• Valeria (10/5): Happy, that found this apparement for stay! - It is in walking distance to main museums and very close to the Montmartre. Apartment itself is very cosy and clean. Perfect for 2 people to stay. A very minor comment, but we didn’t have clothes hangers, and the iron’s soleplate had significant marks from previous use.
• Andrea (5/5): Passable - There was only one towel available. The iron was burnt and could not be used. The washing machine was giving an error code/ non functional.
• Anonymous (5/5): Great location, comfortable room but stairs & service are lacking - There was a very comfortable bed. Nicely light with renovated amenities. Close to shopping and cafes and bus stop. No one on the property to help. No elevator and many stairs to get to the room. Lack of instructions for all devices. The washing machine didn’t work. The tv was hard to operate and there were not instructions. I had to try all the inputs to get it working. Wrote the staff for Also sadly saw a cockroach in the bedroom which I was able to kill.

• David (8/5): Decent for a flying visit - Next to metro to get easily to the centre, the Stade de France and CDG airport. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Very small and noisy (both in terms of the street below and the rest of the building).
• Atanu (6/5): Pleasant - The way Oscar coordinated the arrival. Location of the studio. Extremely cramped. The shower space and bathroom are almost like being in a straitjacket. The room.is also cramped through too much furniture. Also situated above a kebab place so food smells overwhelm you.
• Oghomwen (7/5): The fact that I have shops and train station around is a yes for me. - Though it is on a busy street, but it’s still quiet, you don’t hear noises from outside or from other occupants. It is a little bit small and there is no elevator in the building.

• Heorhii (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very good, the apartment has an ideal location right above the metro station, the apartment, although not large, is very cozy and comfortable, the owner is very responsive and immediately helps with all the questions that arise. This was my first trip to Paris and I am very glad that I chose this apartment The only negative is the bar, which is located below in this house, and on Friday it was noisy until late at night, but the problem was solved by closing the window and it was no longer so loud, but I think that these are minor things since this is Paris
