- Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old.
- Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee.
- No stag or hen parties allowed.
- No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.
- Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee.
- Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs.
- Unauthorized late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
