• Balazs (10/5): Nice place, good location, great service. - Very satisfied. We had our booking on booking.com; apartment was very neat, just fine. However, the heat regulator was broken, we were not able to reduce the temperature inside. The assistant on duty of SAGA villas was very supportive, prompt they have given us another apartment, basically upgrading our reservation. After this we had a great holiday; house was perfect (including the hot tub, a real must to try!) sagas villas is positioned in the middle of the 'Golden Circle', perfect base to discover this beautiful country. Sagas villas is a real gem when travelling with family, children (or friends)! Everything was fine. Échte aanrader.

• Karen (7/5): It was a nice place the kitchen needs an inventory recheck. Eg no lids for pots, no frying pan - Clean. Good location. Quiet. It’s advertised as two king beds but both beds were queen size.
• Carlos Emilio (9/5): - Camas y almohadas muy comodas. La cocina tiene de todo para prepararte la comida. A 15minutos de Selfoss para lo que puedas necesitar. Muy cerca de muchos puntos turisticos. Buen tamaño del baño y buena presion de ducha. Cenamos en su restaurante, y se come increiblemente bien (a precio de alli, obviamente) Aunque vimos auroras alli, es cierto que tiene algo mas de contaminacion luminica que otros alojamientos. Aun asi, se ven perfectamente y si no a poco que conduzcas 5-10min al norte o al oeste, estas en total oscuridad.

• Gerd (6/5): Wenn man das bekommen würde, was man gebucht hat, ist es von der Lage und Ausstattung eine Option. - Die Lage. Frühstück war inhaltlich o.k. Die Bewertung ist relativ schwierig, da wir nicht das bekommen haben was wir gebucht haben (eine Suite mit zwei Zimmern, 56 m2, vollständige Küche und Bademäntel) - der Anbieter war überhaupt nicht einsichtig und schob es u.a. auf die deutsche Übersetzung bei Booking.com. Wir fühlten uns gegenüber SAGA Circle Villas sehr hilflos. . Positiv möchten wir hervorheben, dass booking.com uns bei unserer Reklamation sehr unterstützt hat! Abgesehen davon, waren ca. 50 % des Geschirrs unsauber, unter dem Bett befanden sich Hinterlassenschaften von Vormietern (z.B. Socken), Lampen gingen nicht oder fielen aus und eine Reinigung erfolgte in dem Zeitraum von 4 Nächten nicht. Fazit: Wir haben wesentlich weniger bekommen als gebucht Das Frühstück war inhaltlich in Ordnung und abwechslungsreich, organisatorisch ist es ausbaufähig. Zeitweise fehlten mehrere Dinge auf einmal (kaputte Kaffeemaschine - also kein Kaffee, kein Brot (das erst aufgebacken werden musste) usw.)

• Dagbjört (7/5): Great stay, beautiful nature, quiet place to stay. - Location is great, only a hours drive from Reykjavík and a short drive from Selfoss whitch has some nice stores and places to eat. It is great to have a private hot tub, and bathrobes, real luxury. The beds are nice and had clean sheets and an awsome feather duvay and plenty af pillows. The place is warm and cozy and bright and airy. There is complimentary, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tea and coffiee, remember to bring your own milk and sugar😀 There was a family of four in the next apartment and we never heard them, not even the young children. Over all a great stay. Would rent again. There was a problem with one window, it could not be closed, the handle fell of as it was not fastened with screws. The window frame no longer fit properly so we were not even able to close it by pushing it from the out side. We let staff know before we left, but it was not a new problem so upkeep could be better, I hope it is fixed for the next guests. Once we started using the kichen we noticed that it was not very clean, the electric kettle had thing growing in it and I had to spend time cleaning it before I could have tea. The bottom drawers were full of crumbs and filth and the cabinet doors had stains all over them. Be aware that the hot water is very hot, even for Iceland, we noticed the hot tub did go over the heat we set it to and got really warm, so take care, do not enter it without testing the water. Same with shower, I'm Icelandic so I'm familiar with hot water trouble like this but tourists should take special care. Also the bathtub/shower could use a rubber mat as it is very slippery and there was no shower gel which would have been nice. 🙂 Over all we had a great stay and I would rent again, the problems are all little thing that can be easily fixed and really didn't bother us that much (the window is a priority though, it could become a real problem.
• Goele (3/5): Tip: de hot tub moet je zelf vullen - Locatie was goed en het restaurant is top. Probleem met huisje was snel opgelost. Bij aankomst bleek ons huisje niet gekuisd en was het echt een ravage van de vorige huurders. Niet fijn als je laat aan komt. We werden wel snel geholpen en doorverwezen naar een ander proper huisje, maar daar was een probleem met de geur en hing er een zeer sterke putjesgeur in heel het huisje. Er werd beloofd om snel een oplossing te voorzien, maar we hoorden niets terug. We zouden hier niet weer verblijven.

