• Rosemary (7/5): - Good location. Clean and comfortable apartment. Swimming pool closed..very disappointing as main reason for booking this venue...renovations ongoing in the venue...jack hammering and banging from early morning so no late sleeping late.

• Mohamed reda (10/5): Excellent séjour — Merci pour l’accueil, le confort et l’emplacement idéal - Très bon séjour à Benalmádena. L’emplacement est idéal, très proche des commodités et des moyens de transport, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la réactivité de l’hôte ainsi que la simplicité d’accès à l’appartement. La propreté était irréprochable et le petit balcon donnant sur un jardin verdoyant est un vrai plus, très agréable pour se détendre. Je recommande sans hésiter. Un léger point d’amélioration pourrait concerner l’insonorisation (bruits occasionnels du couloir et des canalisations). Cela reste toutefois secondaire au regard des nombreux points positifs, surtout quand on profite pleinement des journées à l’extérieur et qu’on se repose facilement le soir.

• Victoria (8/5): - El lugar muy bonito y las vistas al jardín precioso . Lo único que no me gustó que entraba luz x la ventana de cocina y baño en la noche ya que las luces del pasillo no se apagaban y molestaba para dormir .

• kyara (6/5): Het was prima, maar voor de rust zou ik niet hier verblijven. - Het appartement was erg schoon en het was erg ruim. De locatie is een drama, nergens parkeer plek, de straat is open gebroken en veel overlast in de nacht van andere bewoners. Ook is het heel gehorig.

• Mike (4/5): We have no complaints about the apartment but, as stated above it really felt like we were staying in a residential area - The actual apartment was very clean, tidy and had all required amenities for our stay The location is very deceiving! Yes there are bars/restaurants close by however, it felt more like a residential area than a holiday destination. To get to the seafront it was all downhill and obviously therefore, a steep climb on return!! There were major road works going on outside the building which meant the road was not very accessible. There was also major construction work going on inside the building, causing a lot of noise from early in the morning ie: drilling/banging/loud conversation.. We wanted to spend a day by the pool but, this was closed due to work being done. We were only able to access the grassed area but, unable to use the beds from around the pool, so had to lay on the grass. There were children on vacation upset at not being able to access the pool. Why was this being done at the start of the season??

• David (1/5): Disappointed beyond words - The owners had recently modernised the apartment. The taxi driver could not find the studio as the building is actually called Minerva. It is one of several multi story tenament blocks. Building work is going on inside the building and major road works outside, including road closure. For us the major issues are: the misrepresentation of facts: the pool is fenced off, it cannot be used ( A small paddling pool for children is open) The walls are paper thin and youDisap can hear everything from neighbours... & their dogs barking. The corridor was very wide and echoing as people passed, work getting done on the lifts. This is not holiday accommodation it is a residential building.
