• Janene (5/5): Cleanliness could be improved - The location was great, right across the road from Icon Mall, walking distance to Sanur beach and loads of Warungs to choose from, plus traditional international foods. Air conditioning worked well ATM across the road Provided filtered water Room was not that clean, fridge looked like it had not been cleaned in sometime, rotting food and unwiped shelves. Shower not that clean, mould and hair The stairs to get up to the second level, they are challenging for those that have knee or ankle problems Noise from the street can be heard.

• Hank (6/5): Redelijk - Was goedkoop Hulp van 1 van de medewerkers om de koffers ontvangen de kamer te krijgen. Nonchalant en niet behulpzaam.

• Kurt (7/5): - Great location across from Icon mall. Good area and Lots of fancy expensive places in the area so I was fortunate to get a room in a budget hotel. Everything in the room worked, would recommend staying there.

• louise (7/5): - The staff was lovely and able to help with some tricky requests so that was nice! It is quite noisy, so would not recommend if you are a light sleeper. I didn’t have a problem with it so for me wit was fine!
• Roslyn Mary (2/5): I didn’t stay there. It was too depressing. I have not been to jail but it felt a little like a small cell with no windo - Nothing much at all. The bed seemed like it would have been comfortable and clean as were the towels The room given to me looked nothing like the photos. The shower walls and floor were quite dirty. The bedroom was very small with no windows. I have been to Bali a hundred or so times. It was cheap so luckily I only lost $90 for the 3 nights by not staying there and finding a more Balinese welcoming feel type venue for $50 a night including breakfast.

• Amjad (4/5): Barely good enough to just spend the night - The rooms look way run down than it looks in pictures, the bathroom is pretty small and barely any room to move around, The entrance to the rooms are fully glass and barely keeps any sound out, the rooms are way smaller than they look. Its in the center of Sanur and right next to IKoN mall

Valizleri üst üste koyup kullanabildik. Banyo taharet musluğu adeta fıskiye gibiydi. Odamızdaki paspası kaldırdık hiç süpürülmemişti. Temizlik yok

Not the place if you want to laze about and people watch, though. - I was there for 9 nights in Room 4, and it was very nice with a super comfortable bed, great air-con, good tv and nice bathroom. The location is great - just across from Icon Mall which leads to the beach, and it's convenient for the essentials eg minimart, laundry etc. If you're just in transit, then this is ideal. I was disappointed that breakfast was not available to me throughout my stay even though it was included in my booking. Despite asking several staff members if they provided food or if cooking facilities were available, I was told there wasn't, even though there was a curtained off area clearly marked "kitchen" and I saw breakfast being delivered by room service, straight past me, many times. Also, on the door to my room, there was a slide marker requesting the room to be freshened up and this wasn't done the entire 9 nights I was there.

Man kan knap nok gå to personer. Og med kufferter er det umuligt at begive sig rundt inde på værelset desværre. Passer bedst til 1 person

• Jo (6/5): - It is right opposite Icon mall which is super convenient. Check in/out was easy. One of our two rooms stunk of mould, whilst the room was tidy there were black long hairs in bedding and the bathroom giving a sense it hadn't been cleaned and no toiletries or soap were available. We had a black Friday deal, it was passable at that price it would be a real disappointment at full rate.

• Thomas (9/5): A pleasant stay overall with a nice room and very friendly staff. - The room was clean, comfortable and well designed. The location was perfect right next to Bali Icon Mall, close to the beach, and everything was within walking distance. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The toilet was a bit clogged at times and there was a slight mouldy smell in the bathroom. Apart from that everything was clean

• Chloe (9/5): Great value accommodation would definitely recommend - We originally stayed in a double room which was nice and clean but a little small for 2 people, we then moved to an apartment which was perfect for us. Lots of space, a sofa, a seperate kitchen area and dining table etc. bigger bathroom. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is lovely and very clean & central - would definitely stay again whenever we next come to Sanur! (Photos are from apartment) Only thing would be that the WiFi didn’t work for the 3 days we were there

• Luis Carlos (9/5): - L’emplacement est magnifique. Pas très loin de la plage et juste à côté du Icon Bali Mall. Pleins de restaurant à proximité. L’hôtel est au bord d’une route qui est en plein travaux mais le bruit ne s’entend pas.
• Nic (9/5): Nice little place in a central location for a few nights - The staff were nice and the place is located very centrally and close to the mall and within a short ride to the ferry port. Rooms are comfortable and the shower is nice and warm. AC was really good. Light on the landing was very bright and would come on via a sensor when someone walked by, on a few occasions, this was in the middle of the night and woke us up.

• Michele (8/5): I enjoyed my stay …good location close to the ICON shopping mall. - The breakfast was okay but.very little variety. The rooms were a good size, plenty of wardrobe space. The machine for hot water, cold water was very handy. This wouldn’t affect most people but the two flights of stairs to reach your room was difficult for me as I have mobility issues.
