• Melanie (8/5): - Bra eftersom allting var nära till hands, man kunde köpa frukost, beställa in billig massage, hjälpsam personal. Läget låg lite längre från stranden än vi tänkt, ligger nog mer på oss att vi skulle kollat upp det. Man var tvungen att ta taxi till de flesta ställena.

• Katarina (8/5): - Very clean and new rooms, good quality bedding and the pool was nice and clean. Staff very friendly and nice even though their English is limited but we got by. It’s very quiet in a residential area so no big hotels around. Strong smell of sewage in one of our rooms, slightly less in the other. Location is a fair way away from the beach and shops so must cross the very busy road to get there. Massage was done in the other part of the mother hotel and some construction work was going on at the same time so not very relaxing.
• Lou (10/5): A delightful boutique guest house across the laneway from it’s ‘sister main guest house that provided food and massages - Such lovely hosts & staff. Was originally only staying for 2 nights but extended by one more:) Nothing!
• Pavel (5/5): Very friendly staff in the reception, nice pool, rum out room with smelly bathroom - Location, very friendly staff and pool The room was not exactly clean, towels were washed, but had stains, in the wardrobe we found a od socks, the shower didn’t drain off, we didn’t have warm water, asked for that, the water was still cold.

• Alexandra (7/5): - The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice, Greek style. The bathroom is enclosed, which we appreciated. We liked the location, it's a quiet street and close to everything. The price was higher and breakfast was not included. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that could not be aired out. The bed lacked a canopy. The staff was not competent in English.

• Danilo (9/5): Affordable stay in relaxing neighborhood - We had a great stay in this quiet and affordable neighborhood. It was relaxing and peaceful. The pool is just the right size for a refreshing dip or a quick swim. Just a small detail: the walls are thin, so I can hear my neighbor chatting.

• Marina (7/5): Für 1-2 Nächte vor Abflug gut, es fehlt aber ein bisschen der Charme bzw ist die Atmosphäre sehr anonym. - Noch ist das Hotel recht neu und daher in einem guten Zustand. Der Innenhof wird regelmäßig gereinigt und der Pool bekommt laufend frisches Wasser. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Team vom Guesthouse nebenan ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit und man kann dort lecker frühstücken. Leider spricht niemand wirklich Englisch. Im Zweifelsfall hilft der Nachbar vom Bali Komang Guesthouse oder Google Translate, aber das macht den Aufenthalt sehr anonym und unpersönlich.

• Virginie (9/5): Great stay in a new guesthouse in a quiet place in Sanur - Everyone at the guesthouse was very friendly and helpful. They anticipate customers needs. Even if they don't all speak English they spontaneously offer to use translator so we were able to communicate. Always very smiley. The swimming pool is lovely. The rooms are new and very nice, spacious, confortable. The air conditioning system is well directed (not directly on the bed). There is a kitchen area with fridge and table. The location was perfect for me as I was going daily to a place 300m walking distance. But otherwise I would recommend using Gojek scooters to move around easily. 5-8 min distance to most things (beach, restaurants - although there are some nearby - main Sanur street,...). I had an issue with the bathroom smell on the first days (noting that Bali experienced a lot of flooding before I arrived) and then some bugs coming to my room. But the team spontaneously offered me to change room and it was much better after.

• severine (7/5): bel aménagement - La chambre est propre , la salle de bain en parfait état , la literie au top. Les personnes qui vous accueillent à l'écoute et très serviable. Faible insonorisation des chambres: si votre voisin tousse ou discute au téléphone vous pouvez suivre la conversation. Mais les gens sont assez respectueux d être discret dans l'ensemble. par contre , l'endroit jouxte un voisin qui a deux chiens qui aboient de façon intempestive le matin et qu'on entend vraiment bien dans la chambre puisque c'est le mur de la salle de bain. Même si le propriétaire n'y peut rien cela fait parti de l'environnement et c'est une nuisance. A savoir aussi que pour aller au centre , ce n'est pas direct : A pied il faut 30 min et en "grab" il fait compter 10 min et 2 euros
• audrey (9/5): Un bel établissement, bien situé. - L'établissement est neuf, c'est très propre, et surtout très sécurisé (gardien sur le parking, poignée électroniques). Le meilleur établissement que j'ai visité pendant mon séjour. C'est également proche de beaucoup de magasins / restos et c'est facile pour aller au bord de mer en taxi / scooter. Un petit détail : une partir du personnel ne parle pas anglais, il faut utiliser google trad mais on s'en sort très bien ! Les murs ne sont pas épais, on entend ce qui se passe chez les voisins (mais ça c'est un peu partout à Bali !)
