- Alberto (4/5): Cancellazione dell'host la notte prima: un incubo - La lavatrice Purtroppo la struttura della quale mi chiedete un giudizio non è stata la struttura nella quale ho realmente soggiornato perché la prenotazione mi è stata cancellata la notte prima non dandomi la possibilità di aver tempo di cercare una struttura sostitutiva. Avevo prenotato mesi prima proprio per avere la possibilità di una larga scelta. Quindi, invece di soggiornare nel bell'appartamento che avevo scelto, abbiamo dovuto soggiornare in un appartamento in un quartiere tremendo. Purtroppo l'host parlava esclusivamente spagnolo: è inammissibile che chi lavori nel turismo non sappia neanche una parola di inglese! Nell'appartamento che ci hanno affidato in sostituzione, non si chiudeva la finestra del bagno che affaccia in una piccola corte allo stesso livello, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare tutta la vacanza portando con noi i computer, i tablet e gli altri device elettronici in quanto in casa poteva entrare chiunque. È stato un bel rischio a soggiornare tre notti in un brutto quartiere con la finestra aperta. L'abbiamo segnalato all'host ma non sono stati presi i provvedimenti. In allegato la foto della vista dalla camera su bidoni della spazzatura strapieni con un odore tremendo, divano lurido e bucato e finestra che non si chiude affacciata ad una corte interna: pericoloso!
