• ingrid (10/5): - Emplacement idéal tout en étant au calme. Très bel immeuble. La vue sur le jardin de la chambre est très reposante. Parfait mais juste savoir que l appartement est au troisième étage, avec des petites marches à l intérieur. Donc pour les personnes avec des difficultés de déplacement, le savoir.
• Anne-Laure (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Montpellier - L'emplacement du logement à 2 pas de la place de la Comédie et dans le centre historique est idéal. Le logement est malgré tout calme car donne sur une arrière cour. Les magasins de la rue commerçante en bas de l'immeuble ferment à 19h, il n'y a pas de bar/restaurant dans cette rue. L'agencement du logement est pratique. Il faut monter 3 étages à pieds. Cela n'a pas présenté de problème pour ma part mais une famille avec un enfant en bas âge serait en difficulté.
• Robesson (10/5): - L'emplacement en plein centre-ville à 1 min de la place de la comédie c'est vraiment le top, une jolie vue jardin. Un petit dur d'ouvrir la porte de l'extérieur, quelques tâches sur les coussins decoratif du lit.

• Renata (7/5): Alojmiento centrico, con pocas comodidades - La decoracion y la climatizacion El baño, no es nada comodo, es un quinto sin ascensor y las zonas comunes del edificio estan muy descuidadas
• michele (8/5): Appartement très accueillant, charme de l'ancien et central - Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville. Charme d'un immeuble ancien. L'appartement correspondait bien à nos attentes, et très bonne communication avec la conciergerie. Soleil dans la chambre le matin. Un peu sombre dans la journée dans le salon, car fenêtre très petite.
• BOURDONCLE (9/5): - L'emplacement en plein centre historique ,proche de la gare et de tous les lieux emblématiques de la ville Très bien desservi aussi par le tramway Peut être aurait il fallu préciser dans le descriptif de l'appartement que celui-ci était au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. Ce detail n'est pas dans importance pour certaines personnes.

• Rochelle (7/5): Interesting stay - Location was ideal, just around the corner from the Place de la Comédie. I love staying in the historic district. I enjoyed the garden view and the space in the apartment. I rented the apartment because the description says there are two beds and two bathrooms. There is only one bed and a sofabed. The sofa was old and not comfortable for sleeping. There is only one small bathroom. My friend that was going to stay there with me decided to leave and get her own room. The A/C leaked water all over the kitchen floor within a couple hours of use. The burners would not stay on when using a frying pan, only for the heavier saucepan or kettle. When showering, you must be quick because the drain does not keep up and water will flow out of the basin all over the bathroom floor. It was a good thing I had the extra towels. There was no indication of how many stairs when I rented. The apartment is on the top (5th floor). Although beautiful and historic, that’s a lot of stairs.

• Andrew (8/5): Great stay in Montpellier. - Excellent location right in the hear to Montpellier, around the corner from Place de la Comedie. Walking distance to main train station. Staff were helpful in getting keys and checking in. Great view of inner courtyard from bedroom. Pre Check-in vetting with Premiere Concierge was a bit challenging.
