• Natalia (9/5): a comfortable and very well-located place—great value for staying in Paris - Great location and comfortable stay in Paris We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place. The host was friendly and helpful, and the instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in smooth. The location exceeded our expectations. The metro is right next door, and you can even walk to Notre Dame. The area is quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants, which made it perfect for exploring the city while still having a peaceful place to return to. The apartment itself has everything you need for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, and since it was quite cold in Paris during our visit, we really appreciated that there was a heater in the apartment. It was also clean, which is important to us. I noticed that some reviews mention that the apartment is not “fresh” or brand new. I think this may be due to the title “High standard,” which can create expectations of something completely new. While there are some small signs of wear here and there, the apartment is still in good condition overall. For us, cleanliness matters more, and on that point it delivered. A few cosmetic touches like fresh paint would improve it further, but it was not an issue during our stay.

• Alvaro (3/5): I wouldn’t stay here again. - It was in a quiet area Large clothes rack Toaster Patio doors that could be opened. Daniel’s welcome and communication NO MICROWAVE The washer did not dry the clothes (they came out damp) VERY OLD! Kitchen utensils, pots and skillets. The mat to place washed dishes was stained dirty. The kitchen clock is missing a knob for 7 o’clock. Need more electrical plugs The place needs to be updated, cleaned and fresh paint would help. There were large decorative pillows on the bed but no actual bed pillows! Living room white chairs are dirty and scrappy looking (old) The white leather coach was hard to sit on because you slide off, so they put a piece of cloth on it to help stop that and it looks so old and doesn’t work. Xmas ornaments hanging on entrance door, closet door knobs, and windows It’s dirty! The doors have a lot of dirt on them. The floors had dust bunnies and not clean, disgusting to walk around without shoes. No top sheet on bed Only about a foot (if that) of space between wall and bed! Very, very tight! No suitcase stands
• Thomas (9/5): Tolle Tage in Paris - Die Lage war hervorragend. Gleich in der Nähe war alles was man braucht: Metro-Station (2x), tolle kleine Restaurants, ein überragender Bäcker, Einkaufsmäglichkeiten usw. Wir mussten (zum Glück) kurzfristig in dieses Apartment umziehen. Es ist vielleicht etwas klein, aber fein. Man muss immer im Blick halten, dass man in Paris in einem Altbau ist. Wer hier Maßstäbe an ein neu gebautes Hotel setzt wird hier immer enttäuscht. Aber diese Wohnung ist einfach mit Liebe eingerichtet und empfängt seine Gäste sehr angenehm. Es sind einfach die kleinen Details: Handseife ist da, Toilettenpapier ist ausreichend da, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine sind da, ein Wasser steht bereit und vieles mehr. Man kommt rein und es riecht schon angenehm (finde ich immer wichtig). Es ist ausreichend sauber, perfekt steril muss es auch nicht sein. Das Klappsofa ist genial, da wird ein richtig gutes Bett draus. :) Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und perfekt. Wir haben uns zwar nicht gesehen, aber er hat einfach schnell und nett auf paar Frage reagiert und es war alles fein. Auch die Schlüssel sind einfach und gut zu VOR ORT zu finden gewesen. Also immer wieder gerne und nochmal danke an den Vermieter an dieser Stelle. Es hätte etwas weniger regnen können und wir hätten schneller drauf kommen können, dass direkt nebenan ein tolles Restaurant/Bar ist. :)

Manque de confort, il faudrait de gros coussins sur le canapé pour qu’on puisse s’y assoir. Un comptoir étroit et élevé et de grands tabourets girouettes rendent les repas peu agréables. Grille-pain défectueux. Une serviette par personne (deux) pour la semaine.

L'appartement est situé près de la rue Moufferard mais loin de toute source de bruit. Très tranquille, c'était ma préoccupation première. Bon contact avec le propriétaire. Certainsa Certains appareils menagers ne se laissent pas apprivoiser facilement. Mais ce n'est pas grave.

• Jill (9/5): We had an excellent stay in this traditional cozy apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter! - The location was excellent! It was in a very safe building with two door codes to enter. The apartment was located on the second floor, so there weren't too many stairs; we liked being off the ground floor. It was a three minutes walk to a main square in the Latin Quarter filled with restaurants and cafes. It was also a few minutes walk to the Pantheon, which was interesting to view. The apartment was near several metro stops, so it was very easy to travel to any location in Paris. The apartment itself was clean with everything you would need for an extended stay, including a washing machine and dryer. We also looked at many different housing options, and this choice had a great price for Paris! It would be perfect for a couple, but for the four of us it was a little tight while using the pull-out bed. However, we knew what we were getting and the location beat the size for sure!

• Lunin (8/5): Very good - The location is very good, on quiet street, 5 min walk from bars, metro and maybe 8-10 min from a pair of food-markets. The host even left an instruction on directions and working hours of the nearest Carrefour market. Entry instructions were clear and exhaustive. The owner was kind and responsive. The apartment is well equipped with all family of 4 may need for several days. Overall a good choice for young family. Bed is good to sleep on and also is the sofa. The apartment would be excellent for 2 people. It can accommodate 4, but don't expect lot of space when the sofa is opened. Hot water tank is too small for 4 people to take shower, so we were showering 2 before breakfast and 2 after - well, not a big problem. The biggest problem is stairs - narrow and cockle-stair type, so you have to move cautiously if you have any luggage bigger than an aircraft cabin friendly case.

• Karen (9/5): Incredible location. Comfortable and quiet apartment - a home-from-home. - The location is amazing! The Latin Quarter is beautiful with so many things within walking distance. It is super quiet at night so you will sleep really well! The host, Daniel, met us and he is so kind and helpful, showing us an app we could use to help us navigate our way round Paris. I would highly recommend this cosy apartment.
• Tao (8/5): Wonderful location and quiet apartment in central Paris - It’s centrally located in Quartier Latin within walking distance to Saint Germain des Prés, le Pandéon and several lines of métro and bus. The nearby marché de Monge and a lot of restaurants offer various dining options. This is what we wanted and what we got. The apartment was very clean with everything functional, which is not always the case with these short-term rental properties. And it’s super quiet in the night as the bedroom is facing the inner court of the building. Maybe just one down side is the size of the bathroom. We had to figure out our way not to hurt ourselves when using the toilet of taking a shower. And this is from someone with Asian body shape talking.
• Jan (8/5): Good little apartment in vibrant cafe/bar locale. - Apartment is in a good location just 1 minute walk to many vibrant bars and cafes. Easy 3 minute walk to the Metro. Good fully equipped kitchen. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The good quality cooler and fan were very much appreciated as Paris was very hot at the time. Plenty of hot water for the 3 of us. The host was very easy, quick and responsive with communications. The last 3 days we had an issue with a water leak which was problematic but we managed to work around it. Possibly some new sheets and pillows would really complete this nice little apartment.
• Gary (10/5): Wonderful, romantic time in Paris, with my wife of 42 years. - The location is great. We love this part of Paris. Its quiet and close to so many spots. The owner, Daniel, was very responsive and really gives attention to his property. Thank so much. He made a special trip to make sure all was ok. We cooked some meals in and the kitchen had everything. Very sweet. We have stayed on this walking street before, which is a great location, but had a bad experience, with the owner. The true test of a rental is how they respond if things are not working. Daniel was fantastic. He is there to make your trip special. Thank you again, Daniel. Nothing- all was good, very comfortable. We needed the A/C a few afternoons and that was perfect. It can get hot in Paris and you want to be able to close your windows on hot nights, if you a a light sleeper, like me.