Una de las camas tenía el somier con las tablas sueltas, el menaje de la cocina era un poco escaso, por ejemplo no había para colar la pasta y los cuchillos eran muy malos.

• Ms Hazel (8/5): Lovely villa, no major complaints - The villas were well stocked with equipment. We were sent an email beforehand telling us where the keys were kept (lockbox next to villa) and what the code was. It also came with a hottub which we definitely recommend using straight away for people who are not good in the cold (including myself!) as it really helps you acclimatise to the weather. Breakfast had a lot of options and dinner was yummy :) the staff were attentive and friendly. It's located near Kerið Crater (about 10 mins drive away) which you can use as the start of the Golden Circle which is nice! Also managed to catch some wisps of the northern lights there :) It was a little confusing the fact that Hotel Grimborgir is in front of the Villas and is also the place that offers breakfast. Originally we thought we were in the wrong area but Google Maps told us to go behind (they also included a link for the exact location of the villa which we didn't see until later so maybe our bad). I think it would be a good idea to add milk sachets or milk cartons to the rooms as the coffee pods didn't contain milk powder. The roads leading to the location can get quite snowy/icy so just be aware

• Μανώλης (10/5): - Πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα και άνετο! Μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι υπήρχαν κάψουλες για καφέ. Επίσης η τζακουζι εξαιρετική προσθήκη! Αν κάτι δεν μου άρεσε ηταν τα μαξιλάρια στο κρεβάτι τα οποία ήταν πολύ μαλακά. Βέβαια αυτό υποκειμενικό οπότε όλα καλά!!

Basic supplies were at the house including hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, coffee and water. It was really nice to have the basics as we were coming off an overnight flight and exhausted.

• Lorraine (10/5): Comfortable clean studio, the northern lights appeared directly above us on two of our3 nights. Wait staff told us and e - A clean comfortable studio right on the Golden Circle. Affiliated hotel restaurant in walking distance with excellent food for breakfast and dinner for guests. We loved it. It might be a little challenging to find the final road into the circle area after dark so try to plan accordingly. It is marked well however.

La villa est spacieuse pour 2 voir 3 personnes, en très bon état et très propre ! À 20min de Selfoss, sinon un restaurant est dans la résidence. Nous avons adoré séjourner ici !
• Steve (2/5): Overpriced and would not recommend. - Place was nestled in a littleLocation . Poor heating and the drain to the shower was blocked. This caused an uncomfortable smell throughout the apartment. After a three minute shower, it flooded. Check in so late at 16h and early checkout 10h.

Εκπληκτικό ήταν επίσης το τζακούζι ακριβώς έξω από το δωμάτιο!!! Έχει πάρκινγκ έξω ακριβώς από την πόρτα που βολεύει για να βάλεις τα πράγματά σου μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Τίποτα

• KOWSKIDA (4/5): Nos sentimos estafados - Grande y limpia. Bien calefaccionada. Dos habitaciones grandes, amplias. Nos costó encontrar la "casa" y la caja de la llave cuando llegamos ya habiendo oscurecido. Para sorpresa nuestra, la casa no tiene cocina (como se muestra en las fotos), ni siquiera posee un microondas, solo una heladera, una cafetera y una pava electrica. El agua la sacamos del lavabo del baño, ya que no tiene otra canilla. La casa tenía dos puertas, una no cerraba y estaba "Trabada" con un sillón. Como habitación de hotel no esta mal, pero no fue lo que alquilamos.

• Guðrún (4/5): Lala - Frábær staðsetning og fallegt útsýni Vorum svo óheppin að fá íb sem var ís köld og hitnaði ekki. Vorum lox færð eftir 3 símtöl og kvart. Þá færð í stærra en mun leiðinlegra hús. Orðið sjúskað. En þar var hiti svo við létum það slæta þó okkur langaði að vera í betri íb. Eingir íslenskumælandi starfsmenn og okkur var meira að segja bent á að hringja á mánudaginn (þá komin heim) til að kvarta undan kuldanum í húsinu. Tók það að sjálfsögðu ekki til greina. Ekki hægt að nýta heitapotinn þar sem ekkert skjól er við hann og þónokkur vindur um helgina.
