• Brachell (8/5): - Place was very clean and great location for night life. We had to pay for parking everytime we left the parking garage. It wasn't a set rate for the weekend. Also no TV in the bedroom.
• Jordan (9/5): Comfy, clean, great location, great amenities. - Location was great! We definitely recommend Gus’s Chicken right across the street (get the chess pie!!!!) and Terry Blacks BBQ. Deep Ellum was a vibrant neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants with all the amenities you would need within walking distance of the apartment, including the DART which we took downtown to the JFK museum. The apartment complex also had a very nice gym & a pool that was nice to dip our feet in after a day of exploring the area. Apartment was clean, WiFi worked perfectly for my remote job, check in was easy, and the bed was very comfortable. This place was an absolute steal at this price point. Some minor electrical issues in the apartment. Fuses seemed to blow pretty easily, but was not hard to fix. Management was very responsive & helpful though! The vibe of Deep Ellum also changes late at night, especially on weekends, but if you’re not into clubbing until 2am, this is a non-issue.
• Rebecca (3/5): Poor communication, below par cleanliness. - The room was a good size and nicely decorated. When I arrived at the apartment, the code I had been given was incorrect. I had to wait half an hour for the correct code. Once in the apartment, the bathroom door was jammed. I had to wait 4 hours for someone to come and unjam it for me. There were marks on the door where it had been jigged with a screwdriver before so this was a known issue. The washing machine was in the bathroom so I could not even do my washing while I waited. Cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard, (towels had black hairs on them).

• stephanie (1/5): Not having anyone on the property is a problem - This was my second time staying there and it went terrible from the second I open the door. The apartment was not cleaned from the previous guest. They moved me to another apartment and then my code stopped working. There wasn’t any staff on the property to help me, they made me wait over an hour in the hallway to finally letting me stay in another apartment. I didn’t have access to my belongings since I couldn’t get in my room. It wasn’t until the next morning at 8am that I found the cleaning team so they would let me in. This was a a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

• Chloé (6/5): - L’appartement très sympa , et les espaces en commun roof top et salle de gym stylé L’emplacement , c’est un quartier intéressant pour la musique on pouvait marcher en journée tranquillement mais à la base c’est pas le quartier le le plus plus sur pour marcher seul la nuit.

Hubo cosas sucias,mucho polvo me la pasé destornudando muchísimo la piscina el agua muy fría en el último día tuve problemas con la puerta de que no encendía la pantalla para poner el pin y salió sonando pero me resolvieron muy rápido a la hora del check out se quedó el apartamento abierto ya que no funcionaba la cerradura. ( solo me dejaron ni medio rollo de papel toalla, vasos con watermarks, puertas de los counters sucias, el dryer filtro sucio, el dishwasher sucio, espejo con manchas y polvo, mal olor en los pasillos, espátula sucia.)

• A’Myah (7/5): It was beautiful other than the roaches - The view was beautiful, and the apartment was very nice The colony of roaches that occupied the apartment. Every time we came in at night a turned on the lights there would be at least 10 roaches that ran .

• emily (4/5): Not worth it for the price. The apartment did the job but didn’t wow like the pictures. - The location was great, we walked everywhere in Deep Ellum! It was dirty, the hallway smelt like old salami. We wore socks the whole stay and the floors in the bathroom and closet were sticky! We left with black socks. You also have to pay EVERY TIME you leave the parking garage. It’s not a pay-per-day. It added up quick. We also didn’t get a key card in our room so we had to go out of our way to find elevators or entrances that worked with just a code. Very dishes for use and the AC never seemed to get cold at night.

• Michael (8/5): Nice eclectic stay - Location.Deep Ellum is a very eclectic foodie's heaven. The parking. And sometimes fuses are tripped and the electricity went out a couple of times. But the rain was excessive.
• bell (1/5): I did not like the unit it was cat n dog hair every where did not have proper cleaning supplies to keep unit clean while - The area was nice for the nite light. I like the sky deck for the view The light on the sky deck, nor the lights by the pool area work . The appliance does not work sink , fireplace ,tv. On sky deck Wasn’t able to do to much on property cause u need a key fob. Which the unit did not provide. So every was limited.
• John (9/5): Very good and would recommend this place. - The apt was ideal ( although there is a lot of traffic noise ) and ideally situated for accessing city centre, with plenty restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks The only issue was that there is only 2 coffee mugs, not practical when it can sleep four.

The remote to the tv didn’t work. I messaged and they stated they would send someone but they never came. I even purchased new batteries but that still didn’t work. Also small problem with gnats

• Cyrielle (3/5): Not a great experience - The pool is nice The place was filthy, greasy cabinets handles in the kitchen, dust, hair and an old candy under the furniture, two wet towels in the bathroom drawer (clean or dirty ?) no bath mat and not even a kitchen towel. The staff was quick to respond when I sent a message, but never sent anyone to clean or bring us clean towels. It’s also very noisy from the outside traffic, bars with loud music and people screaming at night.

• Nathanael (6/5): - The apartment is neat, tidy and spacious. The pool is great and gets the afternoon sun till 8pm. There was construction work which meant the roof terrace and part of the pool terrace was closed. The noise from deep Ellum club penetrates the room - without ear plugs you won't sleep well.

