• Leonardo (8/5): - O aoartsmento é amplo e confortável para uma família. O bairro é bim, mas longe do metron (15 minutos caminhando) e das principais atraçoes de paris (mais 20- 30 de metro).

• Colinda (9/5): Het was heerlijk - De keuken was behoorlijk goed geoutilleerd, (behalve wijnglazen, dat verbaasde me in Frankrijk). Alles was heel netjes, voor Parijse begrippen een ruim appartement. De locatie zoals aangegeven bij booking klopt niet, het was een eind verder van de stad. Veel reistijd om in Parijs zelf te komen.

Der kontaktlose Check-in verlief problemlos und der Parkplatz war auch super. Rundherum alles i.o. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen für einen. Kurzurlaub in Paris
• Przemyslaw (7/5): Ogólnie ok ja za taką cenę niczego więcej nie można było się spodziewać - Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, wszystko zgodnie z ofertą oraz ustaleniami, właściciel pozwolił nam się szybciej zameldować niż było to ustalone, czysto, przestronnie, miejsce parkingowe to bardzo duży plus kilka drobnych usterek które nie mały wielkiego wpływu na pobyt (odpadła osłona rur w toalecie która uszkodziła deskę klozetową na szczęście nikomu nic się nie stało - naprawione tego samego dnia, nie domykające się drzwi do pokoju oraz toalety czy też niedziałający grzejnik w pokoju w którym spały dzieci (pokój w nocy bardzo szybko się wychłodził i dzieciaki zmarzły). Dwukrotna wizyta właściciela podczas naszej nieobecności co prawda za naszą zgodą ale zawsze pozostaje pewien dyskomfort.....

The property had a separate toilet from the main bathroom, but there was no toilet in the bathroom itself. The toilet didn’t even have a basin, and the seat was broken, which was very inconvenient. The dining and living room were in poor condition and felt run-down. The bedrooms were also too small, which made the overall stay less comfortable than expected.

• Melanie Silvia (8/5): Wenn der Standort korrekt angegeben wäre: super Unterkunft für 4 Personen - Gut gefallen hat uns: die Ausstattung der Wohnung, gute Betten in den Schlafzimmern, alles war sehr sauber. Ein Bäcker und Supermärkte sind in direkter Umgebung. Es gab einen abgeschlossenen Fahrradkeller und einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Hauptkritikpunkt: der bei Bookingcom angegebene Standort stimmt nicht mit der wirklichen Adresse überein. Die wirkliche Adresse ist noch einmal ca. 3km weiter vom Zentrum entfernt als der angegebene Standort bei Bookingcom. Da wir mit unseren Kindern mit dem Fahrrad angereist sind, war das schon ein deutlicher Nachteil. Ebenso war das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sehr unbequem und selbst für unseren zwölfjährigen Sohn nicht bequem.

• April (8/5): It was a good value for the price. - The apartment was clean and had the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. The property management was nice and responsive. There were bakeries and shops across the street so it was convenient to get food. You could hear loud people talking outside until around 3am-4am even if the windows were closed. The location was a bit far too from the city center so extra time had to be allocated to and from the city.
• Mary (9/5): Fabulous apartment, exceptional value! - Generous in size, good quality furniture and equipment. Plenty of ‘extras’ such as toilet rolls, kitchen paper, washing up stuff. The owner answered any questions really quickly. Access information to the apartment was very good. There is parking allocated but we didn’t need to use it. It is out of central Paris but easily accessible via Metro- 30-40 mins. However we went into central Paris all day and then rested back at the apartment in the evening.
• Amanda (7/5): Great for us! - The unit was clean and comfortable and was everything we needed and wanted. Owners were very accommodating with us arriving early, and allowed us to check in prior to advertised time. It is a bit out of town, but gives you an idea of what Paris is like outside the tourist areas. Travel to main sites is easy with a tram stop 2 minutes walk away which takes you straight to the metro station in about another 2 minutes. Metro can get very packed around rush hour so if you’re not used to that, and get claustrophobic, it might not be for you. Wasn’t easy to find, especially given the location provided us incorrect as is the street name on the booking we got. This definitely needs to be fixed up as it’s further out than what it looks like it is when you book it. If you’re used to staying in tourist only areas then this is not for you. This is in the suburbs where real people live and work. We found it great, there’s a supermarket just around the corner and a bakery 2 minutes walk away. Everyone was super friendly even though we have about 5 words of French. For us it was great, but I can imagine some people wouldn’t like it.

• Igor (5/5): Passable - Nearest subway station (Line13 - Last stop - Les Courtilles) is about 1km away on foot, but there's a tram closer. Supermarket and fast food nearby... Before you book and pay look carefully at the accommodation's street and number, do not rely on what the map shows! Poor toilet and towel cleanliness...
