• Meggie (4/5): Boom boom boom music in the room! - Op het eerste gezicht straalt het inderdaad veel charme uit. En ja, het is zeker een gezellig appartement. Half maart 5 nachten in het appartement verbleven. Gastheer hierna een review per whatsapp gegeven in de hoop hier rekening mee te houden om het appartement nog aangenamer en veiliger te maken voor de volgende gasten. Hier werd helaas geen reactie op geven. Vandaar deze review. Wat betreft de algehele netheid van het appartement, krijgt het van ons een voldoende beoordeling. Er zou echter wel even kritisch naar de badkamer gekeken kunnen worden. Denk hierbij aan een vies gordijn met schimmel aan de onderkant, douche muren kapot en schimmel op de muur. Maar wat wij nog erger vonden, was de veiligheid van de douchekraan. Deze is ondersteboven gemonteerd. Daardoor draaide ik per ongeluk de kraan met mijn heup open en verbrandde ik mijn rug aan het hete water. Dat lijkt me niet goed, toch? We hebben ook zelf de rookmelder uit de kast gehaald en er een nieuwe batterij in gedaan. Dat gaf ons een veiliger gevoel en het lijkt me volkomen normaal dat hij gewoon werkt. Ik zou het mezelf nooit vergeven als er iets met mijn familie zou gebeuren. Een koolmonoxidemelder lijkt me ook erg verstandig, met een boiler in de keuken. En dan is er nog de ongelooflijk harde muziek elke avond, die doorgaat tot in de vroege uurtjes. Ik begrijp dat het appartement in een levendige buurt zit met veel bars en uitgaansgelegenheden, maar het feit dat er eentje direct onder je is, is het vermelden waard! We hebben geen oog dichtgedaan en hebben de laatste nacht serieus overwogen om een ​​hotel te nemen. Gastheer geeft aan dat hij verwacht van zijn gasten dat je net zoveel aandacht aan het appartement besteedt als hijzelf doet. Maar het heeft die aandacht nu echt nodig. De bedden, vooral die naast de woonkamer, zijn aan vervanging toe. Het dunne matras is helemaal doorgezakt op een simpele lattenbodem. (Lees een complete kuil!) Heb de gastheer geadviseerd om er zelf een nachtje te blijven slapen. Soms zie je dingen niet zoals je gasten ze ervaren.

• SARA (6/5): - L’emplacement Le bruit!! Le bruit !! Le bruit!! Une zone hyper touristique avec de nombreux bars discos qui ferment entre 2h et 3 h du matin… dont deux juste en dessous du logement!! Sans vouloir passer pour quelqu’un d’austère, Ce n’est pas des boules quies qu’il faut mais être sourd est nettement préférable.

• Faisal (10/5): Value for the buck. Cozy and stay but for young people who are NOT light sleepers. - Since I made the booking the host was warm inform to welcome us and guide us for Lisbon for our stay. Very cozy place for a group of 4 as there is 2 bed room and a nice living space. Very functional apartment. The noise outside at weekend can be annoying over your temper. There is noise and bad techno music from the pubs near by, Indians shouting loudly and the doors are narrow. But to be fair, I was warned about the noise before :)
• Barca (1/5): - Posizione perfetta se siete una coppia di amici che vuole scendere per bersi qualcosa o semplicemente socializzare. Il rumore c'è ma è molto soggettivo dipende da voi personalmente non l'ho praticamente percepito. Decine di bar lungo tutta la zona bairro a partire da sotto al portone dell'appartamento Host molto poco professionale. Già al momento della selezione dell'orario di checkin (in fase di prenotazione) mi viene chiesto di prenotare anche la sera in cui non sarei stato a lisbona in modo da avere la certezza di poter avere accesso all'appartamento prima delle ore 15 in quanto saremmo arrivati intorno le 8 di mattina. Successivamente arrivati all'appartamento troviamo una casa in cui situazione camere è abbastanza piacevole compreso il soggiorno; molto meno situazione cucina/bagno il cui accesso è praticamente impedito dalla lavatrice (in cucina) e personalmente non entravo in altezza nella doccia...presente un solo specchio piccolo in tutta la casa (in bagno) e non permetteva di prepararsi in contemporanea prima di uscire in quanto si andava a intralciare chi in doccia in quel momento. Altra nota negativa la porta non si chiude con lo scatto quindi bisogna sempre chiudere la serratura (difettosa) manualmente con un solo mazzo di chiavi messo a disposizione (vi lascio immaginare si scendeva a fare una spesa o altro separati bisognava chiudere la porta dall'esterno o dall'interno...risultato qualcuno rimaneva chiuso fuori/dentro. Ultima nota negativa anzi negativissima. Dopo esserci accorti della finestra difettosa già prima del nostro alloggio in una delle due stanze l'host mi inizia a chiamare la mattina presto insistendo per la nostra uscita in modo da poter entrare a vedere il problema...mi liquida dicendo che se ne sarebbe andato. Successivamente la sera torniamo e troviamo le tazze da noi sporcate lavate da qualcuno che è entrato in casa senza alcun avviso (ovviamente, mi auguro, dello staff). Ripeto professionalità dell'host pari a zero che conclude negando di aver trovato dei soldi da noi dimenticati nel cassetto della stanza in fase di check out causa fretta dovuta alla partenza del volo. ZERO PROFESSIONALITÀ E SERIETÀ.

• Pollyanna (10/5): Very good location. - It’s really well located for being a tourist. There was everything we needed including generous amounts of coffee and teas. It is noisy because it’s above a bar so do bring ear plugs. But the location makes up for it.
