• Karel (8/5): - The location of Madalena and the location of this apartment was amazing and safe. There are lots of small restaurants and bistros. The apartment itself is nicely furnished but really small. Be aware that there is not much space to put BIG suitcases. We traveled around Brazil for 19 days and had two big suitcases. We had to put them on the veranda. The pool is cleaned on Mondays and we only found out about this when we were about to go there.
• Erika (1/5): - Localização Péssima administradora que se identificou como Renata Lima, foi extremamente grosseria. A planilha para liberar a entrada no loft não estava funcionando, mandei mensagem avisando. Ela disse que eu deveria ter visto isso antes e não teria como ajudar porque estava dirigindo (era 14h30). Fiquei lá na frente do prédio tentando até ela se dispor a ajudar. O anúncio dizia: "produtos de higiene pessoal" - chegando no banheiro só tinha o sabonete líquido da pia. Novamente fui perguntar para ela a resposta foi: sabonete líquido, café e açúcar. Eu tive que sair para comprar shampoo, condicionador, porque não tinha nada no banheiro. Pelo valor total da diária (R$400) não compensa, por mais R$200 é possível ficar no hotel com café da manhã e todos os itens de higiene pessoal.
• Julian (8/5): great stay if you want to be in the party/tourist neighborhood of Sao Paulo - pretty new apartment, very comfortable bed, more spacious bathroom than usual, very quiet air-con very loud on evenings due to the location in the middle of the party district, fridge makes a lot of noise, you have to talk to the porter whenever you want to enter the building which is annoying (especially if you are not fluent in Portuguese)

• Akio.Aoki (7/5): Ok, mas não tem vista. - Localização Fica num andar muito baixo. Não tem a vista que eles disseram no anúncio. Então o barulho dos motoqueiros de entregas entram dentro do apartamento.

• Carmo (10/5): Fiquei apenas um dia e me senti muito confortável no apartamento. - O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo, com roupas de cama e banho bem lavadas, cheirosas e de ótima qualidade. A decoração é de muito bom gosto, trazendo aconchego e conforto já na primeira impressão. Fiquei apenas um dia, mas foi o suficiente para perceber o quanto ele é bem localizado em São Paulo, próximo a tudo que precisei. Além disso, recebi todo o suporte necessário de forma rápida e atenciosa, o que fez toda a diferença na minha estadia. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo sem ressalvas. Acredito que seria interessante colocar um suporte com sabonete líquido no box, pois não havia nenhum disponível.
