• david (10/5): Personal amable en un sitio tranquilo - La amabilidad y la disposición para ayudar.. Las chicas que nos atendieron el dia 11 mayo, todas ellas, super amables. Nos hicieron recomendaciones de sitios de comida... Me ayudaron rápidamente con una reserva para una actividad, muy eficaces. El lugar estaba muy limpio y descansamos tranquilos. En realidad ninguna queja. Si tuviese que decir algo seria el ruido de la calle, las chicas te advierten del ruido, es mas te ofrecen tapones. Pero yo vengo del caos de ciudad y para nada me molestó pero es algo a tener en cuenta si te despiertas con cualquier ruido.

• Daniel (10/5): Staff make this hotel exceptional - The staff are the friendliest I've ever experienced at a hotel. They saw the van arriving and immediately were all outside helping with bags. We were all given complimentary ice cold ice tea on arrival ans staff personally carried all out luggage to our rooms. There is free unlimited coffee provided which was very nice and extremely fast free WiFi. There is genuinely no better value for money anywhere else. There was nothing i disliked. Truly an excellent hotel.

• Schwab (7/5): - Wir waren allgemein zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Personal war wirklich sehr sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Zimmer war sehr viel kleiner als erwartet. Wir hatten zu zweit nicht sonderlich viel Platz, ganz besonders im Bett. Außerdem hatten wir nur 1 Decke, um die wir uns nachts „gestritten“ haben. Das Bad war wirklich sehr klein. Wenn man geduscht hat, hat man direkt die Toilette mit geduscht. Das Wasser der Dusche hatte leider überhaupt keinen Druck.

L’emplacement et nickel, le confort correct, c’est très propre et il y a un petit restaurant dans l’hôtel pour les petits déjeuner qui sont très bons. • Rita (10/5): CONSIGLIATISSIMO - L'hotel è un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Appena arrivati ci hanno servito un the fresco di benvenuto. All'esterno c'è un giardino con zona bar dove si hanno anche a disposizione dei giochi da tavolo messi dall'hotel. La camera è piccola, ma funzionale. Il personale giovane era gentilissimo e sempre sorridente.

The hotel is clean and it is located close to city centre. We could also leave our bigger luggages in the hotel during our 4 days trip to Balabac. I highly recommend this place to everyone!! Можно пешком дойти до набережной, где основные рестораны! Чтобы переночевать несколько ночей - отличный вариант! Нет холодильника, если кому-то это важно и вид из окна на соседнее здание, но нам это было не важно.

• Achim (9/5): Nice and friendly place to stay in Puerto Princesa - Very friendly staff who made sure we had a great stay. Clean room and bathroom. Location was OK for us (there's a small chocolate shop close by which carried some good stuff). Breakfast had several options (be aware though that "hearty oatmeal" might not be what you think it is, especially if you're from the D-A-CH region - it's a porridge cooked with water; you have been warned...). We booked our tours directly at the reception which worked well. We very much appreciated the drinking water refill stations that helped to avoid plastic waste. We would stay there again. While the hotel looked well maintained in general, there were some parts that need fixing. Specifically, in our room the bathroom window handle was about to fall off and the bathroom door "fix" was done in a way that the door couldn't be properly closed which lead to wasted energy as the cold from the A/C basically went out the window through the bathroom.

• Damián (9/5): Excelente alojamiento!! - Superó mis espectativas... el hotel es hermoso, super cuidado y con excelentes detalles, la habitación muy confortable, super destacable la amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que sea, el desayuno básico, a la carta como en muchos lugares Quizas la zona un poco oscura a la noche, si bien no está mal ubicado pero no se veía mucho movimiento turistico, aunque creo que Pto Princesa es así al ser una ciudad mas grande al venir de Corón o El Nido.
