• ANUSHKA (10/5): Can’t wait to return to Ton Ton!! - A truly remarkable find! Everything about the property was excellent! Location is fantastic (just down the road from Khaosan rd, but perfectly away from the noise) Cleanliness was on point. The room was equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The cafe downstairs is fantastic! No plug point near the kettle. Hopefully this can be added in the future!

En la reserva tenia recogida de taxi gratis en el aeropuerto, lo coordine anticipadamente y eso no sucedió, así que use grab.

A good value-for-money place for a short stay of 2–3 days, but it can be noisy since it is located on the main street. The water on the bathroom floor spread all over the bathroom after taking a shower because the drain was not good.

• Heino (8/5): Great location and a clean , rennivated enviroment - The hotel is located very close to the royal palace and also to the party road of kaio san. It is a recently rennivated property and the room was bery clean The only side problem is that the evening/ receptionist didnt speak sifficient english for helping with booking a taxi, however at the end we had the taxi jext mirning

• Marcelina (9/5): Polecam jako baza wypadowa! - - mieliśmy pokój od drugiej strony, więc super, bo nie było głośno - bardzo wygodne łóżko i poduszki - pokoj bardzo ładny, w okolicy kilka sklepów i restauracji - bezproblemowo wymeldowaliśmy się w nocy, bo przez całą dobę ktoś jest na recepcji - obsługa bardzo miła i super śniadanie w lokalu na dole :) - w okolicy było mnóstwo bezdomnych - w pokoju czasem unosił się zapach kanalizacji - brakowało firanki lub moskitiery, bo wpadło nam kilka komarów w nocy - dosyć mocna klimatyzacja, której nie udało nam się ustawić tak, żeby nie wiała na łóżko, więc w nocy musieliśmy otworzyć balkon

Volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudas. Me encantó que tenía nevera para mantener fría el agua y la comida y que tenía hervidor para poder tomar todos los tecitos que quisiera. Nada, todo excelente.

• Robbert (10/5): - Erg mooi, modern en kleinschalig hotel in het oude centrum van Bangkok, uit de drukte maar toch op loopafstand van Khao San Road (10 min), Grand Palace (15 min) en Sam Yot metrostation (15 min), vanwaar je makkelijk naar andere delen van Bangkok reist. Goede voorzieningen, zeer vriendelijk personeel!

• Shorena (10/5): Very nice stay! - It’s quite new, very clean and central location. It’s in the old part and close to the temples. I like that there are many good eating spots around, china town is also on a walking distance. Downstairs is also a cafe, where you can eat western food if you prefer. Also next to it is very nice spa center. Sometimes there is noise coming from the street as cars or motorbikes pass by. But I think that is very common thing in Bangkok.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Прекрасное место. - Прекрасное место, чисто, аккуратно, вежливый персонал, была возможность позднего заселения, в день выезда была возможность оставить вещи на хранение. На ресепшен можно купить стиральный порошок. Хорошая вентиляция, уборка каждый день. В шаговой доступности транспорт. Постоянный шум от транспорта, но мне он не мешал спать. Моему спутнику - мешал.

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Na dole bardzo dobra restauracja na śniadania. Możliwość skorzystania z pralki, w pokoju sejf, lodówka. Widoku z okna nie było, ale nam to do niczego nie było potrzebne. Było cicho, mimo że przy ulicy. Polecam. Brak

• Corinna (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage - Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Bangkok zu erkunden, aber trotzdem ist es nachts nicht zu laut, wobei wir auch Glück hatten, dass unser Zimmer nicht zur Straße raus ging. Bett war ebenso top (nicht zu hart, wie sonst oft in Thailand). WLAN & AC funktionierten auch sehr gutFrühstücken kann man sehr gut im dazugehörigen Restaurant. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen! Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und ab und zu hatten wir einen etwas merkwürdigen Geruch im Zimmer. War aber beides zu verschmerzen.

