• Mainhattan FRA (7/5): Keine Begeisterung, keine Enttäuschung. - Sehr attraktive Lage, viele Geschäfte und Lokale in der Gegend, guter Anschluss an Metro und Taxi. Die Wohnung ist zu stark und sehr eigenartig dekoriert und zu grell ausgeleuchtet, wurde mit der Managerin besprochen. Richtig wohl gefühlt haben wir uns deshalb nicht.

• Maarten (8/5): Spent a very nice weekend here.great location, great hosts. - Top location, spacious, very friendly host Noisy street, you can hear neighbors through the walls. Didn’t like the plastic covering in the bedsheets.

• Cindy (10/5): The best flat kept secret in Paris ! You weren’t be disappointed! - Both my mum and I were thrilled with our stay at the Faidherbe apartment. It’s very spacious and comfortable, clean and safe . It’s also very well equipped , everything you may need is there . The flat is just a few minutes away from the métro, opposite the 5* Boutet hôtel and located in a friendly neighbourhood, with lots of little shops and restaurants minutes away ( i recommend “ Les Funambules “ just down the road for their very good food and wonderful staff members and the patisserie Cyril Lignac for their exquisite cakes). Dora , the lady who did our check-in, was really lovely and kind , and the landlady was easily reachable through WhatsApp . Check out was easy and deposit returned in full . This flat was definitely a winner 🥇 and we will stay again when we come back to Paris ! Nothing, everything was great . 😄 All I could suggest is perhaps to give Dora’s number to the guests so they can communicate directly with her on arrival.
• Krzysium (6/5): Short break in Paris - nice cafes nearby, quite good location /close to two metro lines/. The host promised that for 20 EUR it would be possible to pick up the keys earlier (at 12:00), at the agreed time (despite the host's presence in the property) it turned out that we could not pick up the keys or even leave our suitcases. After an hour and a half of waiting, we managed to collect the keys, but still had to pay EUR 20 for this. The host uses an American mobile phone number, which makes contacting her /telephones and text messages/ expose guests to additional costs for international calls. We also had a problem with returning the keys (you have to do it in person because the host charges a €500 cash deposit at check-in). The host made problems to arrange a time other than 15:00, and if he did it was for another 20 EUR. After a very not user-friendly exchange of correspondence, she finally agreed to come to collect the keys and return the deposit at 8:30 which we wanted. Above and beyond that, for the standard of the property and the price I would have expected there to be something more than a bit of soap at the bottom of the soap container in the bathroom besides towels. The property has a very complicated locking mechanism for the front door (a system of two keys synchronised in a specific sequence of turning, like in old safes) which we found highly stressful and time-consuming to open and close.
