Igual qie la terraza coblos juegos para los niños El apartamento es muy chiquito, dice para 4 personas pero yo diría que es para dos adultos y un niño. Igualmente estanbtodos los espacios muy bien pensados y la disposición esta perfecta. El dormitorio no cuenta con ventana.

- Ricardo (10/5): Apartamento bem cuidado e que possui várias comodidades - O local possui diversas comodidades, como duas piscinas, banheira de hidromassagem, dois elevadores, sala de jogos, lavanderia (paga à parte), estacionamento privativo e coberto, minimercado e um espaço na cobertura onde é possível descansar e relaxar. O quarto é confortável para até 3 pessoas, possuindo ar-condicionado em todos os ambientes e uma cozinha completa. O sofá-cama do quarto onde fiquei era muito duro quando aberto, e tive que usar o colchão de solteiro disponível para dormir. O aquecimento da água da piscina exterior poderia ser desligado durante dias quentes, e uma das banheiras de hidromassagem não estava funcionando.

Tudo novinho .Hall de entrada sempre limpo e cheiroso. Tudo é muito bom no apto. Só indicaria ponto a melhorar , o sofá cama na sala é meio desconfortável e se for para uma família de 4 pessoas , fica um pouco apertado o espaço. Como fomos na época próxima do Natal, havia um parque de diversões na frente . O barulho não atrapalhou em nada . O problema foi que a vaga de estacionamento fica na entrada do prédio...e qdo eu saia pra ir ao mercado ou ver as lojas ....qdo voltava algum cliente do parque ocupava minha vaga ( mesmo com placa sinalizando que era exclusiva do apto ) aí eu tinha que esperar horas até conseguir estacionar na minha própria vaga.

- dolores (8/5): - El depto igual a las fotos, en un edificio nuevo, con muy buenos amenities. Hay una feria de juegos justo frente al edificio, que funciona de 20.00 a 01.00h muy ruidosa. Los días de navidad el ruido fue demasiado. No iría con personas hipersensibles al ruido o niños pequeños.

Tudo foi ótimo só sentimos a falta de um aspirador de pó, para estadias longas como a nossa fez um pouco de falta.

- ELAINE (10/5): Apartamento Maravilhoso - O apartamento é perfeito. Mobiliário lindo. Tudo novo. Banheiro excelente. Tinham várias comodidades. Área de lazer excelente. Sofá super confortável. Utensílios na cozinha. Fizemos até churrasco no apartamento. Usamos as bicicletas para passear na praia de Bombas. Tudo perfeito

- Marcos (8/5): - Da piscina e da privacidade para acessar e circular no edificio. A cozinha também estava muito bem equipada. O sofá cama para meu filho de 16 anos não foi muito confortável. Seria legal se tivesse uma cama também ou então um sobre colchão pra colocar em cima.

- Pisani (10/5): - Hermoso edificio , excelente apartamento una terraza increíble para poder disfrutar chicos y grandes. La ubicación perfecta ya que están en medio de o bombas y bombinhas . No es que no nos gustó, sino que el estacionamiento es un poco complicado y un poco extrecho y la subida es muy empinada y nosotros fuimos en camioneta , Pero para auto perfecto.

- Silvia (9/5): - Un hermoso departamento en un hermoso edificio. Ubicado entre las playas de bombas y bombinhas, se puede ir caminando a muchas playas. Departamento con cocina muy bien equipada, también te dejan toallas extras. En el mismo piso a metros del departamento hay un pequeño mercado de autoservicio las 24 hs ideal si se llega tarde a la noche. Volvería sin duda. Nos gustó todo, solo hubiésemos deseado tener una mesa baja frente al sillón, ya que me resultan incómodas las banquetas, pero es un detalle menor. Si es inconstante la señal de Internet, sobre todo en la conexión de los tv.

Aptamento lindo , aconchegante, tudo muito novinho, aproveitamos muito. O tempo não ajudou muito.

- Brandler (10/5): - Sobre a estadia, e algo surreal, aonde você pode curtir tudo desde as piscinas, academia, sala de jogos, e basicamente uma acomodação ainda você pode viver somente na acomodação que sua experiência vai ser incrível! Fizemos um roteiro para conhecer a cidade, fizemos o básico do roteiro, pois as crianças não queriam sair só queriam ficar no prédio! Foi tudo muito incrível.

- Cristiele (10/5): - Tudo, simplesmente tudo!! Quarto novinho, limpo e com ótimo espaço! Louças boas e eletrodomésticos novos! Tinha 4 toalhas de banho o que foi ótimo pra usar na piscina. Piscinas aquecidas e hidromassagem maravilhosas, fomos no início de Outubro então aproveitamos bastante. E o preço também estava ótimo nessa época! Sala de jogos com mesa de sinuca foi a salvação nos momentos de chuva. Também tinha bicicletas a disposição dos hóspedes. Localização muito boa, pertinho da Passarela do Ribeiro, mas ir a pé com cadeira e guarda-sol não indico. Com certeza voltaremos.

- Jessica (10/5): - Empreendimento muito top. Tudo novo as acomodações são maravilhosas já fomos 2 vezes sempre muito bem atendidos. Espaço de lazer como piscinas e jacuzzis sempre quentes vista maravilhosa com espaço para churrasco. Sala de jogos e academia e algumas bicicletas para passear. Praia bem próxima podendo ir a pé.

- Maciel (10/5): Maravilhosa - Apartamento super equipado, e perto de todas as praias. Piscina aquecida, área de lazer, sala de jogos e academia, tudo perfeito.
- ADRIANO (10/5): - Gostamos de tudo! Fomos nas férias de julho, na baixa temporada, e o flat era completo, novo, com tudo equipado e muito confortável. Tinha duas TVs, cama nova, churrasqueira elétrica no apê e outras na área da piscina (carvão). O prédio tem muitas comodidades: piscinas aquecidas (uma coberta), jacuzzi,salão de jogos, academia e até bicicletas disponíveis. O Gustavo, da Seazone, nos atendeu super bem e ajudou com toda a logística. Conhecemos até alguns proprietários muito simpáticos. Foi uma ótima experiência e queremos voltar! Praticamente tudo estava perfeito! A única coisa que notamos foi que, nos dias de chuva e frio, o acesso à piscina coberta não tem cobertura. Como o prédio é novo, acreditamos que isso ainda será feito. Seria ótimo ter essa cobertura no futuro!
