The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained — you could tell great care is taken to ensure guests feel comfortable. The interiors were modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and all the amenities were exactly as described (if not better!). The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living space was both cozy and spacious. Everything felt fresh, organized, and of very high quality. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions. Overall, this apartment truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and exceptional place to stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

Buearidully refurbished property with attractive gardens and spacio - Spacious, air conditioning, quiet location , pool , newly refurbished . Well furnished . Directly accessible to the pool from our apartment . Close to supermarkets . A little out of Split in an area that’s being redeveloped but cheap Ubers took the hassle out of finding a place to park in the city which was busy during the summer season . A drying rack for dishes and cloths to dry them would have been useful but only minor points as overall lovely accommodation .

Apartments were a great size and the pool area was lovely. Very easy to organise Ubers into the town. Would 100% stay here again! We even got to keep our rooms on until 6pm on checkout day at no extra cost. Staff are so accommodating to your needs. Nothing - it really was perfect.

- Chief (6/5): Decent, but not worth the price - Over all a decent stay, convenient and friendly, but a lot of small things were off. A bit run down. Some lamps did not work, the air conditioning was very noisy, the kitchen was missing a lot of useful equipment, hangers in the bathroom was falling down, etc. Also the photos were not really representative. Its just next to a recycling station, and the plot behind was being used as a garbage dump for construction materials.

Mario was very flexible with our checking out late because of a later flight. Overall this was a great location for a relaxing vacation! Sometimes mosquitos got into the room but there was a spray you can use to get rid of them.

We stayed here for 2 nights when we arrived to Split, to get our bearings and see some of the city. The location is fantastic - outside the busy city centre which is what we wanted, but close enough to go explore. The pool was great to cool off and do a few laps. The host Mario is very knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast is wonderful. We would stay here again anytime! I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. It was all great.

We visited as a large group for a hen do and Mario was amazing with communication the whole time. He couldn’t have helped us more, booking our airport transfers & restaurant reservation on our first day. He let us check into some apartments early so we could drop our bags. Also the breakfast (which was included) was good. Sunbeds were also available and the location is close to a highway, but still with green surroundings and a lot of tjirping birds. We will be back in a few days before our flight back home 🙂 Everything was great, however one (Tuesday) night someone was having a birthday party and there was loud music the entire evening until midnight. This made it a bit difficult to sleep, especially for our children.

Delicious.Cheap enough Ubers to take us to the stunning Split Old Town We were only there 2 days. Very pleasant stay. - Christian (9/5): Greeted as friends / Wonderful stay for 2nights - Mario greeted us personally and incredibly nice. He took care of us all the time, gave us advice, prepared good breakfast. He gave us the feeling we were very welcomed as friends, not only clients. The rooms are great, we had a terrace right to the (heated!) pool. Our kids loved everything about this stay. We were able to charge our EV for free. The location is not so great. The property lies in between some kind of industrial/commercial area. While you do not see or feel anything of it INSIDE this wonderful and warm property, it still seems a little akward. We got to Split through Uber which was no problem at all and very cheap. We would definitely stay again with Mario having this incredible price/quality-ratio in mind despite of this little offsite location. But more for 2-3days, not like a whole week.

The owner provided us with beer and wine in the refrigerator upon our arrival. Mario, the host, carried our luggage to the second floor rooms. The provided breakfasts were outstanding, fresh fruit , drinks, meat and cheese, cereals, eggs, pastries. Nothing. The property was 14-16 kilometers from downtown Spilt, easily accessed by Uber. The surroundings outside the property were in a variety of conditions but the property was safe and secure. There was free parking.