• Maria (9/5): - Top Lage, trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht. Man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten an der Khao San Road. Leckeres Frühstück direkt nebenan. Unkomplizierter Ablauf. Sauber. Kommen am Ende unsere Reise für eine Nacht wieder. -
• DONGHYUN (9/5): - I've stayed at several hotels in the Old Town area, but this one was definitely cleaner and quieter. The bunk-bed rooms face the main road, so some noise at night is expected, but the single-bed room I stayed in was on the opposite side and very peaceful. The room includes a smart TV, and although it's small, the overall value for money is better than many nearby hotels. I wanted to try the hotel restaurant but couldn't fit it into my schedule. The staff were very friendly, and having a security guard on duty at night made me feel safe. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

• jean-marc (9/5): Très bien, mais pour un très petit séjour. - Grande gentillesse du personnel. Propreté de la chambre. Douche et sanitaires fonctionnant parfaitement. Grand miroir. Coffre-fort dans la chambre. Sèche-cheveux. Éclairage moderne. Aucun emplacement pour poser ses affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain. Lavabo minuscule situé à l’intérieur de la douche. Juste une petite penderie dans la chambre pour suspendre quelques vêtements, le reste devant rester dans les valises. La chambre est moderne mais très minimaliste.
• hyunjung (5/5): Located in Old Town, the area feels unsafe, especially at night - The room looked almost the same as in the photos. Although it was quite small, it was enough for two people. Overall, it was clean and cozy. There were many homeless people lying in front of this place, especially at night and even in the late afternoon. It felt quite unsettling, almost like a horror movie. I later found out that this area is part of the old town, where many homeless people tend to stay. I wouldn’t recommend walking around here late in the day.

• Manon (8/5): Nice place in the old town! - Very friendly staff, located in a less crowded part of the old town just a few streets away from Bangkok’s buzzing streets. Being in the old city, you can feel a bit shocked when coming back at night as there is first-hand evidence of poverty and social issues but it was always safe even as a young female traveler.
• Ana (8/5): Perfect budget option for a few days in Bangkok - The room is exactly like the picture. Very clean and comfortable . It's a very economical option to stay and visit Bangkok. The area is very dead in the evenings and not the most convenient. The bathroom is a mall.

• Valerie (7/5): I would recommend it to people like us who look for a clean and conveniently located hotel. - Very new and well maintained structure. Ideal position, at walking distance to the main attractions in the old part of Bangkok (temples, royal palace), Khaosan road and Rambuttri road. Very clean and the staff was very nice, plus I had one breakfast at the restaurant which was very good (even if not local food). The room is quite small and the bathroom quite essential with a very small sink, yet very functional and well taken care of. The building is new but located in a very old area. It would be nice to have bedside tables at the sides of the bed.

The shower had a big problem with the evacuation, so each time we had one the water went all over the floor. Bedroom was not very clean and no place for the kettle except on the floor as no electric socket near by. Staff still very nice and helpful. Not clean as it should be and need some maintenance

• Lynn (10/5): Highly recommend. - A very large room. We were in the bunk bed room and they did not seem like bunk beds with stairs that climbed up to the upper bed. Very comfortable mattresses and plenty of room for us both to put our suitcases at the end of the bed. Nice restaurant next door. Close to street market and lots of restaurants and cafes. A/C was excellent. It only took a few minutes to cool the room down. Can’t say enough good things about this room. There was a small issue with the door to the bathroom, but the staff went out of their way to resolve it quickly. There really were no negatives to our stay.

Street traffic makes it harder to sleep, if your room is facing the street. The hotel is not in a specially busy street, but there's still movement happening throughout the night.

My plane was delayed for a few hours and the guard that stayed to check me in at 3am was great, his English was very good and he made me feel safe. The room is very clean and simple, the bathroom is perfect.

• Lynn (9/5): Superb - Relatively quiet, very clean rooms with comfortable bedding. Don't be fooled by the efficient room layout - we did not feel cramped. There is a cute restaurant/cafe on bottom floor, serving very good Western fare. The location was very close to Khaosan Rd, which was probably geared towards travellers/backpackers of a much younger demographic, but the location made it easy for us to access inexpensive, quick transport to other hotspots of Bangkok. The staff were incredibly kind and accomodating.

• Judith (9/5): Cute new hotel - Cute new hotel, super clean and comfortable rooms, perfect location in the heart of Bangkok (walking distance to both the main temples and to khao san road), very friendly staff. :) There is also a new washing machine and dryer to do laundry.
