• Palin (7/5): 以整體來說，剛好在新今宮大站旁邊，所以任何交通上面都是很便利的，要購買任何民生用品或是吃東西都是算蠻方便的，而且唐吉訶德就在旁邊購物買伴手禮真的是自由行的一大救星😀 - 乾淨度算整體起來是不錯的 小插曲有訂兩間,到現場發現有一間續訂，但平台卻沒通知,然後雖然有緊急給一間，但在不同樓層這一個稍微有點小困擾😕

• Mi Mi (10/5): Overall it was a wonderful unforgetable 8 days trip. After a long tired day out it feels so good to be able to come back - Five star location. It is situated a few mins walk to the railway station and also 2 metro lines. About 30 minutes walk to the bustling vibrant trendy Dotomburi with many thrift shops in between. This area in Shin Imamiya is pleasantly quiet. 10 mins walk will take one to the nearest Don Quixote for tax free shopping. Many eateries around. The apartment. Love the layout of the unit with a sliding partition separating the entrance, bathroom and toilet from the rest of the space. Kitchen is fully functional with sufficient cutlery and a working kitchen hob. Washing machine was also here. Clever use of space makes the kitchen area feel spacious and uncluttered. It is not visible from the mini sitting area with a huge flat screen TV separated by a wall with a built in closet for us to hang our clothes/coats. At the end of the unit are two large comfortable mattresses/futon style. Super comfortable. There is also a large balcony where we put our laundry out to dry. Many hangers provided. Communicating with the host was a pleasant experience as the host replied to our every query without fail. When we requested for kitchen towels and additional trash bags, it was supplied within the same day. The manual with instructions for the unit is comprehensive and easy to follow. There were many instances where we need to refer to the manual for solutions. Instructions and directions the unit was very clear and we have no issue accessing the unit. It would be great to have some kitchen wipes available for us to wipe dry the kitchen sink and to clean the eating table after use.

• Na Young (8/5): 완벽한 숙소! - 너무 청결하고 역과 가깝고 난바 시내까지도 걸어서 갈 수 있고 주변에 돈키호테 매장과 편의점이 널려있습니다. 넓고 아늑하고 유투브 연결되고 짱입니다. 외국이 다 그렇듯이 난방이 약합니다. 전기장판을 가져가도 전력이 약해서 작동이 안되니 겨울이나 봄 여름에 가실 경우 프리볼트 장판 구매 강추! 아침 9시-11시까지는 앞에 공장이 있어서 드릴 소리가 나긴 하지만 동네 자체가 조용해서 그거 말고 소음은 없습니다. 늦잠 안주무실 분이 가시면 완벽한 숙소임 유니버셜 스튜디오 가깝고 왠만한 시내 20분안으로 다 갈수 있습니다 수압 세고 뜨거운물 잘 나오고 침대 매트리스 잠 잘옴

• PEI-YU (9/5): - 地理位置極佳，天王寺動物園、木津市場或通天閣都步行可到，交通便利，到難波或心齋橋都很快，距離火車或地鐵出口近，但居住環境寧靜，真的非常棒！客服聯絡迅速即時，服務佳，check in 很簡單，民宿內空間寬敞，各項設備齊全，電視螢幕大還有netflix，提供各項備品且數量充足，另有滾筒式洗衣機和三款晾衣架，且數量充足，完全不用自己準備衣架，陽臺可供晾乾衣物，便利又舒適。若再訪大阪希望有機會再次入住。 浴室空間較小，滾筒洗衣機容量小，有浴缸，但泡澡時無法把腳伸直。枕頭較扁，躺上床墊會感覺到別人的身形。暖氣一回到家要立刻開，無法快速暖房。

• 짱양 (10/5): 가성비 너무 만족했던 곳입니다. - 일단 더블침대 2개가 있어서 매우 넓게 사용하였습니다. 테이블과 쇼파도 있어서 간식을 먹기에도 너무 좋았고요.. 유투브도 되는 TV가 있어서, 편하게 한국방송 시청도 했습니다. 칫솔, 치약, 빗, 샤워스펀지, 면도기 등 어메니티도 충분하게 있었고, 드라이기도 있었습니다. 주방에는 가스렌지, 프라이팬과 식기류가 있어서 간단한 음식 만들기에도 좋았고, 전자레인지, 토스트기, 전기 커피포트까지 있어서 너무 편리했어요. 변기와 씻는 곳이 나뉘어 있어서, 여러명이 사용하기에도 좋았습니다. 주택가 안에 있지만 바로 앞에 파출소가 있어서 안전해보였어요. 드라이기에 뾰족한 부분이 없어서 스타일링 하기에는 아쉬웠습니다. 기본 생수가 비치되어있지 않아서, 근처 편의점에서 사와야합니다. 편의점이 아주 가깝지는 않습니다. 히터 하나만으로는 날씨가 영하였던 날에는 좀 추웠어요.. (날씨가 영상일때에는 히터 하나로 충분했습니다.)

