• Guest (9/5): Ruhig, sauber, freundlich, 3 Minuten vom pulsierenden Zentrum, freundliche Leute und Eigentümer. - Wenn Sie Sizilien erleben möchten, sollten Sie nach Catania gehen. Speziell kann ich diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Sie liegt sehr nah am lebendigen Zentrum und ist absolut ruhig in der Nacht. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und bequem. Da unser Flug erst am Abend ging, erlaubten uns die Besitzer unser Gepäck da lassen. Die drei Apartments befinden sich in einem sauberen und ruhigen Hinterhof. Die einheimischen Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Wir wären da gerne noch ein bisschen geblieben, aber unser Flug der ging. Ottima posizione centrale dove si può respirare la vera atmosfera della città pur essendo tutto molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Adatta alle famiglie. Bellissima la corte interna. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo

• Pilar (7/5): Casi perfecto - El alojamiento por dentro un 10, camas grandes y cómodas y todo súper limpio. Parecía que estrenabas todo, y la anfitriona muy bien y muy pendiente. La zona, llegamos de noche y daba miedo. Los que no estén acostumbrados a viajar por todos sitios quizá les cueste un poco.
• ludovic (9/5): très agréable - le logement et son équipement. La situation géographique le contact avec "le la" propriétaire. Tout c'est fait par messages, très polis mais très impersonnels. Le départ ne peut être différé même de quelque temps car le nettoyage est programmé. tip top à l'heure prévue contractuellement pour le départ. Rien n'est prévu pour garder les bagages avant le départ de l'avion ou de l'autobus. Se promener avec ses bagages, parfois de longues heures n'est évidemment pas une solution. Une solution de gardiennage, même payant, serait la bienvenue
• Romina (10/5): - The apartment is very safe and the neighbours are nice. The apartment is a perfect size, and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom is nice and the shower is big so you can shower comfortably. There were waters left for us in the kitchen. We met the owner and was super nice, she made us feel welcomed and recommended places nearby. Parking was easy to find close to the house. Everything was good.
• Magda (10/5): Perfekte Lage, ruhig im Innenhof, sehr schön eingerichtet und bequem – sogar mit gemütlicher Sitzecke vor der Tür und Pa - Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend gelegen, das Zentrum erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten. Durch die Lage im Innenhof ist es dennoch absolut ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr ansprechend: ein hübsches Bad, ein super bequemes Bett und eine tolle Sitzecke direkt vor der Haustür, die sich perfekt für ein Glas Wein am Abend eignet. Auch das Parken war problemlos – direkt vor der Unterkunft. Gar nichts!

Une propreté tout juste correcte, les sanitaires étaient faits, la literie lavée mais des poils de trouvé sur les draps, des traces de calcaire sur la robinetterie et les parois de la douche.

• Elise (8/5): Malgré les deux petits points « négatifs » cet appartement est très confortable et un parfait stop à Catane. - Petit appartement tout confort, propre. Super pieds à terre à Catane. Très proche de l’ultra centre. Une petite cour devant avec un banc en palette et sur le côté un étendoir à linge, hyper pratique si on veut laver à la main qqs trucs. Les hôtes ont laissé de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner (simple mais efficace). Les indications pour se rendre sur place sont très claires agrémentées de vidéos et de photos. Ce n’est pas que je n’ai pas aimé mais ça m’a laissée perplexe. J’ai contacté l’hôtel la veille ou l’avant veille de notre arrivée pour savoir si on pouvait laisser nos bagages sur place avant le Check in. J’ai n’ai pas vraiment eu de réponse claire. Le jour même j’ai reçu ce qui ressemble à des messages automatiques. J’ai dû trouver une consigne pour laisser mes bagages jusqu’à l’heure du check in. Ce qui en soit ne me dérange pas mais il aurait été agréable que l’on me réponde cela. Dernière chose, pensez à amener des boules quies. On est dans une cour intérieure avec des voisins. Ces voisins sont relativement bruyants jusqu’à 23h et dès 7h30.

We received detailed instructions how to access the apartment and also suggestions for places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the city. Free parking was also possible near the apartment.

