• Mst Zinnat Farzun (3/5): Overall, a very poor experience and far from what was expected. - Location Unfortunately, this property felt more like a hostel than a proper hotel. Despite booking well in advance, the room allocated was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

• Adam (7/5): Good hotel but could be a lot better - Size of the room was good but pointless having sun loungers on balcony it gets no sun. Better to have a table and chairs. Beach bag with towels was a very nice touch. Breakfast was below standard. Too many staff wandering around doing nothing. Coffee machine only gave half measures and the toast too 3 attempts to brown the bread. Seems a Thai thing but bed was very hard!!

• Nasma (9/5): Excellent - L’hôtel était parfaitement situé : à deux minutes du port et du centre. Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue sur la mer c’était juste magnifique. Les membres du personnels étaient très compétents et serviables. Et c’était très propre et moderne. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux.

They went through extra mile in helping with our bags and were always very friendly to all family members. Nothing it was perfect

• Kendal (10/5): - The view from this hotel is absolutely incredible – easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Waking up to that scenery alone made the stay worthwhile and truly memorable. The rooms themselves weren’t the most aesthetic or modern, which is the only real downside, but they were still comfortable enough for our stay. Overall, I’d rate this hotel a 9/10 purely because the view and location more than make up for the room appearance. Definitely worth it if you’re there for the scenery.

Camera pulita e staff gentile. Colazione, c’era davvero poca scelta- soprattutto sul dolce. Durante il soggiorno ho perso le ciabatte in camera e le hanno fatte pagare al check out, cosa che non ho apprezzato per niente siccome si dovrebbe trattare di forniture personali per il cliente. Assenza di piscina.

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito perto do pier, mesmo assim não é barulhento, a varanda com vista para o mar faz toda a diferença. O local para tomar café é excelente e a equipe muito atenciosa. Nada, foi absolutamente perfeita

• Derrick (10/5): Quiet location in the middle of Phi Phi - Centrally located directly next to the pier, as the name states. Surprisingly large, clean, quiet rooms yet located in the middle of the busy part of the island. Great place to get a good nights sleep after making the big party until late. No pool or resort benefits, but great place to relax. Five stars for us, would definitely stay again
• Nicole (9/5): Lovely place to stay - Location was great. Easy to find everything. Beds are really comfortable and sheet was great. Internet went off after a few hours and couldn’t rejoin. Looked liked it had been changed. In middle of the night wasn’t an ideal time to sort that out.

The staff are absolutely amazing, the hotel itself is stunning, and it is in a prime location. The sea view rooms are highly recommended! The staff especially are fantastic. We’ve stayed in Phi Phi islands for my fiance’s 30th Birthday, and the staff, with that knowledge, had done a surprise decorations in the room, brought a little cake, and had written a card from all staff members. She teared up! Nothing, it was impeccable!
• Marnus (10/5): Convenient, comfortable and ideal location. - Phi Phi does not have any cars, therefore the location of this hotel is SUPER ideal. Literally 2 min walk from the pier and you are there. The room was beautiful, good AC, nice big shower, big room, comfy bed and smart TV. We loved staying here and should we ever return to Phi Phi, we will 100% be booking a room at Phi Phi at Pier again! Breakfast was also good!

• Samira (6/5): Cher pour ce que c’est. - La vue est magnifique et la proximité du centre et port très pratique. Le personnel est aimable. Forte odeur de moisi à la réception, odeur de remontée d’égouts parfois dans les chambre . Petit déjeuner de très mauvaise qualité . Pain et viennoiseries secs, fruits chauds, pas du vrai café, coquilles dans les œufs au plat , jus mélangés à des jus chimiques.

• Christina (10/5): Enjoyable stay - Good location, right next to the pier so you can drop your luggage and wander around the island, and longboats right at your door step. Very nicely styled hotel. Staff friendly. Nice view of the harbour. Not really an issue but the hotel is very long and the entrance/exit is at one end only. Questionable for fire safety.

Shower is great, not noisy (apart from the prayers that could be heard in the distance but that seems inescapable all over the island so no issue for us) 10/10 would come back! Short walk from pier, and 7eleven next door. Very pricey, but it’s definitely the nicest hotel on the island.

Café da manhã muito bom, espaço super moderno e confortável. Localização privilegiada pois é bem perto do centro e a noite consegue fazer tudo a pé. Para sair pra passeios também você estará a poucos passos do local. Valeu bastante o investimento neste espaço! Recomendo!

• Claire (10/5): Best hotel in phi phi 👌 - The location is perfect right at the pier but not noisy, can hear boats but that’s fine. Great spot for people watching. The staff are exceptionally nice and welcoming. It’s a new hotel so all the facilities are perfect and a lovely comfortable bed. Great shower and comfortable sun loungers on your balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice and can also choose from a menu to be cooked fresh. I have stayed here twice in 3 weeks and would highly recommend it. The views are stunning from your room 👌🥰 Nothing not to like.

• GEMINE (9/5): Best location on Phi Phi. Wonderful and friendly staff add that extra touch. - The location cannot be beat. Close to wonderful restaurants, the pier and the shopping areas. The party area is on the other side of the island and our nights were peaceful. ALL of the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Go for the rooms with a balcony and view of the harbour. It is worth it! My only complaint is that the WiFi was exceptionally bad. We had to used our own mobile data package throughout our stay.

• Sébastien (9/5): - Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l'hôtel Phi Phi at Pier, le personnel est particulièrement gentil et attentionné et l' établissement est vraiment très propre. Idéalement placé sur la promenade , à deux pas du debarcadère et des commerces et restaurants. Également très proche de la plage de Loh Dalum beach (2 min à pied) ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement.

• Dennis (7/5): Prima verblijf voor een kort bezoek aan Koh Phi Phi. - De locatie is erg goed, het uitzicht (mits je de kamer met zeezicht neemt) is fantastisch. De kamer was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt was teleurstellend, weinig keus en slecht van kwaliteit. De prijs voor de accommodatie is fors, je krijgt er verder weinig faciliteiten voor terug.

• Pia (9/5): - Die Nähe zum Pier war für uns genial. Die Aussicht vom Balkon mit Meerblick war traumhaft. Äusserst schneller Check- in sowie auch Check- out. Sehr gute Vorabinformationen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Man hatte die Möglichkeit sehr leckere frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen zum Frühstück zu bestellen. Brot zum Frühstück war leider sehr trocken.
