• Rukshana (10/5): A truly pleasant and memorable stay! - The location was great — less than 5 km from Ao Nang Beach, Ao Nang Landmark Night Market, the mosque, pharmacies, and places to eat. It’s calm, peaceful, and has a beautiful pool. The staff were super sweet, warm, friendly, and helpful. We were greeted every morning and again when we returned from our day with warm smiles. They wished us well for the day and asked how our day was when we came back — I thought that was lovely. Our flight arrival time was late, and we requested a late check-in, which was accommodated without any issues. I also asked the staff member at the front desk where I could buy milk, and without hesitation, he immediately used his app to help me — now that’s going the extra mile. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The villa was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Laundry services are available. The villa also has a shuttle to the beach with several time slots to choose from. Thank you for a lovely stay, warm welcome, and great service. The stay was amazing — Perhaps adding a microwave in the future would make it even more comfortable.

• Pedro (10/5): Underrated small property! - Awesome little place that has some of the nicest people we've met in Thailand which is saying something. The room (we booked the double villa) was impecable and had plenty of room for a long term stay. Location is a bit far from the action but it's well suited if you're not into the party vibe.

• Megan (9/5): Amazing stay! Lovely property and pool area. The staff were the best! - The staff were AMAZING! The two lovely ladies who we see each morning and evening were so friendly! The man who drove the bus shuttle into town was also amazing. Room was clean and staff super helpful and free transfer to wherever we would like to go. Great experience for new year and not too far from the main town. Slight smell due to the drains however cannot be helped. Not that bad
• Sebastian (4/5): not worth the high price. Not sure what they can do about the smell. But if they would get a decent cook for a nice brea - We stayed as a family of 4, with two children 3 and 5. Would not recommend this. On positive: everything seems to be pretty new and the rooms are clean. No broken tiles or whatsoever on the pool, which was clean and had good temperature as well. The location is a bit far away, but that’s clear in booking. They give you 1 free ride to town, but on way back, you need to take a taxi. (OK for us) Another thing: for credit card they are charging additional 5%. Some surcharge seems common, but this is usually 3-4.5% on our experience. Would not recommend their taxi service, as it’s rather expensive. Check the neighbour or get WhatsApp from any taxi driver and save 50% What’s not clear in booking: Smell: Rooms have an absolutely disgusting smell from sewage. This is sometimes covered by a tear-driving spray which is dispensed by the staff. We have asked several times to not spray, but fix the issue, no success. After some discussions, we got the room changed from 4 to 3, and it seemed to be a bit better. We then found out, you just get a break of 2-3 hours and then something goes wrong again with the pipes and the rancid smell starts again. Rooms: The walls are paper. We could hear our neighbours *walk in their room. Even the vibrations of their phone was audible for us. Just bad craftsmanship. While clean and rather new, there is some strange decisions taken: equipped kitchen, but no knifes. No table to eat, 1 chair for the 4pax room. No handsoap at toilet. Toilet seat too small for toilet bowl. Very high pillows (personal preference) no way of changing this. (Vs room price?) No hairdryer. Breakfast: It’s a charade. I thought someone would pop up and tell us it was all a joke, but no: they seemed to be completely unprepared serving breakfast, which then turned out to be 2 slices toast, egg, sausage, deco salad, sugar-jam and watermelon. Vegetarian option: just leave out the bread. Drinks: instant coffee and tea - at a comforting temperature of 42*C. We needed to ask for glasses to be able to drink water, forks, yes, we want to have a plate for everyone, not randomly 3 only. Got in a discussion if we could have butter (no you may not!
• Maksim (5/5): major odour problem - The hotel itself looks great, cool pool and quiet all around. The owner is friendly and welcoming. The room is pretty much as described and photos. You will need a car or bike to get to the beach and other places. The hotel co-operates with a rental company, so you will get them there, which is very convenient. Unfortunately there is a big problem there with the smell from the sewage in the room. When you enter the room you smell a strong odour of air fragrance. This is how they try to mask it, however it doesn't last long. I have read about this in other reviews and it is often the case that people are overly sensitive so I didn't pay attention. This was a mistake. We got food poisoning while there and felt ill (nothing to do with the hotel!) so we spent most of our time in the hotel. Not once did anyone offer to clean our room or ask us if we were ok. While the staff are very concerned about the cleanliness of the area and you see someone around almost all the time.

• Gray (9/5): Loved it and the Villa manager was exceptional! - Such a lovely Villa! The beds were super comfortable and spacious. Kanol! What a wonderful human being. He was so so kind, sweet and caring. He really looked after us. He would really go above and beyond to help in any way he could. We had 4 guys move in next door and they were so loud. I wasn’t expecting anything but a word, but instead he moved us to another villa even though we were leaving the next day. Thank you! The only thing was position of the aircon unit!! It was so hot some days (wow!) but the aircon was only in the bedroom so it made some days quite difficult to get through!
• Abdullah (7/5): Peaceful and comfortable. - It was very peaceful and pleasant in some ways. There’s no air conditioning in the living hall which if you want the living hall to be cold you have to depend on the air conditioning from your room. Also, the doors always needs to be closed as mosquitoes may come in.
• Lucy (10/5): Exceptional - Kamol was absolutely lovely and looked after us very well, giving us lots of recommendations on not only the local area but other areas that we planned on visiting. You can rent a scooter from a local supplier named Nicky who was also lovely. The pool was absolutely lovely and the location was great as it was not too far away from the beach but also away from the craziness of town Maybe a little bit more attention to detail from housekeeping. Extra towels for the pool and probably need to be changed more often. The room also needed bowls as there were cooking facilities and plates but no bowls but Kamol kindly supplied us with some when asked.
• Van (1/5): Bad - Nothing Made me sit there for over 30mins then to tell me they gave my room away to someone else and there was no rooms left and I could stay at there friends hotel down the road (it was nothing like the one I booked) 😪