• ZHU YUMEI (10/5): - 没民宿离市区很近，步行去沿途有个鱼市，晚上会有很多餐馆，吃了海鲜美食再去市区刚刚好。民宿进门是个安静的小院，仿佛一下从繁华喧闹穿越入秘境。门前的小桌椅非常贴心，特别是房东还贴心的准备了咖啡，坐在门前抽支烟，享受着明媚的阳光，慢慢回味一天的行程，好不惬意。房间比较新，床很软，正是我想的，个人觉得如果长时间旅居，我会再考虑这里。

• Ewelina (3/5): Nie polecam - Nic Wykupiliśmy śniadania, niestety dostaliśmy je tylko 2 razy z 8. Zero sprzątania i zmiany pościeli czy ręczników. Smród wilgoci. Hałas z zewnątrz. Brak żelazka, które miało być. Utrudniony kontakt, przyszła do nas raz matka właścicielki nie mówiąca po angielsku. Kiedy wysłaliśmy pytanie do właścicielki z zapytaniem o śniadania nigdy nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi. 3 osoby, dwa krzesła przy stole, kuchnia słabo wyposażona.

Le bruit dans la cour jour et nuit (personnes qui crient, enfants qui hurlent). Les verres et couverts en plastique. L' accueil impersonnel.

• Kristýna (9/5): - Příjemná lokalita kousek od centra, krásné vybavení včetně kávovaru, luxusní velká koupelna. Vše bylo čisté, s hostitelem skvělá domluva, bylo snadné ubytování najít. Pro dvě osoby naprosto dostačující, pro dvě osoby a dítě také, ovšem v kuchyni je prostor stísněný a není si kde pohromadě sednout. Není to problém, jen je dobré s tím počítat. Jinak není co vytknout.

Местоположението на мястото е в по-неприятен стар квартал, но е доста близо до центъра и автобусната станция. Но не сме имали проблеми, къщата е в изолиран двор от улицата, който се дели с още няколко семейства.

L emplacement a quelques minutes du centre ville animé 😊 (vous pouvez trouver de quoi manger et boire pour pas cher 👍) et visiter à pied. Notre hôte disponible, de bons conseils pour la ville et à l'écoute si besoin (parking sécurisé payant par exemple). La possibilité de stationner gratuitement dans la rue. Le voisinage très bruyant tard le soir et très tôt le matin. Le stationnement avec un gens foutisme incroyable des Italiens, si vous avez une voiture de location bien choisir votre emplacement pour la retrouver dans le même état et privilégier un petit gabarit !

• Tracey (10/5): - The room was spotless. It had everthing we needed. Tea, coffee,milk,sugar, orange juice, breakfast foods, water. We found the accommodation easy enough and managed to park outside the door.
• Gábor (8/5): Jó ár/érték Cataniában - Igazi autentikus helyen érezhettük magunkat olasznak, szicíliainak. Nagyon kedves volt a reggeli bekészítés, nem számítottunk a hűtőbe rejtett ajándékokra se. Egyébként a szállás remek, új. A bejelentkezés nem volt egyszerű egy téves videó miatt. A "privát parkoló" bizonyára remek, de minket elriasztott a "tárgyald le magad" információ, így egy másik parkolóházat választottunk.

Chambre sans fenêtre, on est ds une cave, sous neons 😡 Petit déjeuner sous plastique, machine à café ne marchait pas. L horreur ! Aucun contact avec l hote rita, repond aux questions 3h après. Boîte à clés, on laisse la taxe touristique sur la table ! Vraiment nul 😭

As camas são muito moles e a rua é bem feia! Sei que isso é normal no centro histórico e não há muito o que ser feito, mas é uma coisa que assusta no início.

Atenta a cada detalle . Bien ubicada la locación. Llegamos de noche y no nos gustó la calle. Al día siguiente lo vimos más amistoso y con el pasar de los días nos acostumbramos.

• Melinda (9/5): - Központi szálláshely, Catania városközpontjának közvetlen közelében. A kulcsok átvétele zökkenőmentesen zajlott, a szállás csendes, jól felszerelt. Ár-érték arányban kiemelkedőnek mondanám. Az ott tartózkodásunk folyamán sikerült kizárni magunkat a lakásból, amit negyed óra alatt orvosolt a szállásadó és a szomszédok összefogása. :) Az ajánlások (étterem, parkolás) szuperek voltak. Mindent köszönünk! -

Апартсментът става супер тесен като се разпънат леглата за децата. А когато пристигнехме късно вечерта тепърва трябваше да ги разтягаме и не бяха готови за децата. Хигиената също беше спорна