• yingxin (9/5): 非常不错👍 - 位置非常好，距离新今宫车站徒步五分钟，设施齐全，洗衣机厨房冰箱电视都有，晚上很安静，适合家庭出行居住，价格也很不错，离通天阁很近，附近还有一个很大的唐吉柯德，去环球影城去机场都很方便。 门锁还是老式的锁，电子锁会更好一些，垃圾桶有点小。车站附近有流浪汉，虽然没有不安全的事发生，但是略有不安，民宿附近有个小交番但是没看见警察在里面，也许出去执勤了吧。

• atsuko (5/5): 民泊はやっぱり大変 - 駅から近い 人件費の問題があるかもしれないが、誰かスタッフは一人駐在させるべき。電話だけの対応はどうかと思う。エントランスを出た時、宿泊予定の中国の方が地元民の方に連れてきてもらっていた。その方に頼まれたけど、中国語オンリーで携帯翻訳機があるものの伝わらない。滞在していたら、すぐに対応出来たのに、と思う
• Katsuhiro (8/5): 給湯設備の使い方がわかりにくかった点を除けば十分満足できる宿泊でした。 - 部屋は十分広く清潔で快適、セキュリティや騒音もまず問題ない、最寄駅からのアクセスもわかりやすい。 1日目の宿泊ではバスタブのお湯はりができずシャワーの水温も上がらなかった。原因は、電源を入れたあと「お湯はりボタン」を押すと水温が十分上がらないためであると、次の日に係りの人が給湯器の使い方を教えてくれてわかった。つまり、（マニュアルには「お湯はりボタン」を使うとは書いていないが、）給湯パネルの表示の「お湯はりボタン」は不用で設備と対応してない上に誤操作のもとになる。

• Judy (7/5): Good but need better facility maintenance. - Spacious and clean. Close to station and convenient stores. Waters are hot. The heater isn’t working properly. During our four day stay, the weather was around 0–10°C most of the time, and close to 0°C during the night. The heater showed it was at 31°C, but in reality, it felt like 10°C, especially during the last two days. We had to wear extra jackets indoors to stay warm.

Amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, combs, towels, soaps, shampoo & others are provided. You can cook using stove, oven & rice cooker if you want to. i went with my parents, and it was very perfect for our needs. We truly enjoyed our stay. The bed was a bit too hard to our liking but it is okay, though a softer bed would really makes it the icing on the cake. The water pressure was okay but have limited time to use hot water.

• MeiFen (8/5): 非常好 - 地點很方便，JR/地鐵/南海都在附近，走路5分鐘會到。 有洗衣機衣架也夠使用，床很舒服，棉被夠暖。 客服回覆很快速，安心很多，整體很喜歡 可能樓層高，房間的暖氣不夠，在房間真的蠻冷的 同行家人住低樓層，就無此問題。 浴室沒有除濕功能，房間會有點濕，衣服也不好乾。

• Cameron (10/5): - Clean room and fantastic location in Shinsekai. Comfortable beds. I will absolutely be back when I return to Osaka. Staff was very responsive. Nothing negative to say.

• ZHENNING (9/5): 住宿優缺點 - 交通超級方便，jr、捷運、南海電鐵都在這裡。 入住四樓，沒有聽到其他聲音，頂多樓梯上下樓有聲音，電梯不大，站四個人加行李剛好滿。 可以開火，器具算夠用，沒有調味料及油需要自行準備，抽油煙機也有，室內黃光，可能比較不習慣，浴缸雖然不大但深，可以泡的舒服。 也有洗衣機，外面有陽台可以晾衣服，室內也有小的衣架可以使用， 衣架數量也給的大方。 適合家庭一起來住。 小缺點，住在裡面會一直想咳嗽，這幾天我跟家人會有這個狀況，不知道是哪裡問題。

• wei (9/5): - 交通特别方便，离地铁，JR几分钟路程。房间干净，舒适。我们一共在这里住了12天。如果再来大阪。。我还会选择这里。

• 穤粢 (10/5): 非常滿意，下次會再入住！ - ⑴地點鄰近南海電鐵和動物園前站，卻又安靜的社區 ⑵附近景點走路就可以到達，例如通天閣、天王寺心齋橋等 ⑶社區有很多好吃的居酒屋、早餐店，充滿驚喜🤤 ⑷大樓斜對面有警察局，住起來更安心 ⑸wifi網速非常快👍🏻 沒有！硬要挑骨頭的話希望可以再準備風倍清，消除在居酒屋染上的二手菸味～
• Ngoc Oanh (10/5): Fantastic - It was a wonderful apartment which felt like our own little home inside Shinsekai. We will miss the good times there. Only the instructions on how to use warm water, washing machine and air conditioner could have been more specific. First night we were freezing and second night we couldn't find out how to turn on warm water for an hour at night. Advice for you. Press top right corner blue button to turn on. Press bottom right corner red button to activate warm water. Turn on hot water tap on full force at kitchen sink for 30 seconds. Voila. Warm water. Instructions unclear for opening main door (using the Japanese button to start the code) and using hot water.
• kuo (8/5): 大門口要從建築物右邊通道進去，按完大門密碼直接進去房間門口，鑰匙就掛在密碼盒裡；如拿行李搭動物園前站從五號出口有電梯。 - 能料理食物、微波爐、洗衣機一應俱全，空間很大，交通方便。 無
