apartment as is a hold heating and difficult to configure it was not posible to do it my self and I stay like 2 hours in cold til the owner come to fix it….

Niedaleko płatny parking na którym można zostawić auto W mieszkaniu nie było włączone ogrzewanie- piece gazowe. Właścicielka nie odbierał wiadomości. Dopiero po interwencji przez Booking.com przesłał instrukcje jak się włącza ogrzewanie- bez słowa przepraszam ze byliśmy z dzieckiem bez ogrzewania. Bardzo brudno w mieszkaniu. Byliśmy w 5 osób a widelce były 3 szt... u