The included breakfast was delicious with ample variety. The parking is very convenient; however, we took an Uber to the Palace and then spent several hours enjoying the waterfront. We had a nice outdoor space with sectional couch and plenty of sunloungers available. The pool was nice and the wider grounds beautifully kept. There are some staff there most of the day and Mario and the kitchen staff could not be more helpful and accommodating with information and tips. The breakfast facilities are exceptionally good. The restaurant Mario recommends really is very nice compared to some in Split which are very pricey by comparison. The location of the villa is not great, you absolutely need a car and it is in an unfortunate location next to lots of recycling bins. You don't get any smell or anything like that but it is not in a pretty area. However once inside you don't notice this. The cost is pretty high compared to others, possibly due to the pool, but as we experienced an unfortunate amount of rain it was worth having nice rooms to stay in. Sadly we didn't get to use the pool as much as we hoped due to rain, high winds and storms.

Even though there was no 24/7 reception you could message Mario with questions on Whatsapp and he replied very quickly. We also got our room 3h early with no extra cost. 10/10 for service! A bit far away from the town and the area right outside of the hotel wasn’t the most beautiful. But you could easily take an uber to Split and it didn’t cost too much.

Excellent location to chill out after exploring Split and set off for day trips. Mario is such a lovely host and really looked after us! We knew that it was a little bit outside central Split so no complaints.

The breakfast was excellent with great choice for both adults and children. The apartment was very spacious and spotless. The pool and gardens at the property were fabulous. Our flight was late at night and we asked if we could have a late check out which we were willing to pay extra for as it would have been a very long day in the heat. Mario sorted it out for us for and we were able to enjoy the pool for the day . It made our last day. Nothing

The breakfast selection was great every morning. Rooms nice and clean and pool area was nice and relaxing plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade. The only downfall (if at all) is location as we had to get Ubers most places. However it was only €5 for example to visit the beach, Ubers were really frequent so not really an issue!

- Sk (10/5): Perfect for groups - It was very clean (not just surface clean) and great for our group. We had an evening by the pool one day, followed by a party on our balcony! Definitely recommend, Mario (the host) was super friendly, always available and happy to help even at 10pm! It’s just a short Uber ride into old town and a great location to venture out on day trips to other locations. Mario organised taxi’s for our group which made life much easier.

Free parking for car. Lovely local restaurant 15 mins walk for when didn’t want to go to Split one eve. Mario is super helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Perfect for if you have a car and are looking to explore Split and the area beyond. You also get Ubers no problem to get into Split as apartments are 15 mins drive from Split 7-8 euros each way. Also supermarkets in walking distance. If didn’t have a car you may be a little restricted or want to be closer to Split.

Mario, the hotel manager was outstanding and gave great recommendations including the best places to park, restaurants to visits and landmarks/beaches to explore. The breakfast included a mix of traditional and western options and was very tasty! There was free shaded parking available onsite too which was great Nothing, it was amazing! The location was a bit further out from the old town so best to stay here if you have a car.

On our departure, we were leaving before breakfast, so a lunch bag was made up for us. A truly fabulous stay. Thanks to all the team. The location to the centre is a short drive away, but there's nothing I can fault.

- Emma (10/5): Perfect hen party getaway in every way! - What didn't we like!? This place is absolutely beautiful and catered to our every need. The apartments were spotless including outside. Mario our host was absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much for him. He gave great reccomendations of where to go, catered for what we wanted and did all this with a smile and friendly attitude! This must have been a task doing so for a hen party of 16! Breakfast was amazing and went above our expectations. A huge variety and all freshly prepared every day. As we had the place to ourselves Mario was happy to prepare breakfast when suited us between the times of 7 and 10. He constantly asked if we needed anything and happily met any need we had. Absolutely perfect host! Apartment close to the supermarket which was very handy and apartments has all facilities to cook and dishwasher for cleaning. Mario recommended the pizzeria margarita for dinner in storbec and this did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful meal and setting. 100% would happily return and reccomend anyone to go!!! The apartment block itself is not near many other places such as bars or restaurants and you do need to get taxis everywhere. However this was no problem as ubers are super easy to book and come within 10 minutes. Split town is about 25 minutes drive and cost roughly 8 euros to get to. This may have been due to us visiting in may at the start of the season and maybe more places open closer to the summer.
