• Vicky 1304 (9/5): - Gemakkelijk met de check-in en code om het appartement binnen te gaan, gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Er was zeker genoeg ruimte in de kamer voor ook langere verblijven, alsook alle nodige apparatuur en zeer proper. Het bed was comfortabel. Jammer genoeg had het appartement geen basis kruiden of olie om te koken. De ramen waren niet zo geluidsdicht wanneer gesloten.

L’accès est très simple grâce à un système de code, ce qui rend l’arrivée autonome et pratique. L’emplacement est idéal et très stratégique, à proximité de l’ancienne médina, du centre-ville et des différents moyens de transport. On trouve également à proximité des commerces pour les courses du quotidien ainsi que plusieurs sites historiques à visiter. Le séjour a été très agréable et nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement. RAS

• umberto (8/5): - L'appartamento è un grande monolocale completo di tutti gli accessori, come indicato in descrizione, e direi di recentissima ristrutturazione. Ottima la posizione, al margine della città vecchia che può essere facilmente raggiunta e girata a piedi. Malgrado si tratti di un "bajo" con ingresso direttamente dalla strada (come la maggior parte degli appartamenti ad uso turistico nel centro di Valencia) la zona risulta molto tranquilla e non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumore Il letto è posizionato molto vicino all'angolo cottura. Il prezzo era in linea con l'offerta generale a Valencia, ma comunque abbastanza alto

• Katarzyna (7/5): - early check-in, location, and kitchen equipment no possibility to use the shower (cold water, low water pressure), a smell from the bathroom similar to sewage coming into the room, no possibility to open the windows to air the room, as it's on the street corner and people stop to smoke there
• Motonobu (9/5): Nice spacious apartment with good kitchen and best location. Responsive host. - Clean spacious studio apartment. Good communication with host. Good location - walking distance to major tourist attractions. Well stuffed kitchen. Sometimes apartment smells - possibly of sewer. Due to the street level location, you can’t really open the curtains and occasional street noise could be bothering. The push button shower (local regulations) that last only about 20 seconds wasn’t my favorite.

• Evgeny (10/5): Perfect stay! - The studio is spotless, cozy, and very well equipped — air conditioning, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine with dryer function, etc. The location is excellent, with the Torres de Quart just one minute away. I loved the easy self check-in with a code, and the host was amazingly helpful. Would definitely come back!