• Will (10/5): Exceptional - The location was really nice. Clean and safe. Safe parking garage. The check in was kind of confusing. We couldn’t figure out where to go or how to get into the property. We’ve never had to use a key fob or codes on elevators before. Took us a while to figure it out and it was late when we checked in so no one was at desk.
• Candice (7/5): Young adult area - The accommodations pool,lounge, Layout of the room i got a 2 bdrm Bed was comfy Garbage was not taken out, the elevator is broken my daughter was stuck in it 45 min had to call fire dept There's no hot tub, I WAS MISSING A BLANKET ON ONE BED there's nothing like salt/pepper you must bring EVERYTHING You only get one key for abd you must have it to leave our go to anywhere in building some places you can go with password but must have key fob to go to pool,

Would stay again - Upon arriving to the property, there was quite a lengthy instructions that had been sent over in advance that when followed were actually very good and self explanatory. Location is absolutely amazing with lots of food and drink/bars within walking distance. really cool part of town, very hip. Room was very clean and spacious and the pool and gym were also of a great standard. I would stay again here if i came to Dallas. There was no way near enough kitchen utensils, like we had no mugs and there was only 1 towel each for 2 days stay. a few more items in the property would have been handy. Also the smell in the hallway, i think the carpet needs a clean outside of the apartment as it smelt rotten.

• Rodney (7/5): Stay was Ok - The location was awesome!! Deep Ellum is a great location. The restaurants were pretty good. Lack of response of staff to some of our issues. We had a smoke detector beeping upon arrival. It was never taken care of. The ice machine and water dispenser in the fridge never worked. Would have been nice to have a check out list of things to do before we left.

I left a tie in my room and I went back to get it, but it went off site to lost and found. The only I would have been able to retrieve it was to stay another day and go back to get it. Cheaper to buy another tie.

• Karen (3/5): Pictures are deceiving. Would not stay here again. - The rooftop is as as about the only thing we liked. Paying for parking every single time we used the parking garage. So if we needed to come to our room we had to find parking elsewhere. Don’t you dare park in the 15 minute spot and go a minute over. They will give you a ticket. The check in instructions were not as clear as they need to be. It’s complicated because you have to input your access code every time you use the elevator and doors to the parking garage that also needs your ticket scanned to open. It was a headache. There is no staff on site.
• Noah (1/5): Horrible, these people are scammers - Nothing Everything, this was without a doubt the worst booking experience I've ever had in my life. My partner and I arrived at the booking venue to dirty, stained towels and dirty sheets, covered in pubic hairs. We paid hotel prices and spent the first night of our holiday doing our own housekeeping. The building is poorly constructed and many of the fixtures were broken when we arrived like cupboard doors and the shower door handle. After leaving the management then accused us of stealing a fob key which we were never given and tried to charge us for it. Housekeeping clearly had the fob as they tried numerous times to enter the apartment without knocking, while my partner and I were in bed. Building management have continued to stonewall me after I raised these issues and continued to demand I pay for the key. The area is also reasonably dangerous at night with 4 cop cars on every street. Do yourself a favor, if you're going to pay these exorbitant prices, go stay at a hotel.
• Erica (9/5): Was great for what we were looking for/price - The location was nice and the amenities were great, like the pool and common space for working remotely. Carpets in the hallway were riddled with stains and also the key fob was glitchy and didn't always work so had to keep pulling up the access code instead. Also, since it wasn't a hotel, we couldn't get extra towels for the pool.
• Maria (8/5): Nice but parking is not free - Facilities The property is nice but the downside is that there is NO parking and they charge you between 5 to 15 dollars every time you park. So for example you exits the times $5.60 very time you leave the property, and at night is $10 dlls and on weekends $15 Dlls, It gets pretty expensive. We decided to park on the street and we save some money.

• Monika (9/5): great location and room, good customer service - The location in the Deep Ellum district, pool and rooftop access make this a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious, there was ice in the freezer and coffee in the kitchen when I arrived. The room was a bit more dusty than I am used to, especially the higher shelves and couch. There was an issue with pool access when I arrived that took a while to resolve but the hosts were very responsive and reacted very well after a bit of prompting.
• Tarvin (2/5): Ughhhh...NO BUENO - Nothing Where to begin... first off parking was confusing and no instructions. We never saw any staff. Got into main entrance and immediately stepped in some kind of sauce that had been spilled on the floor...of course in new shoes. Off the elevator to the room hallway and all you can smell is weed. Coming and going over the stay we learned to identify our room by the big stain on the carpet. You could tell that the bare minimum was done cleaning after the last guest. Room did not smell fresh...floors had spots of gunk... counters were smudgey...towels were make-up stained and had long black hairs as a bonus. Shower heads sucked and need replacement...Microwave was dirty...light bulbs were out! Really? And the icing on the cake was our checkout was 11am ...well the code for the front door was changed some time during the night and we were locked out of the room when I went to the car at 8am. Thank the Lord my friend was still in the room or we would have been locked out of our room with no luggage and no way to get it... as the phone number provided does not work...! NOT HAPPY...BIG MISTAKE 😡

• Lorie (10/5): Spacious and clean apartment. Amazing location! - Exactly as pictured. Very clean. Every morning I had a coffee on the balcony and it was the perfect way to start my morning! Good water pressure in the showers. Really nice to have laundry for our 5 day trip so I didn’t have to pack as much. The neighborhood had coffee shops and restaurants. So close to downtown. This was a great value!
• Oleh (10/5): Exceptional - The property is located in Deep Ellum - a historic area of Dallas, which has its own unique vibe. A lot of nice small bars make this area a good tourist destination. The property is close to Dallas downtown. The apartment building is new, has its gym, grills, a swimming pool, and a rooftop lounge with a nice view of the downtown. I was very pleased to stay there
• Trent (10/5): Perfect ! - This was such a great Aprtment in the middle of a really cool neighbourhood. As an Australian I was exploring Dallas and I really enjoyed the apartment. It was so cozy and I had the best sleep ever. Plus the neighbourhood is really cool full of comedy clubs, bars, restaurants and live music.
