• Ella (9/5): Great Location - The location is perfect especially for events at Principality stadium. Walkable to all major landmarks. Spacious apartment and comfy bed. We had somewhere to be at 3.30 so were hoping to drop and run with the bags but there was a bit of faff to get in the apartment because we were right on 3pm. If there was better process for check in, would be a 10/10.

• Elizabeth (9/5): The location is excellent, accommodations very comfortable - I got a studio apartment that had its own kitchenette, so I made my own breakfast The bedroom was so warm and comfortable however the kitchen was not heated so on mornings it was quite cold

• Rachel (9/5): Perfect for a couple, quiet, great room and comfortable bed. Ideal location and reasonable price. - For a night out, it was an ideal location which wasn't to close too the centre but not too far to not be able to walk. The building was very quiet and the fact the host doesnt allow parties is also a bonus. The bed was very comfy and the room was perfect for us at a reasonable price. There was no Wi-Fi code but wasn't a massive put off.

• Samantha (8/5): Leisure Stay - Lovely quiet location, studios had everything we needed. Rooms were smaller than pictures perceived, but still comfortable. Mirror in room 2 is badly positioned with no plugs close by.

• Mohammad (1/5): Never recommend - I had cancelled right after booking, yet i was denied a refund, i would understand if i had waited for a day or 2, but i cancelled right after i realised that the lovation was not where i wanted, and yet i was denied.
• Robert (9/5): Deffo use this again - On arrival, the smoke alarm was bleeping ( flat battery) within 5 mins following a phone call, the maintenance guy was there, job done. A perfect base for shopping in Cardiff.

• Nadiia (9/5): First night in Cardiff - I wanted to share my experience of staying overnight in house 9. I didn't know until the last moment where we would stay overnight, whether in Bristol or Cardiff, so the room was booked while on the train, at approximately 7:00 p.m. At 8 p.m. we arrived at the Cardiff train station and walked to our apartment in 10 minutes. When I wanted to clarify the details about check-in, I tried to call, but the answering machine said it was out of hours, and the chat in the app was so slow and incomprehensible. We were a little confused about which apartment to go to because there are several houses for rent on the same street. We got into the house using the code from the electronic lock I haven't had a chance to use these locks yet. I felt a little embarrassed because there was no lock from the inside. So if I'm not the only one with the code, someone else could enter the room while I'm sleeping.The room had everything you needed.Everything was compactly placed in a neat and clean room. The kitchen had all the equipment if you were going to cook something. Also in a separate box we found tea, coffee and sugar. In the toilet, you could turn on the heated towel rail and take a comfortable shower, with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There is a workplace where you can work, there is also a TV and in a separate small closet you could find an iron, ironing board, hangers and a hairdryer.I would like the socket to be closer to the mirror so that when you dry your hair you can see yourself in the mirror. In general, the room has a positive impression - it is clean, fresh, tidy and has everything you need. Definitely recommend!
